目的探讨白藜芦醇(resveratrol,Res)对H_2O_2处理的类风湿性关节炎成纤维样滑膜细胞(rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast-like synoviocytes,RA-FLS)影响及自噬相关蛋白的表达。方法取RA患者血清检测丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathion peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性,CCK-8法观察不同浓度H_2O_2对RA-FLS增殖的影响,TUNEL染色观察不同浓度Res对H_2O_2处理的RA-FLS凋亡的影响,Western blot检测自噬相关蛋白微管相关蛋白轻链3 I/II(LC3 I/II)和beclin-1蛋白表达水平。结果 RA患者MDA含量升高,总SOD活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低;5μmol/L H_2O_2能促进RA-FLS增殖,Res能剂量依赖性的促进5μmol/L H_2O_2处理的RA-FLS凋亡,降低LC3 I/II和beclin-1水平。结论 RA患者机体处于氧化应激状态,低浓度H_2O_2能促进RAFLS增殖,Res可抑制RA-FLS增殖和促进凋亡,其机制可能与降低自噬蛋白LC3 I/II、beclin-1表达有关。 相似文献

14 strains of Actinomycetes were isolated from soil samples collected in Yunnan China Experiments showed that they had activity of herbicide. In this paper,the morphological and chemotaxonomic characters of these strains were studied and they were identified as three genera of Actinomycetales respecitively, such as Streptomyces, Micromonospora and Nocardia. 相似文献
