Manure slurries stored in pits under slatted floors of both finishing and nursery barns were sampled at four different depths to study stratifications of total solids (TS) and nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus), and to determine the relationship between the stratification of TS and nutrients. The results obtained can be used to improve the management and handling of swine manure in the under-slat storage pits. A management scheme that can be adopted for both the finishing and the nursery barns' pits is the layer-by-layer harvesting of the manure. The thinner manure, which is lower in nutrients, can be spread on land near the production units in larger volumes or it may pumped to land remote from the production units without causing many clogging problems. The thicker manure, higher in nutrients, can be transported to land further away and spread in smaller volumes. The TS content of each stratum can be used to accurately estimate the nitrogen and phosphorus levels in the respective strata so that application rates can easily be adjusted accordingly during the time of land application.  相似文献

玉米早期根系构型及其生理特性对土壤水分的响应   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
为了探明玉米早期根系结构及其对土壤水分的生理响应,揭示玉米幼苗的抗旱机理,以蠡玉18为材料,采用盆栽试验,设置轻度胁迫(LS)、中度胁迫(MS)、重度胁迫(SS)和正常供水(CK)4个水分处理,系统研究从播种开始持续水分处理对夏玉米苗期根系形态结构及活力、保护酶系统及生理调节物质的影响。结果表明:随着水分胁迫程度的加剧,玉米根长、根表面积、根体积和根干重等各形态指标较CK下降幅度逐渐增大,不同水分胁迫使夏玉米苗期根系结构存在差异。轻度和中度胁迫显著增加了细根(0.05—0.25 mm)根长和根表面积比例,重度水分胁迫显著降低粗根(0.50 mm)根长与根表面积比例。玉米苗期根冠比、根系活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量随水分胁迫程度的增强而上升,随着胁迫时间的延长,根冠比逐渐降低。根系可溶性蛋白含量随土壤水分含量的下降而下降,MS、SS处理较CK显著降低(P0.05)。夏玉米根系中SOD对水分胁迫较CAT、POD更敏感,轻度水分胁迫下主要依赖CAT、中度水分胁迫下主要依赖POD、重度水分胁迫下主要依赖SOD来降低氧化伤害;且重度胁迫下,随着胁迫时间的延长保护酶活性下降。苗期玉米通过增加根冠比、增强根系活力和不同保护酶活性及降低可溶性蛋白等渗透调节物质来协同减少水分胁迫的危害。  相似文献

Sedum alfredii Hance is a fast-growing and high-biomass zinc (Zn) hyperaccumulator native to China. A compound containing substituted indole ligand was isolated from this Zn hyperaccumulator plants by sonication/ethanol extraction, macroporous resin column as well as preparative HPLC (P-HPLC). Hydroponic experiment showed that the concentrations of both Zn and the compound containing substituted indole ligand were remarkably increased in stems and leaves of both hyperaccumulator and non-hyperaccumulator as Zn rising from 0.5 to 50 μmol L?1, with much more in the stems of hyperaccumulator than non-hyperaccumulator. At 50 μmol L?1 Zn, hyperaccumulator grew normally but its non-hyperaccumulator suffered from strongly Zn-induced toxicity. This suggested that there was a positive correlation between the compound containing substituted indole ligand and Zn concentration in shoots of hyperaccumulator S. alfredii.  相似文献

The actin‐related protein 2/3 complex (Arp2/3 complex), a key regulator of actin cytoskeletal dynamics, has been linked to multiple cellular processes, including those associated with response to stress. Herein, the Solanum habrochaites ARPC3 gene, encoding a subunit protein of the Arp2/3 complex, was identified and characterized. ShARPC3 encodes a 174‐amino acid protein possessing a conserved P21‐Arc domain. Silencing of ShARPC3 resulted in enhanced susceptibility to the powdery mildew pathogen Oidium neolycopersici (On‐Lz), demonstrating a role for ShARPC3 in defence signalling. Interestingly, a loss of ShARPC3 coincided with enhanced susceptibility to On‐Lz, a process that we hypothesize is the result of a block in the activity of SA‐mediated defence signalling. Conversely, overexpression of ShARPC3 in Arabidopsis thaliana, followed by inoculation with On‐Lz, showed enhanced resistance, including the rapid induction of hypersensitive cell death and the generation of reactive oxygen. Heterologous expression of ShARPC3 in the arc18 mutant of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (i.e., ?arc18) resulted in complementation of stress‐induced phenotypes, including high‐temperature tolerance. Taken together, these data support a role for ShARPC3 in tomato through positive regulation of plant immunity in response to Oneolycopersici pathogenesis.  相似文献

采用溶液培养试验,并结合大田试验,研究和探讨了耐低磷水稻基因型的筛选指标.结果表明,溶液培养试验中,在正常供磷和低磷胁迫条件下,在所有调查性状中水稻单株干重都具有较大的基因型间变异(CV分别为21.73%和19.54%).在所有调查性状的相对值中,相对单株干重(低磷胁迫/正常供磷)也具有较大的基因型间变异(CV为19.60%);相关分析表明,相对单株干重与相对根干重、相对株高、相对单株吸磷量、相对地上部磷积累、相对磷利用效率和相对植株磷浓度均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).因此,水稻相对单株干重可以作为苗期筛选水稻耐低磷基因型的一个筛选指标.溶液培养试验中水稻的相对单株干重和大田试验中水稻的相对稻谷产量(不施磷/施磷)没有显著相关性,因此溶液培养试验的相对单株干重不能作为评价大田试验中水稻耐低磷能力的指标.低磷营养液培养的水稻体内磷利用效率与缺磷土壤生长的水稻体内磷利用效率呈极显著正相关.因此,直接以低磷营养液培养水稻苗期体内磷利用效率作为筛选指标,然后进行大田试验验证,是一条筛选水稻磷高效利用基因型的有效途径.  相似文献

石榴(Punica granatum)是一种栽培历史悠久且营养价值很高的水果, 我国已形成了河南荥阳和开封、陕西临潼、山东枣庄、安徽怀远、四川会理、云南蒙自和新疆叶城8大石榴主产区。迄今为止, 从石榴果汁、果皮和叶片中共检测出类黄酮多达33种, 其中包括6种黄烷醇、1种黄烷酮苷、2种黄酮醇、3种黄酮醇苷、3种黄酮、5种黄酮苷、1种二氢黄酮醇苷、3种花青素苷元和9种花青素苷, 这些化合物在保健食品和医疗应用中具有重要作用。该文对石榴果实、叶片和花瓣中所含类黄酮的组成、含量、检测方法及药理等方面的研究现状进行了综述, 建议今后应加强石榴果实中类黄酮的快速分析、半制备和制备分离、定量分析方法以及种质资源评价、叶和花中的活性成分鉴定等方面的研究, 以促进对石榴活性成分及其功能的深入研究和利用。  相似文献

浙江金华全新世大熊猫—剑齿象动物群的发现及其意义   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:8  
浙江金华双龙洞脊椎动物群包括9目24科48种,其中哺乳类47种,爬行类1种.成员中除含有 Ailuropoda melanoleuca baconi, Crocuta ultima, Stegodon orientalis, Megatapirus augustus 和 Sus sp. (cf. xiaozhu)等大熊猫—剑齿象动物群中的典型绝灭种之外,大部分都是现生种类.经 ~(14)C 绝对年代测定,动物群的年代为 7815±385aB.P,晚于江苏溧水神仙洞动物群,早于浙江余姚河姆渡、河南淅川下王岗和广西桂林甑皮岩等遗址动物群,而与云南保山蒲缥遗址动物群接近.研究表明,大熊猫—剑齿象动物群的绝灭年代大约在5000-4000aB. P., 距今5000年的一次降温事件以及后来的人类活动可能是导致这个动物群最后灭绝的直接原因.  相似文献

Although NH4 + has generally been accepted as the preferred N source for fertilising rice, some workers have concluded tha NO3 - is as effective as NH4 +. The present glasshouse study exmined the relative uptake of NH4 + and NO3 - from solution and cultures containing 5–120 mg N/L supplied as NH4NO3 by a hybrid rice (India) and a conventional rice cultivar (Japonica). At all levels of N supply, the hybrid rice had higher leaf area and higher rates of uptake of total N than the conventional cultivar. Net photosynthesis rates were similar for both cultivars at the highest rates of N supply, but were lower at 5–40 mg N/L for the hybrid cultivar than for the conventional cultivar. At all levels of N supply, the conventional rice cultivar absorbed more NH4 + than NO3 -. In contrast, the hybrid rice absorbed more NH4 + than NO3 - at the low levels of N supply (5–40 mg N/L), but more NO3 - than NH4 + at the high levels of at 80 and 120 mg N/L. It is concluded that the uptake of N by rice is under genetic control and also dependent on levels of N supply. Thus the appropriate form of N fertiliser for rice may depend on cultivar and rates of N supply.  相似文献
