山西桑干河流域湿地植被优势种群分布格局研究 总被引:16,自引:3,他引:13
根据野外调查的样地资料,应用方差/均值比(扩散系数)的t检验、聚集指数、平均拥挤度、聚块性指数、Green指数和负二项分布的聚集强度等方法,研究了山西桑干河流域湿地植被优势种群的分布格局并分析格局形成的原因,并用相关分析比较了6个指数间的关系,结果表明:这些植物的分布格局皆属于聚集分布,但它们的聚集强度有差异。聚集强度最大的是沙棘和柽柳,聚集强度最小的是小车前和车前,由于它们均分布于河漫滩或者河床地势较高处,土壤水分含量较低,仅仅在洪水季节短时间有积水存在,不是典型的湿地植物。典型的水生植物泽泻、莎草、轮藻、芦苇、香蒲、慈姑,湿生植物水葱、藨草等,它们的聚集强度居中,对水分有着较强的依赖性,均分布于流水较缓的河道,或者濒临河道的积水处。此外,多年生的莎草、芦苇、香蒲、水葱、藨草等主要依靠无性繁殖扩大种群分布范围和密度,这也是它们服从聚集分布的原因之一。本研究还说明方差/均值比率法是一种较好的分析种群分布格局的方法。 相似文献

以黄淮海地区为研究对象,首先分析了区域现有湿地保护状况,再基于湿地类型、保护状况和目标保护物种分布,综合考虑GDP、人口密度等社会经济因素,以湿地生物多样性保护为目标,运用系统保护规划的理论和方法,以Marxan作为空间优化模型,进行多目标的湿地系统保护预案设计,构建区域湿地不同保护水平的保护空缺和不可替代性格局,确定合理的湿地系统保护格局。研究结果表明:现有的湿地保护体系仅覆盖了区域17%左右的湿地,尚有许多重要生境游离于现有保护区系统外。为完善黄淮海地区湿地保护体系,需要对黄海海区域内28个保护区进行功能区划调整或者保护等级提升,并在山东(5个县)和河北(4个县),河南、江苏和安徽(各3个县),北京和天津(各1个县)等20个县市内建立新的保护区,与现有湿地保护系统有机整合,最终形成一个黄淮海地区湿地生物保护网络合理格局。结果表明:同其他相关研究方法对比,系统保护规划方法在区域大尺度生物多样性保护方面更具有意义;同时也表明该方法在中国的应用前景广阔。 相似文献

造纸废水灌溉黄河三角洲重度退化滨海盐碱湿地对土壤化学性质的影响 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2
造纸废水含有大量有机营养物质,可以用来恢复退化湿地。研究了处理后的造纸废水灌溉重度退化滨海盐碱湿地对土壤pH值、水溶性总盐、Na+、Cl-以及营养成分的影响。结果表明:灌溉后土壤pH值略有升高,没有加重土壤碱化;土壤水溶性总盐、Na+、Cl-分别比对照降低9.61%37.05%、3.16%21.66%、5.38%28.44%,且上层土壤降低率高于中下层土壤;土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷含量显著提高,增加率分别比对照高13.68%31.45%、30.01%101.2%、1.08%18.28%;速效钾含量没有显著提高。和正常芦苇湿地比较可知:灌溉后重度退化滨海盐碱湿地土壤化学性质得到改善,达到芦苇生长条件,可以进行芦苇湿地的恢复与重建。 相似文献

基于CVM的三江平原湿地非使用价值评价 总被引:9,自引:1,他引:8
基于条件价值评估法(CVM)这一当前国际上流行的生态系统经济价值评价方法,对三江平原湿地的非使用价值进行了研究。研究中采用实地调研的方式,进行支付意愿问卷调查,共发放支付卡式CVM问卷552份,回收有效问卷513份。分别采用非参数估计和参数估计方法对调查数据进行分析处理,评价了三江平原湿地的非使用价值,得出三江平原湿地2007年人均支付意愿为71.66元/a,并进一步计算出三江平原湿地的非使用价值为24.638亿元/a。该值仅为三江平原湿地部分,如果扩大到三江平原涵盖的所有自然资源,其值还将大幅上扬。三江平原蕴含的自然资源价值是巨大的,保护三江平原的生态环境也将创造巨大的价值,研究结论使得湿地环境保护和开发的价值对比成为可能,为政府相关政策的制定提供理论基础。 相似文献

Sediments from Cheboygan Marsh, a coastal freshwater wetland on Lake Huron that has been invaded by an emergent exotic plant, Typhaxglauca, were examined to assess the effects of invasion on wetland nutrient levels and sediment microbial communities. Comparison of invaded and uninvaded zones of the marsh indicated that the invaded zone showed significantly lower plant diversity, as well as significantly higher aboveground plant biomass and soil organic matter. The sediments in the invaded zone also showed dramatically higher concentrations of soluble nutrients, including greater than 10-fold higher soluble ammonium, nitrate, and phosphate, which suggests that Typhaxglauca invasion may be impacting the wetland's ability to remove nutrients. Terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism analyses revealed significant differences in the composition of total bacterial communities (based on 16S-rRNA genes) and denitrifier communities (based on nirS genes) between invaded and uninvaded zones. This shift in denitrifiers in the sediments may be ecologically significant due to the critical role that denitrifying bacteria play in removal of nitrogen by wetlands. 相似文献

Comparison of Soil Organic Matter in Created, Restored and Paired Natural Wetlands in North Carolina 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Soil organic matter (SOM) content is a key indicator of soil quality and is correlated to a number of important soil processes
that occur in wetlands such as respiration, denitrification, and phosphorus sorption. To better understand the differences
in the SOM content of created (CW), restored (RW), and paired natural wetlands (NWs), 11 CW/RW-NW pairs were sampled in North
Carolina. The site pairs spanned a range of hydrogeomorphic (HGM) subclasses common in the Coastal Plain. The following null
hypotheses were tested: (1) SOM content of paired CW/RWs and NWs are similar; (2) SOM content of wetlands across different
HGM subclasses is similar; and (3) interactions between wetland status (CW/RW vs. NW) and hydrogeomorphic subclass are similar.
The first null hypothesis was rejected as CW/RWs had significantly lower mean SOM (11.8 ± 3.9%) than their paired NWs (28.98
± 8.0%) on average and at 10 out of the 11 individual sites. The second and third null hypotheses were also rejected as CW/RWs
and NWs in the non-riverine organic soil flat subclass had significantly higher mean SOM content (31.08 ± 14.2%) than the
other three subclasses (8.18 ± 2.5, 11.18 ± 8.2, and 10.38 ± 4.2%). Individual sites within this fourth subclass also had
significantly different SOM content. This indicated that it would be inappropriate to include the organic soil flat subclass
with either the riverine or non-riverine mineral soil flat subclasses when considering restoration guidelines. These results
also suggested that if there is a choice in mitigation options between restoration or creation, wetlands should be restored
rather than created, especially those in the non-riverine organic soil flat subclass. 相似文献

The potential of two plant species, Phragmites australis (common reed) and Typha latifolia (cattail), in the phytoremediation process of selenium (Se) was studied in subsurface-flow constructed wetland (SSF). Se was supplemented continuously at a concentration of 100 microg Se L(-1) in the inlet of the cultivation beds of the SSF. Water samples collected from the outlet of the Phragmites bed after 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 wk of treatments showed that Se content was under detectable limits. Water samples collected from the Typha bed at the same five periods showed that Se concentrations in the outlet were 55, 47, 65, 76, and 25 microg/L, respectively. The results of bioaccumulation in the biomass of both species after 12 wk of treatment indicated that Typha plants accumulated Se mainly in fine roots. Phragmites accumulated Se mainly in leaves and rhizomes, and moderate levels were found in stems and fine organic materials. The results indicate that common reed is a very good species for Se phytoextraction and phytostabilization (immobilization) and that cattail is only a phytostabilization species. The use of common reed and cattail for Se phytoremediation in a SSF system and in constructed wetland models are discussed. 相似文献
