1983年4月至1984年5月,对新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州五个民族的近亲结婚情况进行了调查。调查的婚姻数为维吾尔2553起,哈萨克1079起,回1235起,锡伯1222起,蒙古446起。近亲结婚率与平均近交系数分别为:维吾尔——8.23%与 46.74×10~(-4),回——8.10%与45.07×10~(-4),锡伯——4.66%与24.93×10~(-4),哈萨克——2.87%与11.31×10~(-4)。蒙古——0.45%与 2.80×10~(-4)。解放以来,维吾尔族与回族的近亲结婚率有上升趋势,而锡伯族的则有下降趋势。各族近亲结婚中大部分为亲表亲结婚,但堂亲结婚在维吾尔族的近亲结婚中竟占26.18%,在回族中也占16.00%。1303名近亲结婚子女中的七岁前死亡率(12.89%)及先天性缺陷与遗传性疾病发生率(2.99%)显著高于6370名非近亲结婚子女的相应值(7.65%及0.38%)。  相似文献

用硫酸铵分段盐析及DEAE-Sephadex A-50、羟磷灰石和CM纤维素等多种柱层析方法,从正常小鼠肝浸液中分离纯化出一种免疫抑制蛋白质(LISP)。在体外用微量该蛋白质就能强烈抑制小鼠T、B淋巴细胞对促有丝分裂原和同种异型抗原的增生反应。纯化的蛋白质在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PACE)和等电聚焦(IEF)鉴定时均显示为一条区带,其等电点(pI)值在7.5—7.8范围。沉降系数利S_(20),w为5.39。Sephadex G-100凝胶层析测得LISP的分子量为78,000道尔顿。十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)提示LISP是由二个相同的亚基组成,亚基分子量为38,500道尔顿。LISP是一种既非糖蛋白又非脂蛋白的碱性蛋白质,对它的氨基酸组成也作了分析。  相似文献

Seedlings of barley (Hordeum vulgare L. cvs Salka and Zita), buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) and rape (Brassica napus L. ssp. napus cv. Line) were raised at 8 or 10 different extenral P concentrations in the range 0–2000 μM. Apart from P, the nutrient solutions were complete. Phosphate influx in roots of different P status was determined by use of a nutrient solution containing 0.1 mM32P-labelled phosphate. A double labelling technique was used for simultaneous determination of influx (33P) and efflux (32P) of phosphorus by roots of barley and rape with three selected P levels. Flux determinations were also done in presence of a metabolic uncoupler (2,4-dinitrophenol) and a protein synthesis inhibitor (cycloheximide). Influx of phosphate was maximal at a certin optimal P level of the roots and decreased at both lower and higher P levels. Maximum phosphate influex [μmol (g root)-?1 h?1] were: rape 4,4, buckwheat 2.2, barley cv. Salka 1.6, barley cv. Zita 1.5. Both Hill plots and plots of the untransformed decreasing phosphate influx vs root P concentrations above the optimal were linear and had high correlation coefficients. The Hill coefficient varied between -3.1 and -4.2. The decrease of phosphate influx from the maximum to the lowest value at the highest P concentration of the root was 60–70%. Hence, phosphate influex appeared to be regulated through negative feedback by the internal level of phosphorous in the roots. The regulation mechanism seems bascially similar for the three species and may be of an allosteric type. P efflux from roots of low and optimal (with regard to P influx) P status was 15–20% of the simultaneous P influx. Contary to P influx, P efflux increased at high P status and almost eliminated (barley) or halved (rape) net P uptake. 2,4-Dinitrophenol reduced both P influx and P efflux by low P roots and gave linearly increasing P efflux with increasing root P status. This indicates that P efflux partly occurred by counter transport and ion exchange at the uptake sites, partly by passive P efflux along an electrochemical potential gradient. Phosphate influx was not affected by inhibition of barley root growth with cycloheximide, but P efflux increased considerably.  相似文献

This paper is divided into three sections. In the first section we offer a retooling of some traditional concepts, namely icons and symbols, which allows us to describe an evolutionary continuum of communication systems. The second section consists of an argument from theoretical biology. In it we explore the advantages and disadvantages of phenotypic plasticity. We argue that a range of the conditions that selectively favor phenotypic plasticity also favor a nongenetic transmission system that would allow for the inheritance of acquired characters. The first two sections are independent, the third depends on both of them. When the conditions for detecting proteins by ammoniacal silver staining (B. R. Oakley, D. R. Kirsch, and N. R. Morris (1980) Anal. Biochem. 105, 361-363.) following gel electrophoresis were varied, it was noted that glutaraldehyde pretreatment was necessary for maximal staining, which could not be explained simply as the result of "fixation." Further studies indicated that glutaraldehyde enhancement of protein staining with this silver reagent was probably due to oxidation of the aldehyde groups by silver ions, resulting in metallic silver depositions within the gel which act as nucleation sites for additional metallic silver localization in the protein bands upon the addition of formaldehyde developer. This proposed mechanism is consistent with the Tollen's reaction, as well as some aspects of the photographic process. Consistent with this notion, silver-staining intensities are directly related to mole percentage lysine of various standard proteins.  相似文献

Light scattering studies were performed on bovine alpha-crystallin measuring the scattering intensities as a function of scattering angle, concentration, and temperature. The data yielded the molecular weight, radius of gyration, and second virial coefficient of alpha-crystallin at different temperatures. The second virial coefficient increased with increasing temperature. Both the enthalpy and entropy of solution of alpha-crystallin are positive. The Flory theta temperature was found to be 271 K.  相似文献

This contribution considers the evolution of a dimorphism with respect to cell fusion characteristics in a population of primitive cells. These cells reproduce exclusively asexually. The evolution towards asymmetric fusion behaviour of cells is driven by selection promoting horizontal transfer of an endosymbiontic replicator. It is concluded that evolution of asymmetric cell fusion in this scenario is more likely than evolution of sexual differentiation in a sexually reproducing population. Pre-existing dimorphism with respect to cell fusion may thus have been the basis for the establishment of sexual differentiation at the level of gamete fusion, and this in turn is fundamental to the evolution of two different sexes, male and female.  相似文献

Summary A high frequency of paternal plastid transmission occurred in progeny from crosses among normal green alfalfa plants. Plastid transmission was analyzed by hybridization of radiolabeled alfalfa plastid DNA (cpDNA) probes to Southern blots of restriction digests of the progeny DNA. Each probe revealed a specific polymorphism differentiating the parental plastid genomes. Of 212 progeny, 34 were heteroplastidic, with their cpDNAs ranging from predominantly paternal to predominantly maternal. Regrowth of shoots from heteroplasmic plants following removal of top growth revealed the persistence of mixed plastids in a given plant. However, different shoots within a green heteroplasmic plant exhibited paternal, maternal, or mixed cpDNAs. Evidence of maternal nuclear genomic influence on the frequency of paternal plastid transmission was observed in some reciprocal crosses. A few tetraploid F1 progeny were obtained from tetraploid (2n=4x=32) Medicago sativa ssp. sativa x diploid (2n=2x=16) M. sativa ssp. falcata crosses, and resulted from unreduced gametes. Here more than the maternal genome alone apparently functioned in controlling plastid transmission. Two nuclear techniques, Energy-Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis (EDXRF) and Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis (INAA), were used to analyze aerosol samples collected in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Na, Cl, Mn, V, Al, Sm, Mo, W, La, As, Br, Sb, K, Ba, Se, Th, Cr, Rb, Ca, Fe, Ce, and Sc were determined by INAA, and Al, Si, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Se, Br, Rb, Sr, Hg, and Pb were determined by EDXRF. A preliminary identification of the main source of the atmospheric aerosol was performed based on enrichment factor and correlation coefficient calculations.

The complete life cycle of Amblyospora campbelli (Kellen and Wills, 1962) (Microsporida: Amblyosporidae) requires a two-host system involving the mosquito host, Culiseta incidens (Thomson), and an obligatory intermediate copepod host. The parasite has dimorphic spore development producing meiospores (haploid condition) and binucleated spores (diploid condition), either as an exclusive infection or simultaneously (within females only). This is the 1st known report of concurrent spore development within an adult mosquito host, and, therefore, shows the Amblyospora campbelli system to be uniquely different from other Amblyospora spp. cycles previously described. The significance of dimorphic spore development is discussed. In females, diplokaryotic meronts may invade oenocytes, causing a benign-type of infection. A blood-meal is required to initiate sporulation of the binucleate spore. The binucleate spore contains the sporoplasm involved in transovarial transmission. A 2nd sporulation sequence, primarily in adipose tissue, may involve both males and females. In this sequence, repeated merogonic division greatly increased the density of diplokaryotic meronts and generally involved most of the body of the host. Production of meiospores, unlike that for the binucleate spore, appeared to be spontaneous (i.e. no obligatory blood meal). Survivorship of male and female larval mosquitoes was nearly equal. Adult females spread the parasite in three ways: transovarial, transovum, and by meiospore deposition.  相似文献
