以早籼多垩白品种泸红早1号、浙733和少垩白品种中优早3号、舟优903及中籼中引85为材料,在自然高温条件下对水稻灌浆过程中胚乳内含物质(如淀粉、可溶性糖等)和酶(淀粉磷酸化酶、Q酶)活性的连续变化进行测定。结果表明,不同垩白度品种其胚乳内部物质增长的时间进程和酶活性的变化存在差异,由此造成灌浆动态明显不同,并导致垩白形成的差异。 相似文献

Higher temperatures caused by future climate change will bring more frequent heat stress events and pose an increasing risk to global wheat production. Crop models have been widely used to simulate future crop productivity but are rarely tested with observed heat stress experimental datasets. Four wheat models (DSSAT‐CERES‐Wheat, DSSAT‐Nwheat, APSIM‐Wheat, and WheatGrow) were evaluated with 4 years of environment‐controlled phytotron experimental datasets with two wheat cultivars under heat stress at anthesis and grain filling stages. Heat stress at anthesis reduced observed grain numbers per unit area and individual grain size, while heat stress during grain filling mainly decreased the size of the individual grains. The observed impact of heat stress on grain filling duration, total aboveground biomass, grain yield, and grain protein concentration (GPC) varied depending on cultivar and accumulated heat stress. For every unit increase of heat degree days (HDD, degree days over 30 °C), grain filling duration was reduced by 0.30–0.60%, total aboveground biomass was reduced by 0.37–0.43%, and grain yield was reduced by 1.0–1.6%, but GPC was increased by 0.50% for cv Yangmai16 and 0.80% for cv Xumai30. The tested crop simulation models could reproduce some of the observed reductions in grain filling duration, final total aboveground biomass, and grain yield, as well as the observed increase in GPC due to heat stress. Most of the crop models tended to reproduce heat stress impacts better during grain filling than at anthesis. Some of the tested models require improvements in the response to heat stress during grain filling, but all models need improvements in simulating heat stress effects on grain set during anthesis. 采用蛭石栽培试验,在100mmol.L-1 NaCl胁迫下,对耐盐性不同的两个菜用大豆品种种子膨大、抗氧化系统及渗透调节物质进行了研究。结果显示:(1)耐盐品种‘绿领特早’种子干质量及大小的增加在NaCl胁迫15d时未受显著影响,而盐敏感品种‘理想高产95-1’种子的膨大受到了显著抑制。(2)NaCl胁迫导致菜用大豆种子超氧阴离子(O2.-)、过氧化氢(H2O2)及丙二醛(MDA)的过量积累,但‘绿领特早’种子的相对积累量均低于‘理想高产95-1’。(3)与‘理想高产95-1’相比,‘绿领特早’在NaCl胁迫期间维持了相对较高的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)及谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性,以及较高的抗坏血酸(AsA)、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量;胁迫中期维持了相对较高的过氧化物酶(POD)活性,胁迫后期维持了相对较高的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性;胁迫前中期维持了相对较高的谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。研究发现,‘绿领特早’种子在NaCl胁迫期间能够保持较高且协调平衡的保护酶SOD、POD、CAT活性和较高的AsA-GSH循环效率,同时维持了较强的渗透调节能力,有效抑制了O2.-和H2O2的过量积累,进而有效降低了细胞膜质过氧化程度,这可能是其耐盐性较强的重要原因之一。 相似文献

Due to the presence of moisture and nutrients, brewery filling line surfaces are susceptible to unwanted microbial attachment. Knowledge of the attaching microbes will aid in designing hygienic control of the process. In this study the bacterial diversity present on brewery filling line surfaces was revealed by next generation sequencing. The two filling lines studied maintained their characteristic bacterial community throughout three sampling times (13–163 days). On the glass bottle line, γ-proteobacteria dominated (35–82% of all OTUs), whereas on the canning line α-, β- and γ-proteobacteria and actinobacteria were most common. The most frequently detected genera were Acinetobacter, Propinobacterium and Pseudomonas. The halophilic genus Halomonas was commonly detected, which might be due to its tolerance to alkaline foam cleaners. This study has revealed a detailed overall picture of the bacterial groups present on filling line surfaces. Further effort should be given to determine the efficacy of washing procedures on different bacterial groups. 相似文献

Some factors that may be concerned in determining final grain weight in barley ( Hordeum vulgare L. var. distichum ) have been investigated. Variation in endosperm fresh and dry weight, volume and starch content have been recorded at different stages of grain development between anthesis and harvest-ripeness for two barleys, cvs Kym and Golden Promise, differing in final grain weight. Results were recorded under both field and glasshouse conditions. The results suggest that the higher final dry weight of Kym, in comparison with Golden Promise, is a function of both rate and duration of grain filling. Only at later stages of endosperm development did the differences in volume become significant and the Kym endosperms continued to increased rapidly in volume for two to three days after endosperm volume had reached a maximum in Golden Promise. The rates of starch accumulation in both cultivars were very similar but starch deposition continued in Kym endosperms for four to five days after deposition in Golden Promise endosperms had slowed down. 相似文献

and yield have been worked out with late duration (140–150 days) rice varieties. Grain number per m2, grains per panicle and yield showed a negative relationship with grain size. There was no compensatory balance between grain
size and grain number within a range of thousand grain weight of 15 to 30 g. Based on the peaks in grain filling activity,
the varieties were classified into four groups. There was no relationship between grain size and rate of grain filling thereby

The accumulation of salt-soluble proteins in the endosperm of developing barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) grains was examined. Detached spikes of barley were cultured at different levels of nitrogen nutrition and pulse-labeled with [14C] sucrose at specific times after anthesis. Proteins were extracted from isolated endosperms and separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and crossed immunoelectrophoresis. Fluorography revealed an early, middle and late synthesis of specific proteins during grain filling. Synthesis of proteins appearing at the later stages responded to increased nitrogen nutrition. Two major components, -amylase and protein Z in particular, had a synthesis profile almost identical to that of the endosperm storage protein, hordein.Abbreviations CIE

目的评估和比较3种乳牙根管充填材料对乳牙根尖周炎常见细菌的抗菌功效。方法在体外实验中,采用纸片扩散法检测并观察3种乳牙根管充填材料及蒸馏水作用于粪肠球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌和具核梭杆菌后形成的抑菌环直径(mm),用SPSS 24.0软件进行统计分析。结果三重抗生素糊剂对乳牙根尖周炎根管中3种细菌均显示出最强的抗菌潜力,其次是Vitapex?、氢氧化钙糊剂,结果差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);蒸馏水对3种细菌是非抑制性的。粪肠球菌对3种药物反应最敏感,其次是牙龈卟啉单胞菌、具核梭杆菌,结果差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论三重抗生素糊剂是最推荐用于治疗乳牙根尖周炎的根管充填材料。 相似文献
