在3间人工气候室精密受控环境中,保持日平均温度为22 ℃,设置昼夜温差分别为6 ℃(25 ℃/19 ℃)、8 ℃(26 ℃/18 ℃)、10 ℃(27 ℃/17 ℃),研究昼夜温差对番茄生长的影响.结果表明: 番茄不同品种、不同生长时期适宜的昼夜温差条件不同.番茄开花前,与6 ℃温差相比,8 ℃温差可显著加快野生种醋栗番茄LA1781生长发育,使幼苗株高增加23.1%,出叶加快1~2片,开花提前7 d;10 ℃温差对LA1781苗期的促进作用与8 ℃温差相似.对栽培种普通番茄LA2397和LA0490来说,6 ℃温差使幼苗生长良好,8 ℃温差对幼苗无显著促进作用;与6 ℃温差相比,10 ℃温差对苗期生长及开花有抑制作用,使株高降低12.0%~18.3%,出叶慢2~3片,开花推迟2~4 d.10 ℃温差使3个品种番茄地上部分干质量增加25.2%~44.2%.番茄开花后,与6 ℃温差相比,10 ℃温差可显著提高LA1781的产量和果实品质,使果实数增加34.7%,单株产量增加92.1%,平均单果质量增加40.0%,果实可溶性糖含量增加16.3%,番茄红素含量增加95.6%.与6 ℃温差相比,LA2397和LA0490在8 ℃温差下产量和果实品质提高,番茄红素含量增加超过2倍;在10 ℃温差下产量略有降低(5.0%),果实含糖量降低,但果实尺寸和番茄红素含量增加.表明番茄苗期生长温差不宜过大,花果期适当增大昼夜温差可提高产量和果实品质,但温差过大易造成生长不良和减产.  相似文献

利用温室环境参数构建室内微环境模拟模型,并结合温室病害模型进行预警,便于开展病害生态防治,以减少农药使用,从而保护温室生态环境和保证农产品质量安全.本文利用温室内能量守恒原理和水分平衡原理,构建了日光温室冠层叶片温度和空气相对湿度模拟模型.叶片温度模拟模型考虑了温室内植物与墙体、土壤、覆盖物之间的辐射热交换,以及室内净辐射、叶片蒸腾作用引起的能量变化;相对湿度模拟模型综合了温室内叶片蒸腾、土壤蒸发、覆盖物与叶面的水汽凝结引起的水分变化.将温湿度估计模型输出值作为参数,输入黄瓜霜霉病初侵染和潜育期预警模型中,估计黄瓜霜霉病发病日期,并与田间观测的实际发病日期比较.试验选取2014年9月和10月的温湿度监测数据进行模型验证,冠层叶片温度实际值与模拟值的均方根偏差(RMSD)分别为0.016和0.024 ℃,空气相对湿度实际值与模拟值的RMSD分别为0.15%和0.13%.结合温湿度估计模型结果表明,黄瓜病害预警系统预测黄瓜霜霉病发病日期与田间调查发病日期相吻合.本研究可为黄瓜日光温室病害预警模型及系统构建提供微环境数据支持.  相似文献

以Bt基因来源于中国的棉花品种泗抗1 号(常规种)、泗抗3 号(杂交种)和来源于美国的棉花品种99B(常规棉)、岱杂1 号(杂交棉)为材料,研究了不同高温水平下Bt 棉盛铃期铃壳中Bt 蛋白含量变化及氮代谢生理特征.结果表明: 铃壳中Bt 蛋白含量随温度升高而降低,与对照相比(32 ℃),常规棉品种在38 ℃、杂交棉品种在40 ℃以上时,铃壳中Bt 蛋白含量大幅度下降.其中,常规种泗抗1号和99B在38 ℃时分别下降53.0%和69.5%;杂交种泗抗3号和岱杂1号在40 ℃时下降64.8%和54.1%.铃壳Bt 杀虫蛋白含量下降显著时,其可溶性蛋白含量明显下降,游离氨基酸含量明显提高,GPT活性显著下降,蛋白酶活性显著增加.高温影响铃壳的氮代谢引起Bt蛋白的分解加剧,合成减弱,从而造成Bt蛋白含量减少,抗虫性下降.  相似文献

Locked nucleic acid (LNA) is a modified RNA nucleotide that can be incorporated at specific positions to generate probes with the desired length, melting temperature (TM), and specificity. Here, we describe a method of multiplex genotyping based on dramatic shifts in the TM of a single dual-labeled LNA probe. Using this method, two varieties of the hairtail fish Trichiurus lepturus can be distinguished from each other, as well as from Trichiurus japonicus, based on a 1- to 2-bp difference in a fragment of mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit 1. The shift in TM was 15 °C for a 1-bp mismatch and 27 °C for a 2-bp mismatch, indicating remarkable specificity. We anticipate that the method will be widely useful in applications such as species identification that require accurate, multiplex, and efficient detection of DNA polymorphisms.  相似文献

The root‐lesion nematode Pratylenchus thornei is a major pathogen of wheat and other field crops, particularly in the northern grain region of sub‐tropical eastern Australia. Research was conducted into the temperature requirements of P. thornei for reproduction on wheat to increase the reliability of selection in resistance tests for wheat breeding. Final population densities (Pf) of P. thornei were determined on four wheat cultivars (Gatcher, GS50a, Potam and Suneca) at fortnightly intervals from 8 to 18 weeks at a range of six soil temperatures (15°C, 20°C, 22.5°C, 25°C, 27.5°C and 30°C) in a glasshouse experiment. Pratylenchus thornei had the highest Pf in the temperature range of 20–25°C on all wheat cultivars at all growth times after sowing, with no nematode reproduction measured at 30°C and very little at 15°C. The wheat cv. GS50a consistently produced lower Pf than cvs Gatcher, Potam and Suneca in the optimum temperature range of 20–25°C. In carrot disc cultures, P. thornei had an optimum temperature of 25°C with little reproduction at 17.5°C and none detectable at 30°C. A standard soil temperature of 23°C was chosen to maximise differences in nematode reproduction between resistant and susceptible wheat genotypes for selection in wheat breeding, and to improve reproducibility among successive experiments. The relationships derived from these experiments will be valuable for simulation of P. thornei reproduction in crop growth models. They also indicate that early sowing of wheat into cool soil (≤15°C) in farmers' fields of the northern grain region should favour wheat growth over nematode reproduction and increase grain yield.  相似文献

Powdery mildew, caused by Golovinomyces orontii and Podosphaera xanthii, is a widespread disease that causes important losses in cucurbit production. To determine the aetiology and the epidemiology of cucurbit powdery mildew disease in the North of Italy, observations on the occurrence of the main disease‐causing fungal species were conducted during the 2010, 2011 and 2012 growing seasons. Samples of infected leaves of zucchini, melon and pumpkin plants, either from field or greenhouse crops, were collected every 15–18 days from May to September/October. To identify the fungal species, both morphological observations based on the asexual stage and molecular identifications by a Multiplex‐PCR reaction with species‐specific primers were performed. Climatic parameters of temperature and relative humidity were also monitored. Pearson's correlation coefficient and Principal Component Analysis showed a negative significant correlation between the two species, and a peculiar epidemiological behaviour was also observed: the earlier infections were caused by G. orontii, which was the predominant species till the end of June–middle of July. At this time, this species progressively decreased in frequency and was replaced by P. xanthii that became the main species infecting cucurbits till the end of the growing season. As the two species have different ecological requirements, these seasonal variations in the cucurbit powdery mildew species composition could possibly be explained by the influence of temperature and relative humidity on the pathogen epidemiology during the growing season but also by the different overwintering strategies adopted by the two species.  相似文献

The relationship between sap flux and stem CO2 efflux was assessed for three mango trees. We observed higher than expected CO2 effluxes at the place of measurement under intermediate sap flux velocities and lower fluxes under high sap flux velocity. A model that explains 48% of the annual variation in Atlantic salmon Salmo salar smolt production in the River Orkla, Norway, has been established. This variation could be explained by egg deposition, minimum daily discharge during the previous winter and minimum weekly discharge during the summer 3 years before smolt migration. All coefficients in the model were positive, which indicates that more eggs and higher minimum discharge levels during the winter before smolt migration and the summer after hatching benefit smolt production. Hence, when the spawning target of the river is reached, the minimum levels of river discharge, in both winter and summer, are the main bottlenecks for the parr survival, and hence for smolt production. The River Orkla was developed for hydropower production in the early 1980s by the construction of four reservoirs upstream of the river stretch accessible to S. salar. Although no water has been removed from the catchment, the dynamics of water flow has been altered, mainly by increasing discharges during winter and reducing spring floods. In spite of the higher than natural winter discharges, minimum winter discharge is still a determinant of smolt production. Hence, in regulated rivers, the maintenance of discharges to ensure that they are as high as possible during dry periods is an important means of securing high S. salar smolt production.  相似文献

In coho salmon Oncorhynchus kisutch, no significant differences in critical thermal maximum (c. 26·9° C, CTmax) were observed among size‐matched wild‐type, domesticated, growth hormone (GH)‐transgenic fish fed to satiation, and GH‐transgenic fish on a ration‐restricted diet. Instead, GH‐transgenic fish fed to satiation had significantly higher maximum heart rate and Arrhenius breakpoint temperature (mean ± s.e. = 17·3 ± 0·1° C, TAB). These results provide insight into effects of modified growth rate on temperature tolerance in salmonids, and can be used to assess the potential ecological consequences of GH‐transgenic fishes should they enter natural environments with temperatures near their thermal tolerance limits.  相似文献

A new cyst nematode species, Globodera ellingtonae, was recently described from populations in Oregon and Idaho. This nematode has been shown to reproduce on potato. Because of this nematode’s close relationship to the potato cyst nematodes, G. rostochiensis and G. pallida, an understanding of the risk of its potential spread, including prediction of potential geographical distribution, is required. To determine the development of G. ellingtonae under different temperatures, we conducted growth chamber experiments over a range of temperatures (10.0°C to 26.5°C) and tracked length of time to various developmental stages, including adult females bearing the next generation of eggs. Both the time to peak population densities of G. ellingtonae life stages and their duration in roots generally increased with decreasing temperature. Regression of growth rate to second-stage (J2) and third-stage (J3) juveniles on temperature yielded different base temperatures: 6.3°C and 4.4°C for J2 and J3, respectively. Setting a base temperature of 6°C allowed calculation of the degree-days (DD6) over which different life stages occurred. The largest population densities of J2 were found in roots between 50 and 200 DD6. Population densities of J3 peaked between 200 and 300 DD6. Adult males were detected in soil starting at 300 to 400 DD6 and remained detectable for approximately 500 DD6. By 784 to 884 DD6, half of the eggs in adult females contained vermiform juveniles. Given the similarity in temperature ranges for successful development between G. ellingtonae and G. rostochiensis, G. ellingtonae populations likely could survive in the same geographic range in which G. rostochiensis now occurs.  相似文献
