三峡库区消落带水淹初期地上植被与土壤种子库的关系 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
采用种子萌发法,研究了三峡库区消落带水淹初期所形成的已淹区段、未淹区段以及留存原有植被的对照样带地表植被与土壤种子库之间的关系。结果表明:三峡库区消落带已淹区段地表植被分属47科71属100种,未淹区段84科163属223种,优势科主要为菊科、豆科、禾本科、蔷薇科、莎草科。地上植被的物种生活型,已淹区段以生长周期短、适应性较强的1年生草本为主,灌木和乔木共占19%;未淹区段中1年生草本占20.45%,多年生草本占36.36%,灌木或藤本占28.18%,乔木占15%;对照样带中1年生草本占23.24%,多年生草本占41.32%,灌木及藤本占32.02%,乔木占17.05%。与对照样带相比,已淹区段地表植被物种多样性指数和丰富度指数都明显降低,未淹区段地表植被却表现出明显增加的趋势,只有Pielou均匀度指数都降低;已淹区段、未淹区段土壤种子库分别具有物种79种和108种,分别比对照样带增加了9种和38种;已淹区段种子库密度为(12667±2225.25)粒/m2、未淹区段为(38013±9796.04)粒/m2、对照样带为(18715±8234.77)粒/m2,与对照样带土壤种子库总密度相比,已淹区段降低了32.32%,未淹区段增加了103.12%,都以草本植物占绝大多数比例,且1年生草本所占比例大于多年生草本所占比例。土壤种子库的生物多样性指数、丰富度指数和均匀度指数与地表植被变化相一致,但变化幅度较小。消落带已淹区段、未淹区段、对照样带地表植被和土壤种子库共同出现的物种数分别为9,40和15种,土壤种子库和地表植被间Sorensen相似性系数分别为0.328,0.241,0.186,表明三峡库区消落带水淹初期区域整体相似系数较低,这与消落带形成时间短有很大的关系。 相似文献

遂渝铁路边坡草本植物多样性季节动态和空间分布特征 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
以遂渝铁路边坡植物群落为研究对象,自然边坡为对照,分别于2008年9月、12月、2009年3月和6月对其进行植物调查。采用Margalef指数、Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou指数等指标评价不同季节、坡位和植被类型条件下草本植物多样性的变化。结果表明:在时间尺度上,铁路边坡坡中物种丰富度呈现明显的季节性差异(P<0.05),以秋季最大为2376;铁路边坡各坡位草本植物多样性和均匀度指数也呈现显著季节性变化(P<0.05),且变化规律一致:春季>夏季>冬季>秋季;与铁路边坡不同,自然边坡草本植物丰富度、多样性和均匀度指数变化趋势不明显(P>0.05)。在空间分布上,坡位对铁路边坡物种丰富度影响显著(P<0.05),其中,夏季坡上植物丰富度最大为2.164,春季、秋季和冬季丰富度最大值均在坡中最大,分别为2.261、2.376和1.983;坡位仅对自然边坡秋季物种丰富度和均匀度影响显著(P<0.05),其中,物种丰富度表现为坡上>坡下>坡中,而均匀度为坡中>坡上>坡下。不同植被类型的物种丰富度、多样性和均匀度也有较大差异,自然边坡物种多样性明显大于铁路边坡,总体上自然边坡植被恢复优于铁路边坡。因此,加强对植被恢复的管理是铁路边坡生态恢复的重要环节。 相似文献

High-resolution ultrasonic spectroscopy (HR–US) was applied for real-time analysis of enzymatic hydrolysis of cellobiose by a β-glucosidase from Aspergillus niger (Novozyme 188) at 50 °C and pH 4.9. This technique is noninvasive, it does not require optical transparency and is suitable to continuously monitor the time dependence of the reaction progress in a broad range of experimental conditions. The time profiles of the amount of glucose released and the reaction rate were obtained from the time profile of ultrasonic velocity. The results are in good agreement with a discontinuous glucose assay (hexokinase method). The kinetic parameters of the reaction were estimated by fitting the ultrasonic time profiles of the reaction rates to several inhibition models. In addition, the equilibrium constant for the reaction of hydrolysis of cellobiose and the molar Gibbs free energy of hydrolysis were determined from the ultrasonic time profiles of concentration of glucose in the reverse reaction (glucose condensation). The results suggest the existence of more complex mechanisms regulating the activity of cellobiase than the combination of simple inhibitions. An extended kinetic model based on two sites for the competitive inhibitor (glucose) is proposed. 相似文献

Cold conditions delay bioremediation of oil hydrocarbons, but other bottlenecks also affect the outcome. Means to stimulate biodegradation of diesel oil hydrocarbons in contaminated soil were compared. Different combinations of nutrients, bulking agent, aeration, and microbial inocula were examined in lab simulations, and effective combinations were tested in field conditions. Bacterial communities were investigated by cloning and sequencing 16S-rRNA genes. Efficient degradation was attained when slow-release nutrients and aeration were used simultaneously. Bacterial inocula did not advance soil remediation, nor did they have any lasting effect on bacterial densities. Bacteria belonging to Proteobacteria were dominant in all cases. In the field test, a bulking agent promoting air passage through the soil ensured sufficient aeration, while forced air decreased the soil moisture excessively. We concluded that biostimulation via optimization of nitrogen and oxygen supply significantly improved bioremediation of oil-contaminated soil, while bioaugmentation had no additional effect. 相似文献

Casparian bands of endodermis and exodermis play crucial roles in blocking apoplastic movement of ions and water into the stele of roots through the cortex. These apoplastic barriers differ considerably in structure and function along the developing root. The present study assessed net Na+ fluxes in anatomically distinct root zones of rice seedlings and analyzed parts of individual roots showing different Na+ uptake. The results indicated that anatomically distinct root zones contributed differently to the overall uptake of Na+. The average Na+ uptake in root zones in which Casparian bands of the endo- and exo-dermis were interrupted by initiating lateral root primordia (root zone III) was significantly greater than that at the root apex, where Casparian bands were not yet formed (root zone I), or in the region where endo- and exo-dermis with Casparian bands were well developed (root zone II). The measurement of net Na+ fluxes using a non-invasive scanning ion-selective electrode technique (SIET) demonstrated that net Na+ flux varied significantly in different positions along developing rice roots, and a net Na+ influx was obvious at the base of young lateral root primordia. Since sodium fluxes changed significantly along developing roots of rice seedlings, we suggest that the significantly distinct net Na+ flux profile may be attributed to different apoplastic permeability due to lateral root primordia development for non-selective apoplastic bypass of ions along the apoplast. 相似文献

In the untransformed rice (WT) and transgenic rice with the PEPC and PPDK genes (CK) we determined activities of C4 photosynthetic enzymes, photosynthetic response to irradiance and temperature, the metabolic index of active oxygen, and
the yield component factors. The activities of C4 photosynthetic enzymes in WT were very low, while those of corresponding enzymes in CK were highly observable. Moreover,
after adenosine triphosphate (ATP) treatment, and under high irradiance and high temperature, the net photosynthetic rate
of CK increased by 17 and 12 %, respectively, as compared to that achieved without ATP treatment. The resistance of CK against
photo-oxidation was enhanced under these conditions, and CK yield increased by 15 %. ATP treatment enhanced the photosynthetic
productivity of CK, thereby proving that ATP is the key factor in enhancing the photosynthetic capacity of transgenic rice

Non- H. pylori Helicobacter species (NHPHS) are associated with several important human and animal diseases. In the past year research into this group of bacteria has continued to gain attention, and novel species have been described in new niches owing to improvements in detection methods. Polymerase chain reaction and/or sequencing remain the gold standard for the detection of this genus. New insights into the pathogenesis of the NHPHS in hepatobiliary, gastric, and intestinal diseases were gained. In particular, data revealed interaction between hepatic steatosis and infectious hepatitis in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma. Evidence of an association between hepatitis C virus and Helicobacter spp. in hepatocarcinoma development was also provided; and male sex hormone signaling appeared to influence infectious hepatitis induced by Helicobacter hepaticus . More findings support an association between Helicobacter heilmannii and gastric adenocarcinoma; and in mice, mucins MUC4 and MUC5 but not MUC1 influence the colonization and pathogenesis of Helicobacter felis . Data indicated that the roles of the adaptive immune system in H. hepaticus -induced intestinal tumorigenesis are different in the small and large intestines, and environmental factors, such as bile acids may modulate H. hepaticus carcinogenic potential. New reports in the prevention and eradication of NHPHS showed a protective response against Helicobacter suis induced by vaccine administration, and a successful cross-foster rederivation method successfully eradicated Helicobacter spp. from contaminated mice litters. Overall, the studies provided insights into the pathophysiology of Helicobacter species other than Helicobacter pylori. 相似文献

选用强筋小麦品种济麦20、烟农19、藁麦8901做试验材料,设置不同氮肥基追比例和籽粒灌浆中后期高温胁迫处理,研究了不同氮肥基追比例对高温胁迫条件下小麦籽粒产量和品质的影响.研究结果表明,追氮比例由50%增加到70%,3个品种的千粒重、籽粒产量、粗蛋白含量、湿面筋含量、醇溶蛋白含量、谷蛋白含量、HMW-GS含量、LMW-GS含量、HMW-GS/LMW-GS比值显著提高.济麦20和烟农19的谷蛋白大聚合体含量、谷蛋白大聚合体体积加权平均粒径和表面积加权平均粒径因追氮比例提高而升高, 藁麦8901则无显著变化.济麦20和烟农19的面团形成时间、面团稳定时间因追氮比例提高而延长, 藁麦8901基本不受影响.追氮比例由50%增加到70%,3个品种的籽粒支链淀粉/直链淀粉比值显著降低,淀粉糊化高峰黏度、低谷黏度、稀懈值、最终黏度和反弹值相应降低.总之,提高氮肥追施比例可在一定程度上缓解灌浆期高温胁迫对小麦粒重和蛋白质质量的不利影响,但对淀粉质量产生负面效应,且品种间存在差异. 相似文献
