视觉运动信息的感知过程,包括从局域运动检测到对模式整体运动的感知过程.我们以蝇视觉系统的图形-背景相对运动分辨的神经回路网络为基本框架,采用初级运动检测器的六角形阵列作为输入层,构造了一种感知视觉运动信息的简化脑模型,模拟了运动信息应该神经计算模型各个层次上的处理.该模型对差分行为实验结果作出了正确预测.本文并对空间生理整合的神经机制作了讨论.  相似文献

建立了一个探讨灵长类视皮层从V1区到MT区的运动信息加工原理的计算模型,这个过程的突出特征是视觉运动信息经过了从局部检测进步到整体感知。模型的第一层由用于抽提运动模式的局部速度以及结构性质的Reichardt运动检测器组成,进一步的加工是通过Boltzmann Machine神经网络来实现的。这种网络的学习算法具有局部更新的显著性质,在学习阶段,网络不断地修改联结权重以形成对于记录在网络的显单元上  相似文献

采用飞行模拟系统,以视觉模式为线索、热惩罚为负强化因子,对于在不同发育时期经受苯甲醛处理过的果蝇的视觉飞行定向条件化进行了检验。苯甲醛气味分别作用于果蝇幼虫和成虫阶段,将阻断果蝇成虫建立视觉联想记忆的能力;雌性果蝇在处女期对苯甲醛气味的接触,会阻断其子代建立视觉联想记忆,这种视觉联想记忆的能力可以通过对其子代连续3代的正常饲养而逐渐得到恢复。  相似文献

本研究检测了40例食管癌组织和40例癌旁组织中的miR-21、PTEN、PI3K和AKT表达,并通过转染miR-21抑制剂来敲低人食管癌细胞系EC9706的miR-21表达,考察了miR-21对食管癌细胞生长的影响。研究发现,食管癌组织中PTEN蛋白的阳性染色评分低于癌旁组织(p<0.05),而PI3K和AKT蛋白的阳性染色评分高于癌旁组织(p<0.05)。miR-21在人食管癌组织中被上调(3.56 vs 1.21,p<0.05)。转染miR-21抑制剂导致PTEN蛋白表达升高,而PI3K和AKT蛋白表达降低(p<0.05)。转染miR-21抑制剂抑制了EC9706细胞的增殖和迁移,但促进了细胞凋亡(p<0.05)。miR-21的上调可通过激活PTEN/PI3K/AKT信号通路来促进食道癌细胞的增殖和迁移,并抑制细胞凋亡。  相似文献

In visual operant conditioning ofDrosophila at the flight simulator, only motor output of flies—yaw torque—is recorded, which is involved in the conditioning process. The current study used a newly-designed data analysis method to study the torque distribution ofDrosophila. Modification of torque distribution represents the effects of operant conditioning on flies’ behavioral mode. Earlier works[10] showed that, when facing contradictory visual cues, flies could make choices based upon the relative weightiness of different cues, and it was demonstrated that mushroom bodies might play an important role in such choice behavior. The new “torque-position map” method was used to explore the CS-US associative learning and choice behavior inDrosophila from the aspect of its behavioral mode. Finally, this work also discussed various possible neural bases involved in visual associative learning, choice processing and modification processing of the behavioral mode in the visual operant conditioning ofDrosophila.  相似文献

The growing interest in studying social behaviours of swarming fruit flies, Drosophila melanogaster, has heightened the need for developing tools that provide quantitative motion data. To achieve such a goal, multi-camera three-dimensional tracking technology is the key experimental gateway. We have developed a novel tracking system for tracking hundreds of fruit flies flying in a confined cubic flight arena. In addition to the proposed tracking algorithm, this work offers additional contributions in three aspects: body detection, orientation estimation, and data validation. To demonstrate the opportunities that the proposed system offers for generating high-throughput quantitative motion data, we conducted experiments on five experimental configurations. We also performed quantitative analysis on the kinematics and the spatial structure and the motion patterns of fruit fly swarms. We found that there exists an asymptotic distance between fruit flies in swarms as the population density increases. Further, we discovered the evidence for repulsive response when the distance between fruit flies approached the asymptotic distance. Overall, the proposed tracking system presents a powerful method for studying flight behaviours of fruit flies in a three-dimensional environment.  相似文献

There is still a considerable lack of quantitative information concerning the effects of stent structures on blood flow in an aneurismal cavity. In this paper, five virtual stents with different structures and wire cross-sections were designed for incorporation into the same patient-specific aneurysm model. Computational fluid dynamics simulations were performed so as to study how these five types of stents modified hemodynamic parameters. Numerical results demonstrated that the mean flow rate in the aneurismal cavity decreased the most in the model that used a stent with a rectangular wire cross-section, and that the wall shear stresses at the dome and neck of the aneurysm decreased more in models that used a stent with a circular wire cross-section or a spiral stent with a rectangular wire cross-section compared to other models. In addition, the wall pressure on the aneurysm increased slightly after implantation of the stent in all five models. This result differs from that previously published, and may help guide the design and assist clinicians in selecting an appropriate stent for treating cerebral aneurysms.  相似文献

In Drosophila, dopamine plays important roles in many biological processes as a neuromodulator. Previous studies showed that dopamine level could affect fly courtship behaviors. Disturbed dopamine level leads to abnormal courtship behavior in two different ways. Dopamine up-regulation induces male-male courtship behavior, while down-regulation of dopamine level results in increased sexual attractiveness of males towards other male flies. Until now, the identity of the dopamine receptor involved in this abnormal male-male courtship behavior remains unknown. Here we used genetic approaches to investigate the role of dopamine receptors in fly courtship behavior. We found that a dopamine D1-like receptor, DopR, was involved in fly courtship behavior. DopR mutant male flies display male-male courtship behavior. This behavior is mainly due to the male's increased propensity to court other males. Expression of functional DopR successfully rescued this mutant phenotype. Knock-down of D2-like receptor D2R and another D1-like receptor, DAMB, did not induce male-male courtship behavior, indicating the receptor-type specificity of this phenomenon. Our findings provide insight into a possible link between dopamine level disturbance and the induced male-male courtship behavior.  相似文献

E. coli has three Cls-isoenzymes for cardiolipin (CL) synthesis but the differences between these three enzymes remain unresolved. All three Cls enzymes contain the phospholipase D (PLD) characteristic HKD motive and synthesize CL using PLD activity. Here, using LC-MS we show the effect of overexpressing or deletion of the three individual Cls enzymes on the lipidome, which included changes in lipid class distribution and CL species profiles. We demonstrate, for the first time, that overexpression of only ClsB resulted in the appreciable synthesis of a variety of phosphatidylalcohols, thereby establishing a ‘classic’ PLD activity for this enzyme: phospholipid headgroup exchange. Endogenous E. coli lipids and primary alcohols were substrates for this trans-phosphatidylation reaction. Furthermore, we show that endogenous levels of ClsA mediated a similar trans-phosphatidylation reaction to form phosphatidylalcohols, however this reaction was dependent on the presence of the foreign phospholipid class phosphatidylcholine (PC). This allows us to clarify the different specificities of the cardiolipin synthases.  相似文献
