用显齿蛇葡萄Ampelopsis grossedentata幼嫩茎叶提取物进行抗氧化试验,结果表明:显齿蛇葡萄幼嫩茎叶提取物有很强的抗氧化作用.0.2%的显齿蛇葡萄提取物对油脂的抗氧化效果超过同浓度的BHA及生姜提取物,0.7%的显齿蛇葡萄提取物对菜油、猪油的氧化抑制率比0.2%的BHA分别高出49.8%、9.4%,比0.2%生姜提取物分别高出46.5%、62.2%.  相似文献

龙柏精油对小菜蛾的生物活性   总被引:6,自引:3,他引:6  
龙柏精油对小菜蛾Plutella xylostella(L.)的室内生物活性测定结果表明,熏蒸作用是龙柏精油对小菜蛾的主要作用方式,熏蒸实验中当龙柏精油浓度为5.00 mg/L2、.50 mg/L时,处理后48 h小菜蛾2龄幼虫的校正死亡率分别为92.33%、80.29%。龙柏精油对小菜蛾具有较强的非选择性拒食作用和产卵忌避作用,但由于精油的挥发性效果不持久。当龙柏精油浓度为5.00 mg/L和2.50 mg/L时,24 h小菜蛾的产卵忌避率分别为80.45%和77.42%;而48 h则降为72.30%和61.79%。当龙柏精油浓度为5.00,2.50和1.25 mg/L时,24 h的非选择性拒食率分别为86.70,74.36和70.93%,48 h的非选择性拒食率分别降为82.36,71.40和60.40%。龙柏精油对小菜蛾具有一定的触杀活性,当龙柏精油浓度为5.00 mg/L时效果最好,24 h和48 h的校正死亡率分别为60.00%和76.67%。  相似文献

Aims:  The aims of this study were to optimize condensed corn solubles (CCS) as a medium for growth of Ralstonia eutropha and to determine the effects of individual volatile fatty acids (VFAs) on polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) production .
Methods and Results:  A CCS medium of concentration 240 g l−1 with a carbon : nitrogen ratio of 50 : 1 was developed as the optimal medium. Cultures were grown in 1-l aerated flasks at 250 rev min−1 at 30°C for 120 h. Comparable growth rates were observed in CCS vs a defined medium. At 48 h, VFAs were fed individually at different levels. Optimal levels of all the acids were determined to maximize PHA production. An overall comparison of the VFAs indicated that butyric and propionic acids provided the best results.
Conclusion:  An optimized CCS medium supported growth of R. eutropha . Butyric and propionic acids were the most efficient carbon sources to maximize PHA production when added at the 5 g l−1 level.
Significance and Impact of the Study:  The study shows that a byproduct of ethanol industry can be effectively used as a low cost medium for PHA production, thus partly reducing the cost of commercialization of biopolymers.  相似文献

以5年生‘长林4号’油茶为试材,对树体冠层不同部位的油茶果实性状进行研究。结果表明,与树冠内层果实相比,树冠外层中上部的果实较大(29.5 g),籽粒数较多(4.8粒/果),鲜出籽率和果形指数相对较小(分别为46.8%和0.81);树冠外层果实的种仁含油率(41.2%)显著高于内层果实(α=0.05),而树冠外层不同部位的种仁含油率无显著差异;此外,树冠不同部位的果实茶油的脂肪酸组成无明显差异,果实着生部位对茶油品质的影响不大。  相似文献

ABSTRACT.
  • 1 Larval performance of the leaf beetle Paropsis atomaria Oliver was determined for larvae raised on both new and mature leaves of Eucalyptus blakelyi Maiden. Larvae were transferred to mature leaves at different ages; control larvae stayed on new leaves through all instars.
  • 2 Only larvae reared on new leaves through the third instar survived to pupate on mature leaves; developmental time was prolonged by 20% and pupal weight was reduced by 50% in these larvae compared with larvae reared entirely on new leaves. Almost all larvae died when transferred to mature leaves as first, second or third instars.
  • 3 Low survival and slow development on mature leaves was mainly due to failure by larvae to feed. Larvae palpated leaves and could discriminate among leaf ages immediately, without biting into the leaf tissue.
  • 4 New leaves had higher concentrations of oil and tannins than old leaves, while there were no significant differences in nitrogen concentrations in the two types of leaves. Mature leaves were more than 3 times tougher than new leaves, in terms of g mm?2 of penetrometer force.
  • 5 In drought years E. blakelyi may not produce sufficient new leaves to supply specialist herbivores with their preferred food resource. We infer that drought years reduce P. atomaria larval performance significantly, and influence the population dynamics of the insect.

采用Finngan-4510型毛细管气相色谱/质谱/电子计算机联用(GC/MS/DS)技术,辅以~1H NMR,~18C NMR和化学的手段,对广西龙州产满天香精油进存定性定量分析,分离出37个组分,鉴定了其中26个,占精油总量的97.40%。其主要成分为薄荷酮(51.09%)、异满天酮(7.95%)、(+)-新薄荷醇(19.42%)、枞油烯(5.71%)、薄荷醇,β-水芹烯等。薄荷香是一种富含薄荷酮、薄荷醇的新资源植物。  相似文献

Abstract Volatile substances emitted from the flowers of eight Magnolia taxa ( M. sieboldii ssp. japonica, M. praecocissima var. praecocissima and var. borealis, M. tomentosa, M. salicifolia, M. obovata, M. denudata, and M. grandiflora ) and one Michelia species ( M. compressa ) (Magnoliaceae) were examined and identified using GC-MS. Volatile substances of these Magnolia and Michelia species consist primarily of monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids produced by the mevalonate pathway, acetogenins by the acetate-malonate pathway, and phenyl-propanoids by the shikimate pathway. These Magnolia and Michelia species all possessed various combinations of volatile monoterpenoids, acetogenins, and phenylpropanoids, except for Magnolia obovata , which emitted primarily sesquiterpenoids. Free amino acids in pollen of 12 Magnolia and one Liriodendron species were also analyzed, and their value as food sources for pollinators evaluated.
Pollinators visiting the flowers of five Magnolia species were collected in their native sites and identified. Their behaviors and roles as pollinating agents were assessed.  相似文献

研究了滇产38个薄荷样品,测定了样品的得油率及化学成分。滇产薄荷的得油率在0.18% ̄0.52%之间。从挥发油中鉴定出了100多种化学成分,主要含醇、酮、酯、萜烯类化合物。栽培的家薄荷挥发油富含香芹酮、柠檬烯,其化学分类属于香芹酮系列。野生薄荷挥发油富含薄荷醇和薄荷酮,属于薄荷酮系列;部分野薄荷样品,富含香芹酮、环氧辣薄荷烯酮或芳樟醇,属于混合系列。  相似文献

Modification of the structure of abscisic acid (ABA) has been reported to result in modification of its physiologic activity. In this study we tested the effect of removing methyl groups from the ring and of chirality of ABA on activity in microspore-derived embryos of oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.). The natural (+)-ABA molecule induced growth inhibition and an increase in the amount of erucic acid accumulated in the oil at medium concentrations less than 1 μm. (−)-ABA showed similar effects. Removing the 7′-methyl group resulted in a dramatic decrease in activity: (+)-7′-demethyl-ABA retained some activity as a growth inhibitor; a 10–100 μm concentration of this compound was needed for a response, and (−)-7′-demethyl-ABA was almost completely inactive. Similar effects were observed with regard to elongase activity, which catalyzes erucic acid biosynthesis from oleic acid. Removal of the 8′- and 9′-methyl groups resulted in a more complex response. These compounds all showed intermediate activity; for growth inhibition, the presence of the 9′-methyl was the more important determinant, whereas chirality dominated the response on erucic acid accumulation, with the (+)-enantiomers being more active. 提出顶点及顶点相互作用矢量的概念,并将该矢量用于复杂样本的分子结构表征。采用逐步回归结合统计检测对变量进行筛选后,再用多元线性回归建立了定量结构-色谱保留(QSRR)关系的7变量模型,模型的建模计算值复相关系数(R)为0.990,标准偏差(SD)为1.325;留一法(LOO)交互检验复相关系数(RCV)为0.983,标准偏差(SDCV)为1.696。结果表明该矢量具有较强的分子结构表达能力,模型具有良好的估计能力与稳定性。  相似文献
