Alterations in water content and total tissue Na+ and Mg++ of rat spinal cord tissue were followed over time after a 100 g-cm impact injury to the T-9 spinal cord segment. Rats subjected to laminectomy but not trauma served as controls. In the injured segment there was a progressive increase in water content with increased Na+ and decreased Mg++ at 1 hour and 24 hours after trauma. At seven days, water and Na+ content remained elevated, whereas Mg++ levels had returned to preinjury baseline values. Because of its important role in many metabolic and physiological regulatory processes the early decline in Mg++ concentration after trauma may contribute to the development of secondary tissue damage after spinal cord injury.  相似文献

Much of the tissue damage resulting from trauma to the central nervous system appears to result from secondary, delayed biochemical changes that follow primary mechanical injury. However, the early biochemical events remain to be elucidated. In the present studies, we have used phosphorus (31P) magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) to examine in vivo, the temporal changes in brain intracellular free Mg2+ concentration following fluid percussion head injury in rats. We report that injury caused a profound and rapid decrease in intracellular free Mg2+ which was significantly correlated with the severity of injury. At high levels of injury, the decrease in intracellular free Mg2+ concentration was associated with a decrease in total Mg2+ concentration as determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Prophylactic treatment with MgSO4 prevented the post-traumatic decrease in intracellular free Mg2+ and resulted in a significant improvement in acute neurological outcome. Because magnesium is essential for a number of critical enzyme reactions, including those of glycolysis, oxidative and substrate level phosphorylation, protein synthesis, and phospholipid synthesis, changes in free Mg2+ after brain trauma may represent a critical early factor leading to irreversible tissue damage.  相似文献

Opiate binding in rat hearts: modulation of binding after hemorrhagic shock   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
[3H] Diprenorphine was used to measure binding in sectioned rat hearts. Saturable binding for concentrations up to about 20 nM was obtained in the right atrium and ventricle. Unlabeled diprenorphine displaced bound [3H] diprenorphine most effectively in the right atrium (up to 55%), as compared to less than 27% in the right ventricle and the remaining parts of the heart. Scatchard analysis of the binding in the right atrium revealed cooperative binding. The delta agonist [D-Ala2,D-Leu3] enkephalin, the kappa agonist ethylketocyclazocine, and levorphanol, but not the mu agonist [D-ala2,MePhe4,Gly-(ol)5] enkephalin or dextrophan competed variably with [3H]diprenorphine for the binding in the right atrium and ventricle. A significant decrease in binding was observed in the right atrium (-66%) and ventricle (-45%) of hearts removed from rats 2 h after hemorrhagic shock; 24 h after shock, recovery of binding was found. This novel observation suggests that the diprenorphine binding sites in the heart may be physiologically active receptors, involved in regulation of peripheral cardiovascular processes.  相似文献

本文用南京新博公司生产的NHE-1000型心电高频信息检测分析仪研究了正常小鼠(昆明种)高频心电图(HF-ECG)的时域值和QRS波群的功率谱。主要结果如下(以正导为例,-X±SD):心率603±88次/min(n=74);P-R间期相对较长。为34.9±4.7ms(n=58),占心动周期的34.9±4.9%,这与人类有很大的不同;QRS波宽9.2±1.2ms,占心动周期的9.2±1.4%(n=74),这一结果与以前的文献报道相差较大。T波宽10.3±3.2ms,占心动周期的10.3±3.2%;Q-T间期19.4±3.2ms,占心动周期的19.5±3.6%;QRS波群峰-峰值(Vp-p)为1.456±0.480mV;T波高0.336±0.115mV;73只动物Ⅱ导联高频切迹总数只有3个,扭挫26个。Ⅱ导联QRS波群的功率谱特点:0—80Hz的相对能量为45.48±15.32%;80—200Hz为43.97±9.95%;200—300Hz为8.89±7.38%;300—1000Hz为1.66±2.74%。  相似文献

Injection of leukotriene D4 (LTD4, 20 μg/kg, i.a.) to conscious spontaneous hypertensive (SHR) rats produces a short-lasting pressor and tachycardic response followed by prolonged hypotension and bradycardia. Plasma norepinephrine and epinephrine were elevated at the peak pressor/tachycardic phase as well as at the hypotensive phase. Injection of thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH, 2 or 5 mg/kg) at the peak of the LTD4-induced hypotension resulted in prompt reversal of the hypotension and bradycardia in a dose-related manner. Naloxone (5 mg/kg) had no effect on blood pressure and heart rate LTD4- treated SHR rats. Pretreatment with TRH (5 mg/kg) did not prevent the depressor effect of LTD4, but attenuated the bradycardic effect of this leukotriene. In addition, TRH had no effect on LTD4-induced hypotension in the pithed SHR rat. These results suggest that TRH might exert beneficial effects in hypotensive states mediated by leukotrienes or other mediators of anaphylactic reactions.  相似文献

To further investigate the role of opioid peptides and specific opiate receptor subtypes in central cardiovascular regulation by hindbrain nuclei, mu (D-Ala2,MePhe4,Gly-ol5 enkephalin, DAGO), delta (D-Ala2,D-Leu5 enkephalin, DADL) or kappa (MRZ 2549) agonists were microinjected into hindbrain nuclei of spontaneously or artificially respired, pentobarbital-anesthetized rats. In the nucleus tractus solitarius (NTS), DAGO and DADL (0.3 nmol) elicited pressor responses and tachycardia. MRZ (3.0–16 nmol) depressed blood pressure in spontaneously breathing rats, but accelerated heart rate in artificially ventilated animals. Blood pressure and heart rate of spontaneously breathing animals were not altered following nucleus ambiguus (NA) injection of DAGO or DADL (0.3 nmol), but were elevated in artificially respired animals; MRZ (3.0–10 nmol) injected into the NA depressed blood pressure in both groups. These data suggest that in the absence of respiratory depression, NTS and NA mu receptors mediate pressor responses and tachycardia; kappa receptors in the NA mediate a decrease in blood pressure but cardioacceleration in the NTS.  相似文献

The possible role of endogenous opioids in the pathophysiology of spinal cord injury was evaluated utilizing a variety of experimental models and species. In the cat, we have shown that β-endorphin-like immunoreactivity was increased in plasma following traumatic spinal injury; such injury was associated with a decrease in spinal cord blood flow (SCBF) which was reversed by the opiate receptor antagonist naloxone. Naloxone treatment also significantly improved functional neurological recovery after severe injury. Thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH), possibly through its “anti-endorphin” actions, was even more effective than naloxone in improving functional recovery in the cat. In a rat model, utilizing a similar trauma method, TRH proved superior to naloxone in improving SCBF after injury. In addition, naloxone at high doses attenuated the hindlimb paralysis produced by temporary aortic occlusion in the rabbit. The high doses of naloxone required to improve neurological function after spinal injury suggest that naloxone's actions, if opiate receptor mediated, may be mediated by non-μ receptors. Dynorphin, an endogenous opioid with a high affinity for the κ receptor, produced hindlimb paralysis following intrathecal administration in rats. Taken together, these findings suggest that endogenous opioids, possibly acting at κ receptors in the spinal cord, may serve as pathophysiological factors in spinal cord injury.  相似文献

以17个建兰(Cymbidium ensifolium)品种为材料,采用改良的丙酮法提取叶绿素,再通过Arnon丙酮法公式计算光合色素含量,利用捷克FluorCam开放式叶绿素荧光仪测定不同品种的叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,17个建兰品种的光合色素和叶绿素荧光参数具有不同程度的差异,其中‘铁骨素’(C. ensifolium ‘Tiegusu’)、‘逸红双娇’(C. ensifolium ‘Yihongshuangjiao’)和‘闽南黄蝶’(C. ensifolium ‘Minnanhuangdie’)的光合色素含量高于其他品种,表明这3个品种具有良好的光合效率,吸收光能的能力较强;‘铁骨素’最大荧光产量(Fm)、Kautsky诱导效应最大荧光(Fp)、PS Ⅱ原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)和非光化荧光淬灭系数(NPQ)均为最高。综上可知,‘铁骨素’的光合生理特性优于其他品种,可作为优良建兰品种进行种植推广。  相似文献

为揭示小叶锦鸡儿(Caragana microphylla)天然居群叶形态性状的变异规律及其生态适应性特征,该研究以10个小叶锦鸡儿天然居群为对象,通过多重比较、巢式方差分析、相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析等方法,对7个叶形态性状进行分析。结果表明:(1)小叶锦鸡儿叶形态性状在居群内和居群间均存在极显著差异(P < 0.01),平均变异系数为10.13%,不同性状的变异幅度为6.23%~12.78%;平均叶形态性状的表型分化系数为43.62%,居群内变异(30.09%)大于居群间变异(24.91%),说明居群内是其叶形态性状变异的主要来源。(2)相关性分析表明,环境因子对小叶锦鸡儿的叶形态性状变异有很大的影响,在地理空间上主要呈现出沿海拔梯度的变异模式;主成分分析的结果显示,小叶宽、叶柄宽和叶柄长对小叶锦鸡儿叶形态变异起主导作用;利用欧式距离对小叶锦鸡儿居群进行UPGMA聚类分析结果显示,基于叶形态性状和环境因子可分别将小叶锦鸡儿10个居群分为3类和2类,Mantel检验结果表明,小叶锦鸡儿的叶形态性状变异不存在地理连续性。研究结果为小叶锦鸡儿的适应性进化和开发利用提供了理论依据。  相似文献
