In the paper changes of active electrogenesis of the command neurones of defensive closure of snail pneumostome at elaboration, extinction and repeated elaboration of classic conditioned defensive reflex to tactile stimulus was described; the tactile stimulation of other point of the body served as a differentiating stimulus. During the increase of biological significance of conditioned stimulus as a result of learning the stimulation of the command neurones in response to this stimulus was raised. At the same time the neurones showed decreased excitability in response to differentiating stimulus. Possible mechanisms of quick reconstruction of neurones excitability and functional value of PA generation threshold changes were discussed. 相似文献

Using derivatives of oligoribonucleotides bearing an active group at the 5'- or 3'-end, the affinity modification of Escherichia coli ribosomes has been investigated in model complexes imitating various steps of initiation and elongation with a different extent of approximation to the real protein-synthesizing system. The protein environment of the ribosome decoding site is determined. The S3, S4, S9, L2, L7/L12 proteins belong to the 5'-region of the decoding site, and the S5, S7, S9, L1, L16 proteins to the 3'-region. In the process of translation the template moves along the external side of the 30 S subunit, from the L1 ridge to the L7/L12 stalk. The structural arrangement of the decoding site or its nearest environment depends on the functional state of ribosomes in the process of translation. 相似文献

Integrative plasmids pC, pD, and pG were designed to contain a selective marker beyond the region of homology to virus DNA and to allow construction of recombinant cowpox viruses (CPV) that lack C18L, D11L, or G3L coding for kelch-like proteins. CPV mutants lacking one (C18L, D11L, or G3L), two (D11L/G3L or C18L/D11L), or three (D11L/G3L/C18L, that is, all) kelch-like protein genes of the left variable region of the virus genome were obtained. Impaired reproduction was observed for the triple mutant. Pocks produced by the triple mutant and the original virus differed in size and morphology. In addition, the two CPV variants differed in destructive changes caused in the chorioallantoic membrane of chick embryos. 相似文献

Colonies produced by a consortium of nitrifying bacteria were studied using light and electron microscopy. The colonies were obtained by direct plating of inoculum from a two-stage nonsterile chemostat fermentor and by repeatedly passing the microbial community of the fermentor through selective media containing ammonium or nitrite. The colonies studied can be characterized by a specific combination of six types of cells differing in their ultrastructure and spatial location within the colony. The types of cells occurring within a given colony were found to depend on the nitrogen compound present in the medium. As a result of our study, morphological features of colonial bacterial communities were identified. The proposed approach can be viewed as a method to describe microbial associations and communities. 相似文献

The data obtained in the study of an explosive outbreak of acute respiratory diseases, tonsillitis and scarlet fever in one of schools in Moscow have made it possible to exclude the alimentary mechanism of its development and to demonstrate the role of the droplet mechanism of transmission in the appearance of its outbreak. The epidemiological analysis of the outbreak has permitted the formulation of the hypothesis on the conditions of the formation and spread of the epidemic variant of the infective agent; this hypothesis corresponds to the available data in literature on the qualitative changes of the infective agent in the course of the epidemic process. The study has shown that the prophylaxis of the explosive outbreaks of respiratory streptococcal infections must be ensured by the system of epidemiological surveillance with timely intervention into the epidemiological process at its early stages. 相似文献

Affinity labelling of E. coli ribosomes with the 2',3'-O-[4-(N-2-chloroethyl)-N-methylamino]benzylidene derivative of AUGU6 was studied within the initiation complex (complex I) obtained by using fMet-tRNAMetf and initiation factors and within the pretranslocational complex (complex II) obtained by treatment of complex I with the ternary complex Phe-tRNAPhe.GTP.EF-Tu. Both proteins and rRNA of 30 S as well as 50 S subunits were found to be labelled. Sets of proteins labelled within complexes I and II differ considerably. Within complex II, proteins S13 and L10 were labelled preferentially. On the other hand, within complex I, multiple modification is observed (proteins S4, S12, S13, S14, S15, S18, S19, S20/L26 were found to be alkylated) despite the single fixation of a template in the ribosome by interaction of the AUG codon with fMet-tRNAMetf. 相似文献

The paper provides data of comparative assessment of activity of the key enzymes in metabolism of androgens in various morphological variants of sarcomas and benign bone tumors in 46 patients within the age range from 15 to 61, which were under treatment in the ORC named after N. N. Blokhin, RAMS, from 1996 to 1997. On the basis on publications and our own research results we can suggest that malignant human bone tumors of various histogenesis are subject to metabolic processes of testosterone (T), the principal androgen regulator in the bone tissue, as well as formation in bones of 5 alpha-dihydrotestosterone (DHT). One cannot exclude a possibility that metabolism of androgen in bone tissues is directed towards formation of other androgens (in addition to DHT), which may participate in the bone tissue regulation, for instance, 3 alpha- and 3 beta-diols; specific activity of the latter has recently been intensively scrutinized. One can expect that further research shall disclose the clinical significance of metabolism of androgens and of individual androgens in human bone formations. 相似文献
