尽管干旱区生态系统的脆弱性受到了广泛的关注, 但目前关于干旱区植物细根有机碳与土壤碳循环关系的研究还比较少见。在2010年整个生长季节内, 采用土钻法和内生长法, 对新疆干旱区的琵琶柴(Reaumuria soongorica)群落土壤特性、细根的生物量月动态、生产量和周转进行了研究。结果表明: 琵琶柴群落表层土壤含水量最低, 土壤含水量表现出从浅层到深层逐渐增加的趋势; 而表层土壤的有机碳含量最高, 随着土壤深度的加深, 有机碳含量逐渐降低。细根生物量的月平均值为54.51 g·m-2, 群落细根生产量在82.76-136.21 g·m-2·a-1之间, 琵琶柴群落的细根周转率为2.08 times·a-1, 通过细根死亡进入土壤中的有机碳为17 g·m-2·a-1。这些结果表明: 由于灌丛细根高的周转速率, 细根是干旱区土壤有机碳输入的重要部分。  相似文献

利用大型环境生长箱研究了两种幼龄沙地优势灌木柠条 (Caraganaintermedia) 和羊柴 (Hedysarummon golicum) 对CO2 浓度倍增和土壤干旱交互作用的响应。CO2 浓度倍增并没有改善两种沙生灌木叶片的水分状况, 而土壤干旱使叶片的相对含水量 (RWC) 显著降低。在土壤水分充足条件下, CO2 浓度倍增促进两种沙生灌木植株生长, 在干旱条件下则主要促进根的生长, 提高根冠比。土壤干旱显著减少了植株生物量, 但相对促进了根的生长, 特别是显著提高了羊柴的根冠比。CO2 倍增使稳定性碳同位素组分 (δ13 C) 降低, 但土壤干旱使之增加。两种沙生灌木叶片与根部的δ13 C值呈极显著线性关系, 羊柴的斜率大于柠条的, 表明前者叶片与根部在光合产物分配上具有较高的生态可塑性, 这和干旱条件下羊柴的根冠比增加相关联。羊柴的“源库”调节特性反映了对土壤水分胁迫具有较高的耐性。  相似文献

We studied the responses of leaf water potential (Ψw), morphology, biomass accumulation and allocation, and canopy productivity index (CPI) to the combined effects of elevated CO2 and drought stress in Caragana intermedia seedlings. Seedlings were grown at two CO2 concentrations (350 and 700 μmol mol−1) interacted with three water regimes (60–70%, 45–55%, and 30–40% of field capacity of soil). Elevated CO2 significantly increased Ψw, decreased specific leaf area (SLA) and leaf area ratio (LAR) of drought-stressed seedlings, and increased tree height, basal diameter, shoot biomass, root biomass as well as total biomass under the all the three water regimes. Growth responses to elevated CO2 were greater in well-watered seedlings than in drought-stressed seedlings. CPI was significantly increased by elevated CO2, and the increase in CPI became stronger as the level of drought stress increased. There were significant interactions between elevated CO2 and drought stress on leaf water potential, basal diameter, leaf area, and biomass accumulation. Our results suggest that elevated CO2 may enhance drought avoidance and improved water relations, thus weakening the effect of drought stress on growth of C. intermedia seedings.  相似文献

警戒行为是动物对生存环境的风险或潜在风险的一种行为反应(Lima and Zollner,1996;Treves。2000)。近年来关于警戒行为的研究正在成为热点,内容涉及了警戒行为模式、警戒行为与反捕食策略的关系和群体警戒等诸多方面(Limaand Zollner,1996;Beauchamp,2001;Hassand Valenzuela,2002),并形成了两个从不同侧面阐述警戒行为功能和影响因素的重要理论:“个体风险理论”和“群体大小效应理论”(Limaand Dill,1990;Quenette,1990;Roberts,1996;Burgerand Gochfeld,2000)。关于鹿类动物警戒行为的研究只见于狍(Capreolus pygargus,Rebyeta1.,1999)、白尾鹿(Odocoileus virginianus,Lingleand Wilson,2001)和黑尾鹿(Odocoileus hemionus,Lingleand Wilson,2001)。  相似文献

近年来,由于光化学反应引起的臭氧(O3)前体物增加,使全球植物受近地层O3胁迫的程度越来越严重。在东欧、西欧以及美国,O3污染被认为是造成大片森林植被衰退和枯死的主要原因。本研究通过对亚热带城市南昌城区至郊区森林植被的实地调查,结合2014年4-8月南昌近地层O3浓度实时监测数据,并参考O3伤害评估手册中的鉴别方法和标准,分析了南昌市近地层O3时空分布特征及其对木本植物叶片的伤害情况。结果显示:近郊区的O3浓度显著高于远郊区和城区;6月份的O3平均浓度最高,其累计剂量(AOT40)达35.5 mg·m-3·h,远远超过了植物受O3伤害的临界值(19.6 mg·m-3·h),即已经对植物造成了危害;在南昌市近郊区和远郊区,共有16种植物表现出典型的O3伤害症状,如叶缘干枯,叶片表面出现有色斑点、斑块、条带状变色等,其中东京樱花(Cerasus yedoensis(Mats.)Yüet Li)、紫楠(Phoebe sheareri(Hemsl.)Gamble)、闽楠(P.bournei(Hemsl.)Yang)、山鸡椒(Litsea cubeba(Lour.)Pers.)可作为南昌地区的O3污染指示物种。  相似文献

应用3天种群增长实验方法,在(25±1)℃、无光照、以3.0×106 cells/mL的斜生栅藻为轮虫的食物等条件下,研究了亚致死浓度(0.01、0.1、1.0、10.0、100.0、1000.0和10000.0 µg/L)的甲胺磷和乙酰甲胺磷对萼花臂尾轮虫实验种群动态的影响。结果显示,甲胺磷和乙酰甲胺磷显著地影响萼花臂尾轮虫的种群增长率、混交雌体数与非混交雌体数的比值和混交率。甲胺磷显著地影响萼花臂尾轮虫种群中的带卵雌体数与不带卵雌体数的比值,但乙酰甲胺磷对其无显著的影响。和对照组相比,浓度为100.0 µg/L 的甲胺磷和浓度为1.0-10,000.0 µg/L 的乙酰甲胺磷均使轮虫种群增长率显著增大,而浓度为1000.0 µg/L和10000.0 µg/L的甲胺磷却使之显著减小;1000.0 µg/L 的甲胺磷使轮虫种群中的带卵雌体数与不带卵雌体数的比值显著上升,0.1 µg/L的甲胺磷和10.0-10000.0 µg/L的乙酰甲胺磷均使轮虫种群中的混交雌体数与非混交雌体数的比值显著上升,0.1µg/L 的甲胺磷和10 µg/L的乙酰甲胺磷均使轮虫的混交率显著增大,10.0-0000.0 µg/L 的乙酰甲胺磷使轮虫休眠卵产量显著提高。上述结果表明,亚致死浓度的甲胺磷和乙酰甲胺磷对萼花臂尾轮虫实验种群动态具有显著的影响。  相似文献

Phthalate esters (PAEs) are mainly used in the polymer industry as external plasticizers in PVC, and tend to migrate slowly out of the plastic, either into the air by volatilization or into water or other solvents by dissolution. Di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) and di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) are three members of PAEs, identified as priority controlled hazardous substances by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and have been shown to have potential for endocrine disrupting effects on vertebrates and humans. The effects of DBP, BBP and DEHP on survival and reproduction of the freshwater rotifer Brachionus calyciflorus were studied using life-table demographic methods. The results showed that all the life-table demographic parameters of B. calyciflorus were markedly affected by DBP and BBP, but not by DEHP. The net reproductive rate representing the output of reproduction was more affected than all the other parameters representing population growth, development or survival of the rotifers. Compared to the solvent control, DBP and BBP, both at 500 μg l−1, significantly increased the net reproductive rate, and prolonged the generation time and the life expectancy at hatching of the rotifers. DBP at 50 μg l−1 markedly decreased the intrinsic rate of population increase of the rotifers, but the reverse was true for BBP at 50 and 500 μg l−1. Among all the parameters, the intrinsic rate of population increase was the most sensitive to DBP and BBP. The levels of PAEs in water from all the studied rivers and lakes in the world did not affect the population growth of rotifers.  相似文献

Ordas plateau is a classical semi-dry sandland in China. The dry ecosystem responds sensitively to water-heat pattern of global change there. The distribution pattern and productivity of terrestrial ecosystem are greatly affected by global warming. Ecological adaptation strategies of seedlings of Caragana intermedia Kuang et H. C. Fu, Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz. and Artemisia ordosica Kraschen.,three dominant shrubs in Ordas plateau, were investigated in terms of morphological plasticities, biomass effects and photosynthetic and physiological characters, to the global warming by artificially controlling two temperature levels. The results show that the effects of temperature enhancement on growth and photosynthetic and physiological characters were obviously different among these three plant species. Temperature enhancement significantly increased tree height, leaf number, leaf area, biomass, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of C. intermedia and H. mongolicum seedlings, indicating that elevated temperature significantly affected the growth of these seedlings positively. Elevated temperature had almost no significant effect on the growth of A. ordosica seedlings. Their leaf number, leaf size, leaf area, biomass, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance did not increase obviously, but tree height and photosynthetic rate obviously increased with increasing temperature. Interspecific growth was significantly different among C. intermedia, H. mongolicum and A. ordosica seedlings. Except leaf size, values of the other seven characters of C. intermedia seedlings were greater than those of H. mongolicum and A. ordosica seedlings.  相似文献

2017和2018年,综合样线调查法、红外相机法、样方笼捕法、洞穴调查法和访问调查法五种方法对北京市延庆区哺乳动物多样性及分布进行调查,并分析了影响其多度与分布的因素。本次调查结果显示,北京市延庆区有哺乳动物7目15科21种。从相对丰富度指数(RAI)来看,野猪(Sus scrofa)占绝对优势(28.27%),其次猪獾(Arctonyx collaris)(21.47%)、亚洲狗獾(Meles leucurus)(13.79%),最少的是山东小麝鼩(Crocidura shantungensis)和东北鼢鼠(Myospalax psilurus)仅为0.17%。从分布上来看,野猪分布最广,占全部调查网格数的84.21%;其次是猪獾和亚洲狗獾,各占73.68%;山东小麝鼩等6个物种各只在1个网格中记录到,占全部网格的5.26%。所有工作区域中,延庆区西南的松山保护区及野鸭湖保护区物种丰富度最高,东北部的水头沟和九眼楼风景区物种丰富度最低。当前威胁哺乳动物多样性的因素主要是"水源情况"和"人类活动",为更好地保护该区域哺乳动物多样性,建议:(1)在缺水的区域进行人工引水或建立永久补水点;(2)在非保护区加强对野生动物的保护宣传,以减少旅游登山等对野生哺乳动物的干扰。  相似文献
