Rice straw was treated with a mixed solution of acetic acid and propionic acid to enhance its biodegradability. The effect of acid concentration, pretreatment time, and the ratio of solid to liquid on the delignification performance of rice straw were investigated. It was found that the optimal conditions for hydrolysis were 0.75 mol/L acid concentration, 2 h pretreatment time and 1:20 solid to liquid ratio. Batch methane fermentation of untreated rice straw, pretreated rice straw, and the hydrolysates (the liquid fraction) of pretreatment were conducted at 35 °C for 30 days, and the results indicated that methane production of rice straw can be enhanced by dilute organic acid pretreatment. Moreover, most of the acid in hydrolysates can also be converted into methane gas.  相似文献

The strain ofSerratia marcescens QM B1466 produces selectively large amount of chitinolytic enzymes (about 1mg/L medium). Enzymatic hydrolysis of chitin to N-acetyl-β-D-glucosamine (NAG) was performed with a system consisting of two hydrolases (chitinase and chitobiase) produced by optimization of a microbial host consuming chitin particles. For the development of Large-scale biological process for the production of NAG from chitinaceous waste, the selection and optimization of a microbial host, particle size of chitin and pretreatment of chitin source were investigated. Also, the effect of crab/shrimp chitin sources and initial induction time using chitin as a sole carbon source on chitinase/chitobiase production and NAG production were examined. Crab-shell chitin(1.5%) treated by dilute acid and, ball-milled with a nominal diameter less than 250m gave the highest chitinase activity over a 7 days culture. Crude chitinase/chitobiase solution obtained in a 10 L fed-batch fermentation showed a maximum activities of 23.6 U/mL and 5.1 U/mL, respectively with a feeding time of 3 hrs, near pH 8.5 at 30°C.  相似文献

The constituents of the steam volatile oils from two kinds of Allium fistulosum, A. fistulosum var. caespitosum and A. chinense, have been investigated by GC and spectral techniques (IR, UV, GC/MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR). The compounds identified from the neutral fraction of each volatile oil included sulphides, thiolanes, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, furanones and others. Among the sulphur compounds, dipropyl disulphide comprised ca 28% of A. fistulosum oil, ca 23% of A. fistulosum var. caespitosum oil and ca 30% of A. chinense oil. A. fistulosum oil was characterized by a large quantity of tridecan-2-one (ca 52%) and 2,3-dihydro-2-octyl-5-methylfuran-3-one (ca 16%). Also, a large amount of 2,3-dihydro-2-hexyl-5-methylfuran-3-one (ca 20%) was isolated from A. chinense oil.  相似文献

本文研究水蒸气蒸馏法提取马尾松松针挥发油的工艺。通过单因素试验考察液固比、提取时间、松针长度、浸泡时间4个因素对马尾松松针挥发油得率的影响,运用L9(34)正交试验探索最佳工艺条件。结果表明,浸泡时间对挥发油提取有显著影响(P=0.045),最佳时间为7 h;液固比、提取时间、松针长度无显著影响(P>0.05)。最佳工艺条件为液固比9∶1、提取时间3 h、松针长度5 mm、浸泡时间7 h,通过验证实验验证此工艺稳定可行。  相似文献

Room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) are emerging as attractive and green solvents for lignocellulosic biomass pretreatment. The unique solvating properties of RTILs foster the disruption of the 3D network structure of lignin, cellulose, and hemicellulose, which allows high yields of fermentable sugars to be produced in subsequent enzymatic hydrolysis. In the current review, we summarize the physicochemical properties of RTILs that make them effective solvents for lignocellulose pretreatment including mechanisms of interaction between lignocellulosic biomass subcomponents and RTILs. We also highlight several recent strategies that exploit RTILs and generate high yields of fermentable sugars suitable for downstream biofuel production, and address new opportunities for use of lignocellulosic components, including lignin. Finally, we address some of the challenges that remain before large-scale use of RTILs may be achieved.  相似文献

古巴牛乳树和人心果是铁线子属具有开发前景的热带珍稀果树。为了将这两种果树在亚热带地区推广种植,该研究在已知这两种果树具有较高耐盐性的研究基础上,采用盆栽试验法,对3年生幼苗设置10‰、20‰的Na Cl预处理,一定时间后依次进行9℃、3℃的低温胁迫,分析比较其叶片中多种渗透调节物质含量及抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明:两种果树叶片渗透调节物质含量及抗氧化酶活性的变化趋势是一致的。在9℃、3℃的低温胁迫下,10‰、20‰Na Cl预处理叶片中的游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均明显高于对照组,同一低温条件下,耐寒性强弱依次为10‰20‰对照(CK)。因此推断Na Cl预处理可以有效提高铁线子属果树的耐寒性,其中以10‰预处理最为理想,此时古巴牛乳树和人心果的实际盆土盐度分别为2.46‰、1.14‰。  相似文献

Enzyme production by a new mesophilic Streptomyces isolate was investigated which grew optimally on 1% (w/v) xylan and 10% (w/v) wheat bran at pH 7 and 37 °C. Xylan induced only CMCase (0.29 U/ml) besides xylanase (22–35 U/ml, 40–49 U/mg protein). Wheat bran induced xylanase (105 U/ml, 17.5 U/mg protein), CMCase (0.74 U/ml), -xylosidase (0.009 U/ml), -glucosidase (0.026 U/ml), -L-arabinofuranosidase (0.049 U/ml), amylase (1.6 U/ml) and phytase (0.432 U/ml). The isolate was amenable to solid state cultivation and produced increased levels of xylanase (146 U/ml, 28 U/mg protein). The pH and temperature optima of the crude xylanase activity were 5.5 and 65 °C respectively. The pI was 6.0 as determined by PEG precipitation. The crude enzyme was applied in treatment of paper pulp and predigestion of poultry feed and was found to be effective in releasing sugars from both and soluble phosphorus from the latter.  相似文献

Clinical platelet infusion is primarily used to prevent or stop bleeding, but can also have a role in treating infections or promoting wound healing. The demand for platelets has increased in recent years. However, as platelets can only be stored for short periods, there is a substantial loss due to the products reaching their expiry date. Platelet lyophilization is a particularly valuable and important research field. The purpose of studying the freeze-drying preservation of platelets is to realize the long-term preservation of platelets at room temperature. It is very possible to prepare qualified freeze-dried platelets. However, there are still problems that have not been solved in the process of platelet lyophilization. This review mainly summarizes research progress in the preparation and application of freeze-dried platelets.  相似文献

There have been numerous reports in the literature describing the diversity of microbial flora isolated from woodwind and brass instruments, with potential infection risks for players, especially when such instruments are shared. Steam disinfection has become established as a trusted method of decontamination; however, there have been no reports on the employment of this technology to disinfect parts of musical instruments, hence it was the aim of this study to examine the fate of bacterial and yeast pathogens on artificially contaminated trumpet mouthpieces and to evaluate whether such disinfection is an effective method of disinfection for such instrument parts. Trumpet mouthpieces were artificially contaminated with 18 microbial strains (17 bacteria from four genera (Enterococcus, Escherichia, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus) and one yeast (Candida)), each at an inoculum density of approximately 1·5 × 107 colony forming units and subjected to a disinfection cycle. The experiment was repeated including 50% (v/v) sterile sputum as soil. No bacteria or yeast organisms were recovered post disinfection, including following recovery and with nonselective cultural enrichment techniques.  相似文献
