间伐强度对杉木-火力楠混交林生长影响的研究初报   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
对杉木-火力楠混交林进行4种间伐强度试验表明,间伐6年后各林分的杉木、火力楠胸径净生长量比对照分别增加70-139、11-25%,树高增加46-90、7-10%,村积生长增加54-140、10-43%,林分蓄积量增加49-75m3·ha-1,平均冠高增加2-6、8-13%,第1活枝高下降0.5-3、35-48%.冠幅杉木下降1-2%、火力楠增加1-8%.可以认为,以间伐强度为30和40%2种方式较好,间伐后林分定型株数约保留在1600-2200株·ha-1之间为宜。  相似文献

Salt-dilution halophyte Suaeda salsa, salt-secretory halophytes Atriplex centrMasiatica and Limonium bicolor were treated with different concentrations of KC1 and isosmotic NaC1. It was found that the organic dry weight and net photosynthetic rate of these plants were inhibited by 100--500 and 100--400 mmol/L KC1 respectively, indicating the existance of a relationship between the growth inhibition by K+ and the decrease of photosynthesis in halophytes. After treatment with 100--400 mmol/L KCI, the content of K+ increased while that of Na+ decreased, but there were no change in osmotic potential and ability of osmotic adjustment. It proved that growth inhibition by K+ was related to Na+ deficiency in osmotic adjustment and the toxic effect of high K+ on cells. Further there was no direct relation between the decrease of growth and photosynthesys and the content of sugars in leaves. Moreover, the inhibition of ATPase activity by high K+ concentration was probably related to growth inhibition.  相似文献

Siblings of children with chronic disorders are at increased risk of psychosocial problems. The risk may be exacerbated when the chronic disorder is rare and limited medical knowledge is available, due to more uncertainty and feelings of isolation. We examined mental health, parent-child communication, child-parent relationship quality, and social support among 100 children aged 8 to 16 years (M age 11.5 years, SD = 2.2; 50.0% boys, 50.0% girls). Fifty-six were siblings of children with rare disorders, and 44 were controls. The siblings of children with rare disorders (herein, siblings) were recruited from a resource centre for rare disorders and comprised siblings of children with a range of rare disorders including neuromuscular disorders and rare chromosomal disorders with intellectual disability. Controls were recruited from schools. Self-reported child mental health was significantly poorer for siblings compared to controls (effect size difference d = 0.75). Parent-reported child mental health was not significantly different between the groups (d = -0.06 to 0.16). Most child-parent relationships (anxiety/avoidance; mothers/fathers) were significantly poorer for siblings compared to controls (d = 0.47 to 0.91). There was no difference between groups in anxious relation with mother. Parent-child communication was significantly poorer for siblings compared to controls (d = -0.87 to -0.75). Social support was significantly poorer for siblings compared to controls (d = 0.61). We conclude that siblings of children with rare disorders display more psychosocial problems than controls. Interventions are indicated to prevent further maladjustment for siblings.  相似文献

以二年生桢楠(Phoebe zhennan)幼树为研究对象, 采用盆栽控水的方法, 探讨了桢楠幼树在干旱胁迫下渗透调节和活性氧代谢的变化, 以及施氮对桢楠幼树应对干旱胁迫能力的影响。试验先将土壤含水量调整到4个梯度(田间持水量的80% (80% FC)、50% FC、30% FC和15% FC), 1周后测定受胁迫植株的相关生理指标, 之后进行3个水平的施氮处理(对照N0, 中氮MN, 高氮HN, 各施氮量分4次(即干旱梯度形成后第7、14、21和28天)分别施入)。在施氮结束后30天(即开始施肥处理后51天)再次测定各项生理指标。结果表明: 1)干旱处理7天后, 桢楠叶片中游离脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖(SS)含量均随胁迫强度增大而显著增加, 重度干旱(15% FC)下的Pro含量增加尤为明显, 可溶性蛋白(SP)含量则呈先增加后降低的趋势。施氮后, 各种土壤水分状态下的Pro含量进一步增加。水分充足和轻度干旱MN水平下, SS含量也增加, 而在中度和重度干旱下的SS含量显著降低, HN水平各干旱状态下SS含量变化均不显著。施氮结束后30天时, 80% FC和50% FC下的SP含量表现为施氮组低于对照组, 而30% FC和15% FC下则相反。2)施氮前随着干旱胁迫的增强, 桢楠幼树叶片中过氧化氢(H2O2)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著上升, 而过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先上升后下降的趋势。施氮后, H2O2含量总体上表现为减少趋势, 且MN水平下降幅度最大, HN水平反而不利于降低H2O2的含量。3种酶活性的变化则因干旱程度和施氮水平的不同而呈现出不同的变化趋势。3)施氮前随着干旱胁迫的增强, 叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量呈显著上升趋势, 相对电导率(REC)先显著下降后显著上升; 施氮后, 除重度干旱胁迫外, 其他各干旱处理植株的MDA含量都表现为在MN水平下有所下降, 而在HN水平下有所回升, 但在重度干旱时, 无论是MN或HN处理, MDA含量均呈上升趋势, 表明在重度干旱胁迫下, 难以通过施氮的方式缓解干旱胁迫产生的伤害。4)双因素方差分析显示, 施氮与干旱胁迫间具有极显著的交互效应。以上结果表明: 施一定量的氮肥有利于缓解桢楠幼树受到的干旱胁迫, 以年施氮量计, 施中氮(N元素质量为1.35 g·株 -1)对除重度干旱外的干旱胁迫具有一定的缓解作用, 但施高氮(N元素质量为2.70 g·株 -1)时反而会对植株造成不利影响。  相似文献

盐穗木(Halostachys caspica)是荒漠盐碱地广泛分布的盐生植物,具有极强的耐盐性。为揭示盐胁迫下盐穗木基因组层面的基因表达变化特性,通过对300和500mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫3h的盐穗木同化枝进行了转录组测序。有效序列组装共得到153298条平均长度为643bp的unigenes,进行GO和KEGG功能聚类,分别获得47个GO功能小类和118个KEGG通路。差异表达基因分析显示,短期低盐(300mmol·L-1)响应基因有4432个,高盐(500mmol·L-1)响应基因有2580个,两个胁迫的共差异基因有1245个,主要富集在细胞过程、代谢过程和响应刺激等类别中。从短期盐胁迫下盐穗木转录组筛选出渗透调节和活性氧清除的相关基因,大多为上调基因。说明盐穗木能够通过促进渗透调节和增强活性氧清除提高短期的盐胁迫适应能力。  相似文献

对不同林龄刺槐群落叶功能性状差异及其与土壤养分的关系进行研究,分析刺槐对黄土丘陵区土壤环境的适应策略.结果表明: 随林龄的增大,刺槐比叶面积、叶面积、叶片含水量、叶全氮含量及叶有机碳含量呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,且在30年林龄时达到最大值,分别为279.18 cm2·g-1、12.33 cm2、0.09%、33.01 g·kg-1、523.08 g·kg-1.随林龄的增大,叶组织密度、叶全磷含量、叶厚度及气孔密度呈增大趋势,气孔长度及气孔宽度呈减小趋势.主成分分析表明,叶面积、比叶面积、叶全磷含量、叶片含水量、叶厚度及气孔密度均为刺槐叶功能性状随林龄变化的主要指标.各指标间呈一定的相关性,这表明刺槐能改变自身的形态结构,形成最佳功能组合以适应环境的变化.影响叶面积、叶片含水量、比叶面积及气孔长度的主要土壤因子是土壤全氮含量,影响气孔宽度、叶组织密度、叶厚度、叶全磷含量、叶全氮含量及气孔密度的主要土壤因子是土壤有机碳含量,这表明土壤全氮含量和有机碳含量是影响不同林龄刺槐叶功能性状的主要土壤因子.随林龄的增大,刺槐群落土壤养分得到改善,进而影响刺槐叶功能性状.不同林龄刺槐叶功能性状的差异反映出刺槐具有较强的叶片形态可塑性,有利于其适应黄土丘陵区的土壤环境.  相似文献

研究不同密度柚木人工林对林下植被及土壤理化性质的影响,为柚木人工林营建与可持续经营提供理论依据。以广东揭阳14~16年生不同林分密度(650、900、1 050、1 200和1 450 株·hm-2)柚木人工林为研究对象,通过样方调查植被的种名、株数、高度及盖度等,并采集0~20和20~40 cm土样进行理化性质分析,对林下植被物种多样性指数及其土壤理化性质进行主成分分析评价,来评价不同林分密度下柚木人工林的立地质量。结果表明:随着林分密度增加,柚木人工林林下植被盖度整体表现出降低趋势,草本优势物种由阳生性到中生性,逐渐向阴生性的过渡,林下植被Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson优势度指数、丰富度指数和均匀度指数表现出先增加后减少的趋势;相同密度下,表层土土壤理化性质优于下层土,随着林分密度增大,土壤理化性质整体呈现出先改善后退化的变化过程,不同林分密度间柚木人工林土壤毛管孔隙度、非毛管孔隙度、速效K、速效P、全P、交换性酸和交换性Al等指标差异性显著(P<0.05);基于林下植被物种多样性和土壤理化性质主成分分析,不同林分密度柚木人工林物种多样性和土壤理化性质综合得分由大到小依次是:1 050 株·hm-2(4.82)、900 株·hm-2(1.58)、650 株·hm-2(-1.30)、1 200 株·hm-2(-1.81)、1 450 株·hm-2(-3.29)。因此,说明适宜的林分密度(1 050 株·hm-2)有利于保持较好的林下植被物种多样性和土壤理化性质,在柚木人工林经营的过程中,可以根据实际情况合理调整林分的密度。  相似文献

Aims Natural and anthropogenic changes in forests can have important influences on transpiration and water production. Understanding the effects of increasing disturbances, due for example to climate change and forest harvesting, requires detailed information on how forest density and structural attributes relate to transpiration. Mean annual transpiration of eucalypt forest communities is often strongly correlated with total cross-sectional sapwood area. Our aim was to test an efficient method for estimating sapwood area at 1.3 m height (SA 1.3) in a large number of trees to understand the spatial heterogeneity of tree and stand sapwood area within and between forest communities, and develop allometric relationships that predict SA 1.3 with forest inventory data. We also apply tree competition models to determine the degree to which the relationship between SA 1.3 and tree basal area at 1.3 m height (BA 1.3) is influenced by competition.Methods We visited 25 recently harvested southeastern Australian forest sites consisting of 1379 trees and 5 Eucalyptus species to evaluate a new efficient data collection method for estimating SA 1.3 with tree taper and stump dimensions data using mixed effects models. The locations of 784 stumps within one 5-ha site were accurately mapped using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), and four distance-dependent tree competition models were applied across the site to explain within-stand variation in the ratio of SA 1.3 to BA 1.3. Data from 24 additional sites, consisting of ten 15 m radial plots per site, were used to analyse within-site variation in R Ha (the ratio of stand sapwood area SA Ha to stand basal area BA Ha). The radial plots were merged within each site to evaluate between-site variations in R Ha across the landscape. For predicting SA Ha with forest inventory data, we computed the relationship between SA Ha and a new index of total stem perimeter per hectare, defined as ? B A H a N T, where N T is tree stocking density.Important findings Our 1379 measured stems represent the most comprehensive measure of sapwood area, surpassing the 757 measured stems in native eucalypt forests published in literature. The species-specific R Ha varied considerably across sites and therefore extrapolating SA Ha with spatially distributed BA Ha maps and a generalized R Ha would introduce local uncertainty. We found that the species-specific stem perimeter index was more effective at capturing variability in SA Ha across the landscape using forest composition, structure and density data (R 2 : 0.72–0.77). The strong correlation between tree SA 1.3 and BA 1.3 improved slightly using tree competition models (R 2 increased from 0.86 to 0.88). Relating SA Ha to routinely measured forest inventory attributes within permanent plots and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data may provide opportunities to map forest water use in time and space across large areas disturbed by wildfire and logging.  相似文献
