为探索适合格木(Erythrophleum fordii)人工林在幼龄阶段的种植密度,在不同林分密度(2 m×1 m、2 m×2 m、2 m×3 m、3 m×3 m)的6 a生格木人工林下设置标准样地,采用土壤质量评价和灰色关联度等方法,探究不同密度下格木幼林的土壤理化与林下植被特征。结果表明,密度2 m×3 m下的林木胸径、树高最优,较最低水平高16.7%、27.9%;土壤总孔隙度最大,全N、硝态N、铵态N含量最高,灌木草本多样性最高。相关性分析表明土壤化学性质对灌木草本的多样性影响最大。不同林分密度下格木幼林土壤理化性质及林下植物多样性有显著差异,因此,选择合适的林分密度对人工林土壤肥力的可持续利用及林分的经营培育至关重要。 相似文献

Calculations of the induced currents created in the human body by external electromagnetic fields would be more accurate provided that more realistic experimental values of the electrical properties of the body were available. The purpose of this work is to experimentally obtain values for the conductivity of living organs in conditions close to the real situation. Two‐electrode in vivo measurements of the bioimpedance of some porcine organs have been performed. From these measurements and taking into account geometrical considerations, the electrical conductivity for the kidney, liver, heart, and spinal cord has been obtained and were found to be higher than the values reported in the literature. Furthermore, a new experimental procedure is proposed where the conductivity is determined from the values of the electrical potential and currents that are induced by an external electromagnetic field created by a coil placed close to the organ under study. The optical properties and light climate during the ice-free period in the highly stratified Lake Verevi (Estonia) have been studied together with other lakes in same region since 1994. The upper water layer above the thermocline belongs to class “moderate” by optical classification of Estonian lakes but can turn “turbid” (concentration of chlorophyll a up to 73 mg m−3 and total suspended matter up to 13.2 g m−3) during late summer blooms. In the blue part of the spectrum, light is mainly attenuated by dissolved organic matter and in red part notably scattering but also absorption by phytoplanktonic pigments effect the spectral distribution of underwater light. Consequently, the underwater light is of greenish-yellow color (550–650 nm). Rapid change in optical properties occurs with an increase of all optically active substances close to thermocline (2.5–6 m). Optical measurements are often hampered beneath this layer so that modeling of the depth distribution of the diffuse attenuation coefficient is an useful compliment to field measurements. Kd,PAR ranges from 0.8 to 2.9 m−1 in the surface layer, and model results suggest that it may be up to 5.8 m−1 in the optically dense layer. The aim of this work was to develop biodegradable films based on blends of Amaranthus cruentus flour and poly(vinyl alcohol). Five different PVA types were tested. Blends with higher hydrolysis (HD) degree PVA were more resistant, showing greater tensile strength (TS) and puncture force (PF). However, the films with PVA with lower HD showed more flexibility, greater elongation at break (ELO) and greater puncture deformation (PD), with the exception of PVA 325. The latter was chosen due to it superior mechanical performance (TS = 10.2 MPa, ELO = 89.8%, PF = 9.4 N and PD = 16.3%). When films based on blends of amaranth flour and PVA 325 (10–50%) were evaluated, all mechanical properties were enhanced with increase in PVA 325 content. The solubility in water of the films made with PVA and amaranth flour decreased with increasing PVA content, reaching 44% of soluble matter for the 50% PVA film. The formation of hydrogen bonds between the blend components was confirmed by the FTIR spectra analysis. 相似文献

For recurrent patellar dislocation, reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) with replacement autografts has often been performed but with only little data on the tensile properties of the MPFL to guide graft selection. With its complex anatomy and geometry, these properties are difficult to obtain. In this study, we showed how the orientation of the femur-MPFL-patella complex (FMPC) during uniaxial tensile testing can have a significant effect on its structural properties. Twenty two FMPCs were isolated from porcine stifle joints and randomly assigned to two groups of 11 each. For the first group, the specimens were loaded to failure with the patella oriented 30 degrees away from the direction of the applied load to mimic its orientation in situ, called natural orientation. In the second group, the patella was aligned in the direction of the tensile load, called non-natural orientation. The stiffness for the natural orientation group was 65±13 N/mm, 32% higher than that for the non-natural orientation group (50±17 N/mm; p<0.05). The ultimate loads were 438±128 N and 386±136 N, respectively (p>0.05). Ten out of 11 specimens in the natural orientation group failed at the femoral attachment (the narrowest portion of the MPFL) compared to 6 out of 11 in the non-natural orientation group. Our findings suggest that the specimen orientation that mimics the in-situ loading conditions of the MPFL should be used to obtain more representative data for the structural properties of the FMPC. 相似文献

Miscanthus spp. show excellent application prospects due to its bioenergy potential and multiple ecological services. Annual N export with biomass harvest from Miscanthus, even without fertilizer supplement, do not reduce soil N levels. The question arises regarding how Miscanthus can maintain stable soil N levels. Metagenomic strategies were used to reveal soil N-cycling-related microbiome and their functional contributions to processes of soil N-cycling based on the comparison among the bare land, cropland, 10-year Miscanthus × giganteus, and 15-year Miscanthus sacchariflorus fields. The results showed that, after long-term cropland-to-Miscanthus conversion (LCMC), 16 of 21 bacterial phyla and all the archaeal phyla exhibited significant changes. Soil microbial denitrification and nitrification functions were significantly weakened, and N fixation (NF) was significantly enhanced. The biosynthesis of amino acids, especially alanine, aspartate, and glutamate metabolism, in soil N-cycling-related microbiome was dramatically promoted. The genus Anaeromyxobacter contributed largely to the NF process after LCMC. Variations in the soil available potassium, available N, organic C, and total N contents drove a functional shift of soil microbiome from cropland to Miscanthus pattern. We conclude that Miscanthus can recruit Anaeromyxobacter communities to enhance NF benefiting its biomass sustainability and soil N balance. 相似文献
