Schemes for prevention and treatment of purulent inflammatory complications were developed on the basis of in vitro studies on antimicrobial activity of dioxidine and 7 beta-lactam antibiotics such as mezlocillin, carbenicillin, ampicillin, cefotaxime, cefoxitin, cefuroxime and cephalothin under conditions of aero- and anaerobiosis with an account of the isolated microflora, its sensitivity to antibacterial agents and conditions required for vital activity of obligate anaerobes in humans, i.e. decreased partial oxygen pressure, low oxidation-reduction potentials and high tissue concentrations of carbon dioxide. The use of dioxidine in combination with the antimicrobial drugs enabled one to decrease the number of cases with purulent inflammatory complications after large intestine esophagoplasty to 30.4 per cent against 67.5 per cent in the control group of the patients untreated preventively with the antibacterial drugs. The number of cases with similar complications after gastrectomy amounted to 16.1 per cent against 62 per cent in the control. The use of dioxidine+ in combination with ampicillin and cefotaxime in treatment of purulent necrotic affections of the foot in patients with diabetes mellitus enabled one to increase the number of satisfactory outcomes by 32 per cent, to decrease the number of high amputations by 21.9 per cent and to lower the number of deaths more than 2-fold as compared to the results in the control group of the patients subjected to chemotherapy based on sensitivity of the aerobic microflora alone. 相似文献

Ampicillin concentration in the blood when administered by jet injection and needle-syringe methods]
The studies were carried out on 50 persons. Ampicillin was administered with the help of a jet injector B1-2 and needle syringe in doses of 250 or 500 and 500 mg respectively. When the drug was administered by infusion, its maximum blood levels were achieved earlier than after needle-syringe administration of the drug and were higher (22.83+/-4.10 and 6.3+/-0.09 gamma/ml respectively). Even when ampicillin was administered with the help of the injector in a dose of 250 mg its blood levels were much higher than those after needle-syringe administration in a dose of 500 mg. The effect of the ubiquitous downregulation of insulin receptor (InR) gene expression on the metabolism of juvenile hormone (JH) and dopamine (DA) in young females of D. melanogaster under normal conditions and heat stress is studied. The level of JH degradation and alkaline phosphatase activity (ALP, an enzyme regulating DA synthesis) were used as indicators of JH and DA levels, respectively. We demonstrated that, under normal conditions, the ubiquitous inhibition of the InR gene expression in D. melanogaster females induced an increase in the JH degradation and ALP activity. As we have already shown, this is indicative of the decrease in the concentration of the above hormones. It was also found that the total inactivation of InR does not affect the initiation of JH and DA metabolic system response to heat stress; however, it does affect its intensity. Thus, the involvement of the insulin signaling pathway in the regulation of the JH and DA metabolism in Drosophila females was demonstrated in vivo under normal and stress conditions. 相似文献

Juvenile hormone hydrolysis, tyrosine decarboxylase activity, dopamine content and fitness (viability and fertility) were studied under normal and stress conditions in the adults of Drosophila melanogaster inactive strain carrying a mutation that decreases tyrosine decarboxylase activity and results in the lower contents of tyramine and octopamine. A sexual dimorphism of tyrosine decarboxylase activity, dopamine level and survival under heat stress in inactive flies was found. inactive adults showed higher dopamine levels and lower survival levels under heat stress as compared to wild type (Canton S) adults. Juvenile hormone degradation is decreased in young and increased in mature inactive females as compared to wild type. Fertility of the inactive strain did not differ from that of wild type strain under normal conditions, but after heat exposure the dynamics of its restoration was different. inactive females were found to develop the stress reaction, with juvenile hormone degradation, tyrosine decarboxylase activity, dopamine content and fertility levels used as the reaction indicators. 相似文献

Infectious complications due to polyresistant staphylococci as well as strepto- and enterococci are of serious problem in reconstructive surgery, since the number of such strains isolated within 1999-2004 has amounted to 58.4-59.7% of all the isolates. Susceptibility testing of 195 isolates showed that 100% of them was susceptible to linezolid that was used in the postoperative treatment of 28 patients after reconstructive surgical operations including those with artificial circulation under conditions of a multiprofile surgical hospital. Linezolid proved to be a highly effective agent in the prophylaxis and treatment of infectious complications due to polyresistant grampositive pathogens. Step-by-step therapy with linezolid was shown possible. In the treatment of pediatric cases no side effects of linezolid were recorded. 相似文献

The effect of an experimentally increased octopamine content (feeding flies with OA) on the levels of juvenile hormone (JH) degradation, dopamine (DA), and 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) contents, oogenesis, and fecundity of wild type Drosophila flies has been studied. OA feeding of the flies was found to (1) cause a considerable decrease in JH degradation in females, but not males, of D. melanogaster and D. virilis; (2) have no effect on DA content in D. melanogaster and D. virilis; (3) increase 20E contents in D. virilis females; (4) decrease to a large extent the number of vitellogenic (stages 8-10) and mature (stage 14) oocytes in D. virilis; and (5) decrease the fecundity of D. melanogaster and D. virilis. A possible mechanism of action of OA as a neurohormone on the reproductive function of Drosophila is discussed. 相似文献
