北方稻田生态系统水量平衡及水分效率研究   总被引:15,自引:8,他引:7  
1993~1995年研究了5种不同模式水稻田生态系统水量平衡及水分效率结果表明,不同水稻田模式其总耗水量之间有明显差异,其中节水模式和节水节肥模式较常规模式节省灌溉水达15~23%,水分生产效率增加30%以上.各模式蒸发蒸腾耗水量在同一生长季内基本相同.田间结构及调控管理对其无明显影响实测水稻生育期田间蒸发蒸腾量与计算的可能蒸发蒸腾量相差不过5%。  相似文献

对稻萍结合系统细绿萍共生固N量研究表明,萍的固N力在整个生长季不同时期有所变化.最高固N率出现在6月初,萍固N量随其接种量和水稻行距增加而增加.50~10cm宽窄行交替的水稻行距和1500kg·hm-2的萍接种量的稻萍结合系统的总固N量为107.1kg·hm-2,而30cm等行距的325kg·hm-2的萍接种量的稻-萍结合系统的总固N量仅为36.0kg·hm-2  相似文献

Malondialdehyde (MDA) is a well known inducer of carbonyl stress in a variety of human cells, however, its effects on human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) have not been documented. In this study, the effects of MDA concentration on the growth rate and proliferation of hMSCs in vitro were assessed. Under high concentrations of MDA, the cell count was decreased and the population doubling time (PDT) was lengthened. Flow cytometry (FCM) demonstrated that MDA triggered cells to undergo apoptosis, in parallel with the findings in MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide] assay which showed that it can also impair cellular viability. Surprisingly, FCM also determined that the percentage of hMSCs in G2/M-and S-phases also increased in a dose-dependent manner with respect to MDA concentration. These results strongly suggest that even though hMSCs were severely impaired by high concentrations of MDA, they were still able to send signals that resulted in accelerated cellular proliferation process. Nuclear reorganization and juxtaposition of homologous chromosomes at late leptotene/early zygotene are essential steps before chromosome synapsis at pachytene. We report the results of detailed studies, which demonstrate that nuclear reorganization and homolog juxtapositioning processes are defective in a null mutant, ask1-1. Our results from 4, 6-diamino-2-phenylindole (DAPI)-stained spreads showed that the “synizetic knot”, which is typically found in wild type (WT) meiosis during late leptotene and zygotene, was missing in the ask1-1 mutant. Furthermore, ask1-1 meiocytes exhibited only limited homolog juxtaposition at centromere regions at early zygotene. Immunodetection of the cohesin protein SYN1 identified ask1 defects in cohesin distribution from zygotene to anaphase I. Analysis of meiotic chromosomes in ask1-1 and syn1 single mutants, as well as an ask1-1 syn1 double mutant indicate that ASK1 is required for normal SYN1 distribution during meiotic prophase I and suggest that ask1 associated defects may be primarily related to SYN1 mislocalization.  相似文献

The spatial heterogeneity of DTPA-extractable zinc in the cultivated soils of Shenyang suburbs in Liaoning Province of China was investigated, and its map was drawn by the methods of geostatistics combined with geographic information system. The data of soil DTPA-extractable zinc fitted normal distribution after logarithm transformation, and its semivariogram fitted a spherical model. The semivariogram indicated that the spatial dependence of soil DTPA-extractable zinc content was moderate, with the spatial dependence range of 1.69 km and the fractal dimension of 1.96. Stochastic factors contributed to 49.9% of the spatial variability, while structural factors contributed to 50.1% of it. The spatial heterogeneity of soil DTPA-extractable zinc shown by a kriged interpolation map was deeply influenced by stochastic factors such as city pollution, land use pattern and crop distributions. For example, the average content of Zn in vegetable garden soils was 2.5–4 times as much as in their originated soils, and was lower in paddy soils than in their originated soils. The areas with a higher content of soil DTPA-extractable zinc appeared in the near suburbs and the riverside along Hunhe River and the wastewater drainage of Xihe River, and the extremely high values in the near suburb of the city’s residential area were a striking feature, indicating the key role of city pollution in the spatial heterogeneity of soil DTPA-extractable zinc. When recorded in the form of a soil pollution map, the results of such a survey make it possible to identify the unusually polluted areas, and to provide more information for precise agriculture and environmental control.  相似文献

通过对我国 5个典型农业类型区农田生态系统多样性现状的调查 ,建立了农田生态系统多样性数据库 ,在分析了各典型调查地区的土地利用、作物接续、作物搭配、系统类型单元等多样性特征的基础上 ,计算出各农田生态系统多样性指标 .结果表明 ,我国主要类型农业地区的最大丰富度相差不大且普遍偏低 ;各地区间平均丰富度 ( Ta)差异明显 ,且总体上丘陵地区高于平原 ,平原地区自南向北递减 ;各地区间的均匀度 ( E)和优势度( D)无明显差异 ,丘陵地区的 E相对高于平原地区 ,而 D与 E相反 .据此提出了建设多样化的农田生态系统结构、改进当前农田生态系统多样性的建议 .  相似文献

We recently reported that the p12 subunit of human DNA polymerase δ (Pol δ4) is degraded by CRL4Cdt2 which regulates the licensing factor Cdt1 and p21WAF1 during the G1 to S transition. Presently, we performed multiparameter laser scanning cytometric analyses of changes in levels of p12, Cdt1 and p21WAF1, detected immunocytochemically in individual cells, vis-à-vis the initiation and completion of DNA replication. The latter was assessed by pulse-labeling A549 cells with the DNA precursor ethynyl-2′-deoxyribose (EdU). The loss of p12 preceded the initiation of DNA replication and essentially all cells incorporating EdU were p12 negative. Completion of DNA replication and transition to G2 phase coincided with the re-appearance and rapid rise of p12 levels. Similar to p12 a decline of p21WAF1 and Cdt1 was seen at the end of G1 phase and all DNA replicating cells were p21WAF1 and Cdt1 negative. The loss of p21WAF1 preceded that of Cdt1 and p12 and the disappearance of the latter coincided with the onset of DNA replication. Loss of p12 leads to conversion of Pol δ4 to its trimeric form, Pol δ3, so that the results provide strong support to the notion that Pol δ3 is engaged in DNA replication during unperturbed progression through the S phase of cell cycle. Also assessed was a correlation between EdU incorporation, likely reflecting the rate of DNA replication in individual cells, and the level of expression of positive biomarkers of replication cyclin A, PCNA and Ki-67 in these cells. Of interest was the observation of stronger correlation between EdU incorporation and expression of PCNA (r = 0.73) than expression of cyclin A (r = 0.47) or Ki-67 (r = 0.47).  相似文献
