Isolated ovarian corpus luteal cells and granulosa cells of rat were employed to investigate the effect of alpha-ANP on the secretion of progesterone and estradiol. The contents of the steroid hormones are determined by RIA. The results showed that 0.1-10 ng/ml ANP promoted progesterone production in a dose dependent manner. alpha-ANP also enhanced progesterone production by granulosa cells, but not estradiol. It seems that the effect of alpha-ANP on ovarian steroidogenesis is a direct one.

本工作用二种离子通道阻断剂四乙胺(TEA)和河豚毒素(TTX)来研究 Na~+、K~+通道的改变对大鼠黄体细胞孕酮生成的影响。10~(-3)mol/L 的 TEA 或 TTX 均使孕酮分泌量显著增加,而这种促进效应可被酪氨酸(Tyr)完全阻断。Tyr 对 TEA 或 TTX 与 hCG 联合所引起的孕酮分泌也有抑制作用。上述实验说明跨黄体细胞内外的 K~+和 Na~+浓度差与孕酮分泌有关。

Two ionic channel blockers, TEA and TTX, were used in the present investigation to test whether blocking of Na+, K+ ion channels would affect the production of progesterone by corpus luteum (CL) cells of rat. Both TEA (10(-3) mol/L) and TTX (10(-3) mol/L) increased progesterone production significantly after treatment. This effect of the blockers could be completely inhibited by tyrosine (Tyr). In addition, Tyr was capable of reversing the combined effect of TEA, TTX and hCG on progesterone secretion. It is suggested that the concentration gradient of Na+ and K+ across the CL cell membrane in experiments mentioned above is implicated in steroidogenesis.

心房钠尿肽(ANP)对大鼠卵巢细胞生成雌激素与孕激素的影响

应用大鼠卵巢黄体细胞、颗粒细胞培养以及放射免疫分析法,观察了α型心房钠尿肽(α-ANP)对性甾体激素孕酮(P)和雌二醇(E_2)分泌的影响,结果发现,0.1—10ng/ml 浓度的α-ANP 促进离体培养的大鼠黄体细胞分泌孕酮,并呈量效关系。α-ANP 也促进大鼠卵泡颗粒细胞分泌孕酮,但对分泌雌二醇没有影响。说明α-ANP 也影响卵巢分泌功能。     

稻蓟马田间观察简报

稻蓟马(学名待查)系缨翅目,管尾亚目的微小昆虫,过去在湖南未引起重视,发生情况不明。今年我们在南县、界丰及八方咀等社调查发现此虫很普遍,主要发生于早稻从孕穗至扬花期间和晚稻秧田期及孕穗至扬花期。作者之一在1951—1953年期间亦曾于长沙、望城、湘潭、醴陵发现此虫为害。 形态及习性观察 幼虫体暗色,体长约1.2—1.5毫米,缨翅长不达体驱尾瑞,触角甚短。胸足发达,尤其第三对较长于其余两对,且甚强劲。行动甚活泼,跳跃时将第三对胸足做支点,摆动头尾而弹跳,共同时展开双翅借以连跳带
