The paper presents a comparative study of NO neurons in the solitary tract nucleus, giant-cell, and lateral reticular nuclei in rats at 4, 7, 10, 14, 30, 45, and 60 days old and 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 months old. We determine the active quantitative and qualitative changes that occur in NO-positive neurons in the studied nuclei during the course of postnatal development. A low level of enzyme activity is observed on the first day; it reaches a peak level around the first-third month, then slowly declines. The size and number of nitroxidergic neurons increases, while the relative cell density decreases until the third month of life. We reveal local differences in the ontogenetic development of NO neurons in the studied nuclei. Solitary tract neurons have the highest rate of development, while NO neurons of old animals undergo early and extreme changes as compared to other studied nuclei of rat medulla oblongata.  相似文献

Using the immunohistochemical method, serotoninergic neurons were identified in eight medulla nuclei in the bulbar vasomotor centers of Wistar rats. Using morphometry, it was established that the proportion of serotoninergic neurons located in the projection of the studied nuclei varied at 17–26%; the value of this parameter only reached 34–40% in nuclei of the posterior raphe group. Single immunopositive cells able to perform integrative functions in the regulation of hemodynamics were identified between the nuclei, as well as between nuclei and conducting pathways.  相似文献

Arginine hydrochloride reacts with equimolar 4-hydroxybenzil smoothly, in 70% ethanolic potassium hydroxide (0.5 m), at room temperature to produceN 5-[5-(p-hydroxphenyl)-4-oxo-5-phenyl-2-imidazolin-2-yl]-L-ornithine, in 70% yield. Purification was affected by paper chromatography. The pure product crystallizes with 1.5 moles of water. It resists boiling in concentrated hydrochloric acid and potassium hydroxide.  相似文献

By means of the histochemical and morphometric methods the reaction of the tissue basophils of the brain dura mater has been studied to the one-time and varying-duration (0.5 sec.-3 hr.) irradiation by a helium-neon laser of the wave length 632.8 nm, power density 0.76 mvt/sm2. It has been found, that the laser irradiation had a biostimulating effect upon the tissue basophils; the first peak of activity is in the case of a 3-second continuous irradiation; the second--from 15 min. to 1 hr. In symmetrical parts of the right (irradiated) and left (nonirradiated) regions of the dura very similar changes of the functional activity of the tissue basophils activity were seen.  相似文献

Four types of neurons distinguished by NADPH-diaphorase reaction have been identified in seven nuclei of human and rat medulla oblongata. It was found that nitrogen oxide (NO)-positive neurons had similar distributions; neurons with high NO-synthase activity predominated in vasomotor nuclei and, in sensitive nuclei, most neurons had low NO-syntase activity.  相似文献

The biorhythmologic changes of tissue basophils (mast cells) have been investigated of mater rats in frontal, temporal and occipital regions of dura mater during the noise-vibration stress. Local differences were found in biorythmological characteristics of tissue basophils before and after vibration. The investigated regions of dura mater after noise-vibration stress the magnitude of harmonics, mesor and the amplitude of fluctuations increased greatly. But, judging by their values, in the temporal region the rhythm stability was lower than that in the frontal and occipital. The tissue basophils of various regions of dura mater react in a different way to the noise-vibration stress.  相似文献

Investigated by immunohistochemistry the presence and distribution of CBS in the nuclei of the spinal cord and brainstem in 8 mens of 18-44 years old, died from mechanical injury is not related to the central nervous system damage. Established that the CBS-neurons are revealed in all parts of stem and spinal cord, but their content in the studied cores, ranging from 0.9 to 17 %. Observed a definite relationship between the activity of CBS and the quantity of neurons. Large cells of motor nuclei often have a high and very high intensity of the reaction.
