比较烟草2个品种‘NC89’和‘JYH’叶片发育过程中几个光合参数变化的结果表明,烟草叶片发育过程中光合速率变化表现为上升期、高值持续期(APD)和速降期,叶绿素含量变化经历上升期、相对稳定期(RSP)和速降期。光合功能衰退过程中,核酮糖.1,5-二磷酸羧化酶(RuBPCase)活性比电子传递活性下降快。可逆衰退阶段的2个品种类囊体膜多肽组分和‘NC89’的核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶加氧酶(Rubisco)大亚基基本上无变化;不可逆衰退阶段的2个品种类囊体膜多肽组分、Rubisco大小亚基均快速降解,尤其是光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)复合体和Rubisco小亚基。‘JYH’的叶龄为10-40d的叶中各光合参数与‘NC89’的差别不大,但‘JYH’的光合功能期短,光合功能衰退过程中光合电子传递与碳同化失衡较严重,光合功能衰退比‘NC89’早而迅速。  相似文献

A recently developed class of models incorporating the cyton model of population generation structure into a conservation-based model of intracellular label dynamics is reviewed. Statistical aspects of the data collection process are quantified and incorporated into a parameter estimation scheme. This scheme is then applied to experimental data for PHA-stimulated CD4+T and CD8+T cells collected from two healthy donors. This novel mathematical and statistical framework is shown to form the basis for accurate, meaningful analysis of cellular behaviour for a population of cells labelled with the dye carboxyfluorescein succinimidyl ester and stimulated to divide.  相似文献

As a basis for model-based analysis of the processes in secondary fracture healing, a dynamical model is presented that characterises the physiological status in the fracture area by the location-dependent composition of tissues. Five types of tissue are distinguished: connective tissue, cartilage, bone, haematoma and avascular bone. A rule base is given that describes dynamical tissue differentiation processes. The rules consider not only a mechanical stimulus but also osteogenic and a vasculative factors as biological stimuli. Within this model structure, it is possible, e.g., to distinguish intramembranous from endochondral ossification processes. An objective function is introduced to assess accordance between the model-based simulation results and reference healing stages. By minimising this objective function, relevant tissue differentiation rates can be determined. For a reference process of secondary fracture healing it could be shown that the intramembranous ossification rate of 0.313%/day (from connective tissue to bone) is much smaller than the endochondral ossification rate of 1.136%/day (from cartilage to bone). In order to verify the model approach, it is transferred to simulate long bone distraction. Results show that healing patterns of bone distraction can be predicted. Using this method, it is possible to identify model parameters for individual subjects. This will allow a patient-specific analysis of tissue healing processes in future.  相似文献

A model to predict the cumulative divorce trajectories of a marriage cohort is presented. It implies a defective inverse, Gaussian distribution for the lengths of exposure to marriage, of a marriage cohort. The model was fitted to published data of cohort divorce trajectories with encouraging results. The model's contribution to our understanding of marriage variables is discussed and is shown that it provides a useful basis for formulating and testing hypotheses about marriage divorce phenomena. Although the primary emphasis is on the statistical aspects of the subject, some practical implications for the marriage dissolution are considered.  相似文献

To find appropriate models for growth processes we determine firstly all non-singular Gaussian Markov processes and give later on two simple specializations for them. The parameters appearing in this context are estimated by the maximum likelihood principle, whereas the numerical calculation of them is done by help of the Gauss-Newton algorithm. Final remarks concern the evaluation of a start vector for this algorithm with respect to the GOMPERTZ-function and the introduction of a simple simulation model.  相似文献

We have identified an error in the published integral form of the modified Michaelis–Menten equation that accounts for endogenous substrate production. The correct solution is presented and the error in both the substrate concentration, S, and the kinetic parameters Vm, Km, and R resulting from the incorrect solution was characterized. The incorrect integral form resulted in substrate concentration errors as high as 50% resulting in 7–50% error in kinetic parameter estimates. To better reflect experimental scenarios, noise containing substrate depletion data were analyzed by both the incorrect and correct integral equations. While both equations resulted in identical fits to substrate depletion data, the final estimates of Vm, Km, and R were different and Km and R estimates from the incorrect integral equation deviated substantially from the actual values. Another observation was that at R = 0, the incorrect integral equation reduced to the correct form of the Michaelis–Menten equation. We believe this combination of excellent fits to experimental data, albeit with incorrect kinetic parameter estimates, and the reduction to the Michaelis–Menten equation at R = 0 is primarily responsible for the incorrectness to go unnoticed. However, the resulting error in kinetic parameter estimates will lead to incorrect biological interpretation and we urge the use of the correct integral form presented in this study. Biotechnol. Polyaspartic acid (PASP) hydrogel is an important and widely applied water-retaining agent, thanks to its special space network structure which contains a carboxyl group attached on the side chain. In this study, the PASP hydrogel with high water absorption rate (300–350 g H2O/g hydrogel) was developed and adopted to transplant Xanthoceras sorbifolia seedlings in the ecological restoration project of Mount Daqing National Nature Reserve. Transplantation experiments showed that the survival rate and leaf water content index for X. sorbifolia seedlings were increased by 8–12% and 4–16%, respectively. Additionally, compared with the counterpart without PASP hydrogel, the value of chlorophyll fluorescence that was considered as one of the most important indicators of plant physiology, was significantly improved with the addition of PASP hydrogel. The PASP hydrogel displays a promising future for the applications of increasing the survival rate and simultaneously alleviating the drought stress effects on the pioneer plants in arid and semi-arid areas.  相似文献
