本文报告对48例原发闭经患者的临床和细胞遣传学分析,共发现染色体异常17例,占35.4%,其中包括45,X,7例;45,X/46,XX,2例;X染色体结构异常5例;核型中有Y染色体3例。讨论了原发闭经的细胞遗传学病因及异常核型与表型的关系。  相似文献

正常人各年龄组染色体着丝粒点(Cd)研究   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
本文运用本室改良的Cd-NOR银染技术对80例4个年龄组的正常中国人的Cd变化进行了较系统的研究, 结果表明:(1)正常人随年龄增加,Cd消失的频率、Cd变异及Cd-NOR融合频率也相应增加,特别是Ⅲ、Ⅳ组(中、老年组)增加的频率尤为显著;(2)首次对Cd消失的过程提出了独特的观点,即Cd消失首先表现为Cd变小, 随着变小程度的加大,最终导致Cd消失;(3)在本研究中首次观察到单个Cd的现象,作者认为是细胞分裂中期染色体着丝一分为二的延迟现象。各年龄组间单Cd出现频率无统计学差异,同一年龄组中,2号染色体和1号染色体上单Cd出现频率显著高于理论值;(4)随年龄增高,Cd各项观察值的增高在男性与女性间未见明显的差异。 Abstract:The Cd variation of human chromosome in four groups of different age has been investigated.The result shows that the frequencies of Cd disappearing,size variation and Cd-NOR fusion increased with the age rising,especially in the group of aged people.We suggest that the variation of Cd shows the size changes first,and then disappears completely.We also observed some cells in which a few chromosomes shows only a single Cd in centromeric region.Cd variation in different age groups has no significant difference between the male and the female.  相似文献

作者于1996年在内蒙古调查了汉、回、蒙古族5项人类遗传学经典指标(拇指类型、环食指长、扣手、交叉臂、惯用手)。研究结果显示:(1)3个民族间拇指类型、扣手出现率存在显著性差异,交叉臂、惯用手出现率则无显著性差异,环食指长出现率蒙-汉、蒙-回间存在显著性差异;(2)拇指类型、扣手、惯用手出现率无性别间差异,环食指长出现率男女间存在显著性差异;(3)惯用手与扣手、惯用手与交叉臂间存在明显的相互关系,交叉臂与扣手之间则无关;(4)与国外人群比较,3个民族环指长出现率高,交叉臂R型出现率较高,扣手R型出现率较低,惯用手L型出现率高于印度的一些群体。 Abstract:Authors in vestigated 5 general indexes of anthrotogical genetics including pollical type,palmar digital formula,hand clasping,arm folding and handedness in Han,Hui and Mongol nationalities in 1996.The results showed as follows:(1)There were significant differences in the frequency of pollical type and hand clasping in 3 nationalities,but those of arm folding and handedness showed nosignificant difference and the frequencies of palmar digital formula between the Mongol and the Hui revealed significant difference.(2)There were no significant sexual difference in the frequency of pollical type,hand clasping and handedness while the long type (R) of ring finger revealed significant sexual difference.(3)There were obvious correlations between handedness and hand clasping,handedness and arm folding but no relation between arm folding and hand clasping.(4)In comparison with foreign ethnic groups,the 3 nationalities showed higher frequencies of long type (R) of ring finger and right-arm folding but the frequence right-hand clasping revealed slightly lower.The findings showed higher frequence of Left-Handedness than that of Indian population.  相似文献

中国六倍体普通小麦地方品种有一个比较独特的特征-存在丰富的高亲和性材料。因此,研究中国四倍体小麦的亲和性问题具有特殊的意义。“简阳矮兰麦”是来源于四川省的一个四倍体小麦地方品种,它与黑麦有高的可杂交性,其杂交结实率达60%。遗传分析表明,“简阳矮兰麦”与黑麦的高可杂交性是受2-3对隐性基因所控制,但3对基因的可能性更大。而且,这些隐性基因的作用在合成六倍体小麦后仍能比较完全的表达。通过与六倍体普通小麦相比较,结果表明四倍体小麦的可杂交性系统与六倍体小麦的可杂交性系统的作用方式是类似的。 Abstract:It is a special characteristic that many Chinese common wheat landraces showed a high crossability with rye.Thus,it is important that elucidate the genetic control of the crossability of Chinese tetraploid wheat with rye.Triticum turgidum cv.Jianyangailanmai native to Sichuan,China has high crossability with rye,up to 60%.In this study,it is indicated that the crossability of Jianyangailanmai with rve is controlled by two or more probably three recessive genes,which was almost totally expressed in the hexaploid wheat level.The operation of these recessive genes influencing crossability with rye was similar to that of hexaploid common wheat.  相似文献

Reproduction is the highest energy demand period for small mammals, during which both energy intake and expenditure are increased to cope with elevated energy requirements of offspring growth and somatic protection. Oxidative stress life history theory proposed that reactive oxygen species(ROS) were produced in direct proportion to metabolic rate, resulting in oxidative stress and damage to macromolecules. In the present study, several markers of oxidative stress and antioxidants activities were examined in brain, liver, kidneys, skeletal muscle and small intestine in non-lactating(Non-Lac) and lactating(Lac) KM mice. Uncoupling protein(ucps) gene expression was examined in brain, liver and muscle. During peak lactation, gross energy intake was 254% higher in Lac mice than in Non-Lac mice. Levels of H2O2 of Lac mice were 17.7% higher in brain(P<0.05), but 21.1%(P<0.01) and 14.5%(P<0.05) lower in liver and small intestine than that of Non-Lac mice. Malonadialdehyde(MDA) levels of Lac mice were significantly higher in brain, but lower in liver, kidneys, muscle and small intestine than that of Non-Lac mice. Activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) was significantly decreased in brain and liver in the Lac group compared with that in the Non-Lac group. Total antioxidant capacity(TAOC) activity of Lac mice was significantly higher in muscle, but lower in kidneys than Non-Lac mice. Ucp4 and ucp5 gene expression of brain was 394% and 577% higher in Lac mice than in Non-Lac mice. These findings suggest that KM mice show tissuedependent changes in both oxidative stress and antioxidants. Activities of antioxidants may be regulated physiologically in response to the elevated ROS production in several tissues during peak lactation. Regulations of brain ucp4 and ucp5 gene expression may be involved in the prevention of oxidative damage to the tissue.  相似文献

以蚕豆根尖为材料,研究重铬酸钾对蚕豆根尖细胞的致畸效应。采用蚕豆根尖细胞的微核试验和染色体畸变试验方法,以不同浓度的重铬酸钾为诱变剂,测定蚕豆根尖细胞的微核率和染色体畸变率。结果表明:重铬酸钾能诱发较高频率的微核率,即在一定浓度范围内,其微核率随重铬酸钾处理浓度的升高而增加,但高于一定浓度后反而呈下降趋势;不同浓度的重铬酸钾均使蚕豆根尖细胞有丝分裂指数增大;重铬酸钾还能诱导蚕豆根尖细胞产生较高频率的染色体畸变,且产生多种类型的染色体畸变。结论是重铬酸钾对蚕豆根尖细胞具有明显的致畸效应。Abstract:We studied the aberrant effects of different concentrations of potassium dichromate on Vicia Faba root tip cells. The micronucleus and chromosome aberration assay was conducted to determine the micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate of Vicia faba root tip cells induced by potassium dichromate. The result indicated that potassium dichromate could increase the micronucleus rate of Vicia faba root tip cells. Within certain range of concentration the rate of micronucleus was found to be increased with the increase of potassium dichromate concentration,but beyond this range the rate of micronucleus decreased with further increase of potassium dichromate concentration. The potassium dichromate at different concentrations could increase the cell mitosis index. Besides,it also caused various types of chromosome aberration,and the rates of chromosome aberration were always higher than that of the control group. The conclusion of this study was that potassium dichromate has obvious teratogenic effect on vicia faba root tip cells.  相似文献
