在黄土高原197个区县土地利用方式重新规划的基础上,对黄土高原畜牧业产业形成与发展的牧草生产潜力进行了分析预测.结果表明:规划的牧、林、农、果用地占生产用地的比例分别是草地44%、林地22%、基本农田20%、果园14%;197个区县草地牧草生产、作物秸秆、草田轮作和果园种草预测的总牧草饲料生产潜力达104 881 028 t/a(其中,草地牧草生产潜力约占45%,达47 196 462.7 t/a),可载畜104 881 028个羊单位/a(其中草地可载畜47 196 462.7个羊单位/a).按1999年不变价格计算,黄土高原预测畜牧业总产值将达到5 244 051万元RMB/a,是1999年畜牧业总产值的5.3倍,超过1999年黄土高原农业总产值14%.农业人口人均预测畜牧业产值大于1 000元的区县占59%;小于1 000元的区县占41%.此外,预测的农业总产值将达到1 147.223 4亿元RMB/a,其中畜牧业、果业、林业和农业产值占农业总产值的比重分别是46%、27%、14%和13%.随着畜牧业产业链的逐步建立与完善,产业发展布局的日趋合理,黄土高原畜牧业生产总值将有较大幅度的提高,黄土高原生态环境将有进一步的改善.黄土高原草地畜牧业蕴藏着巨大的发展潜力,有望成为黄土高原优化的生产-生态新产业带建制中的支柱产业.  相似文献

The biogenic volatile organic compounds (VOC) emitted by the vegetation of a terrestrial ecosystem play a key role in both regional air quality and tropospheric chemistry. To describe the general emission properties of VOC of different plant functional groups (PFG) in a typical temperate grassland in Inner Mongolia, China, we randomly selected 175 plant species and measured the quantities of isoprene and monoterpene in situ. Results showed that most plants had low VOC emission potential at the species level,especially for some dominant plants, such as Leymus chinensis Tzvel., Stipa grandis Smirn., and Agropyron cristatum Gaertn. At the PFG level, the lowest VOC emission potential was found for perennial rhizome grasses, a major PFG in a typical temperate grassland ecosystem. The effects of overgrazing and subsequent vegetation succession on the emission of VOC by different plant life form functional groups (PLFG)were also discussed.  相似文献

The increasing concentration of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) is expected to lead to enhanced competition between plants and microorganisms for the available nitrogen (N) in soil. Here, we present novel results from a 15N tracing study conducted with a sheep‐grazed pasture soil that had been under 10 years of CO2 enrichment. Our study aimed to investigate changes in process‐specific gross N transformations in a soil previously exposed to an elevated atmospheric CO2 (eCO2) concentration and to examine indicators for the occurrence of progressive nitrogen limitation (PNL). Our results show that the mineralization–immobilization turnover (MIT) was enhanced under eCO2, which was driven by the mineralization of recalcitrant organic N. The retention of N in the grassland was enhanced by increased dissimilatory NO3? reduction to NH4+ (DNRA) and decreased NH4+ oxidation. Our results indicate that heterotrophic processes become more important under eCO2. We conclude that higher MIT of recalcitrant organic N and enhanced N retention are mechanisms that may alleviate PNL in grazed temperate grassland.  相似文献

The effects of fertilizer N input to grazed grass swards on the extent and forms of mineral N in soil profiles were examined at five sites in England, each with a wide range of fertilizer N treatments. Changes in total mineral N (TN=NH 4 + + NO 3 - ) and in the ratio of the contents of NH 4 + and NO 3 - (NR) were examined in relation to soil type, treatment, soil depth and sampling time.Measured losses of NO 3 - during the drainage period increased with increasing soil NO 3 - levels in the soil profile at three of the sites. When the data were expressed on a ratio (NR) basis, in order to provide some indication of nitrification rate, there was also a good relationship with leaching losses. Thus as NR increased, so leaching decreased. There were distinct changes in mineral N, especially in NR in the top 10 cm of the soil profile, with treatment. At all sites, the values for this ratio decreased with increasing rates of fertilizer addition even when there was little or no difference between the treatments in TN. Furthermore, when the treatments finished at two of the sites and a common application rate was applied, differences in the ratio related to the previous treatment remained. It was suggested that this effect resulted from differences in nitrification rates stimulated by the different N fertilizer treatments.  相似文献

Sporophyte production and female fertility were investigated in seventeen calcareous grassland demes of the moss Homalothecium lutescens (Hedw.) H.Rob. on the Baltic island of Öland, with the aim of understanding the relationships between sexual reproduction, habitat age, genetic variation and factors related to growth conditions. The overall proportion of fertile female shoots (with perichaetia) was 35%. Fertility status at the level of individual shoots was positively associated with shoot length and density, while within deme fertility was positively associated with bush cover. There was no association between female fertility and habitat age, genetic diversity (HS) or allelic richness. Out of 1344 investigated shoots, only two were normal-sized fertile males. Dwarf males were also extremely rare, and found almost exclusively on shoots with sporophytes. Few sporophytes were observed (in the two demes with highest fertility and bush cover). No relationship between genetic variation and the frequency of sporophytes and males was found. The lack of a relationship between sexual reproduction and genetic variation suggests that sexual reproduction may not occur in the same grassland fragments as the recruitment of new clones (from spores or vegetative fragments). The majority of the dry, open grassland habitats, where H. lutescens is typically found in the study area, appear to be suboptimal for both dwarf males and fertilization. Sexual reproduction is more likely to occur in shaded (although grazed) grassland patches, where moisture levels are likely to be higher and the moss colonies are generally more vigorous.  相似文献

Studying patterns of species distributions along elevation gradients is frequently used to identify the primary factors that determine the distribution, diversity and assembly of species. However, despite their crucial role in ecosystem functioning, our understanding of the distribution of below‐ground fungi is still limited, calling for more comprehensive studies of fungal biogeography along environmental gradients at various scales (from regional to global). Here, we investigated the richness of taxa of soil fungi and their phylogenetic diversity across a wide range of grassland types along a 2800 m elevation gradient at a large number of sites (213), stratified across a region of the Western Swiss Alps (700 km2). We used 454 pyrosequencing to obtain fungal sequences that were clustered into operational taxonomic units (OTUs). The OTU diversity–area relationship revealed uneven distribution of fungal taxa across the study area (i.e. not all taxa are everywhere) and fine‐scale spatial clustering. Fungal richness and phylogenetic diversity were found to be higher in lower temperatures and higher moisture conditions. Climatic and soil characteristics as well as plant community composition were related to OTU alpha, beta and phylogenetic diversity, with distinct fungal lineages suggesting distinct ecological tolerances. Soil fungi, thus, show lineage‐specific biogeographic patterns, even at a regional scale, and follow environmental determinism, mediated by interactions with plants.  相似文献

土壤呼吸是陆地生态系统碳循环的关键指标,决定了土壤源二氧化碳(CO2)进入大气的通量,对预测全球气候变化背景下区域乃至全球碳循环变化具有重要意义.本文通过室内短期培养试验测定了中国北方草地样带土壤样品的呼吸速率,研究了北方草地土壤呼吸的区域尺度格局及其与主要调控因子的关系.结果表明:土壤呼吸速率自西向东随年均降水量(MAP)增加呈逐渐增加的趋势,变化范围为0.35~2.09 μg CO2C·g-1·h-1.其中,MAP<100 mm时,土壤呼吸速率为0.35~0.73 μg CO2C·g-1·h-1;100 mm 2C·g-1·h-1;MAP>300 mm时,土壤呼吸速率为0.83~2.10 μg CO2 C·g-1·h-1.土壤呼吸速率与年均降水量、地上生物量、土壤有机碳氮含量呈显著正相关,而与年均温和pH值呈显著负相关.增强回归树分析显示,年均降水量、地上生物量、土壤有机碳含量和土壤有机氮含量分别解释了土壤呼吸总变异的25.5%、23.6%、18.3%和12.5%,而土壤pH和年均温仅解释了10.8%和9.2%.  相似文献

权衡关系是植物生活史对策理论的基础, 花大小-数量的权衡关系对理解花的生物量分配具有重要的意义。该文利用实验生态学方法, 研究了祁连山北坡高寒退化草地4个不同海拔狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme)种群花大小与花数量间的关系。结果表明: 随着海拔升高, 草地群落的高度、密度和地上生物量均呈先升高后降低的倒U型分布, 狼毒花大小呈逐渐增大的趋势, 而花数量呈相反的变化趋势; 不同海拔样地狼毒花大小与花数量间的相关性存在差异, 海拔2700、2900和3000 m样地狼毒花大小和花数量之间均存在极显著的负相关关系(p < 0.01), 海拔2800 m样地二者之间存在显著的负相关关系(p < 0.05), 狼毒植株分配给花大小与花数量的资源间存在着“此消彼长”的权衡关系; 海拔2800 m样地是狼毒植株花大小与花数量权衡关系由低海拔的花数量多而单花生物量低向高海拔的花数量少而单花生物量高转变的区域。狼毒植株通过合理权衡花数量和花大小的资源配置, 以补偿在海拔梯度上不利因素对种群繁衍带来的影响, 从而实现种群的繁殖成功, 反映了毒杂草对异质性生境的表型可塑性机制。  相似文献

Specialist plant species in calcareous sandy grasslands are threatened by acidification and high nutrient levels in the topsoil. We investigated whether topsoil removal and soil perturbation in degraded sandy grasslands could lead to establishment of specialist species belonging to the threatened xeric sand calcareous grassland habitat. Restoration actions performed in 2006 resulted in increased soil pH and reduced nitrogen availability. We found early colonisztion of the perennial key species Koeleria glauca after both deep perturbation and topsoil removal, and high seedling establishment in topsoil removal plots 5 and 6 years following the restoration treatment (2011–2012). After topsoil removal, overall vegetation composition in 2012 had developed toward the undegraded community, with target species accounting for 20% of the community after topsoil removal, compared to 30% in the undegraded vegetation, and less than 1% in untreated controls. Deep perturbation led to 7% target species, while there were almost no effects of shallow perturbation 6 years following treatment. These results demonstrate that topsoil removal can promote colonization of target species of calcareous sandy grassland and highlights the importance of considering the regeneration niche for target species when implementing restoration measures .  相似文献
