于2008-2010年,在山西省临汾市尧都区半干旱、半湿润季风气候区,通过大田试验研究了玉米秸秆连续还田条件下灌水模式对冬小麦籽粒产量、干物质转移及水肥利用效率的影响.结果表明:浇越冬水可促进小麦分蘖;浇拔节水可提高分蘖成穗率,增加成穗数;浇孕穗水可促进穗部干物质积累,提高千粒重.浇2水时,推迟第2次浇水时期使叶片干物质转移量和穗粒数增加;浇2水比浇l水的肥料表观利用率高,可促进穗部干物质积累.越冬水灌水量和总灌水量对分蘖、穗部干物质积累的影响较小;拔节期或孕穗期增加灌水量则更有利于养分吸收及干物质积累与转移,提高籽粒水分利用效率,产量构成因素协调,增产效果明显.因此,确保越冬水可实现稳产,在越冬水基础上,拔节期增量灌水(900 m3·hm-2)可满足冬小麦中后期生长发育的需要,提高籽粒水分利用效率,实现节水高产栽培.  相似文献

Larvae of the sutchi catfish Pangasianodon hypophthalmus were collected during peak downstream drift in the Lower Mekong river on four occasions over an 8-week period during the 2003 spawning season, and genotyped using seven microsatellite loci. We provide evidence for several heterogeneous groups within and among the temporally discrete larval peak samples. Strong evidence for a significant deficit of heterozygotes was observed for each larval sample and the pooled sample, possibly due to population admixture. Although individual-based assignment tests suggested that each larval peak sample was admixed, significant but low genetic differentiation was observed among larval samples ( F ST = 0.0052, P  < 0.01). The lack of significant relatedness confirms the multifamily composition of each larval group, excluding family bias to explain the observed genetic heterogeneity. Both the entire larval peak and each temporally separated larval peak originated from spawning groups with heterogeneous allelic composition involving several distinct spawning events. We propose three explanations to account for our findings: (1) the ecological match/mismatch hypothesis; (2) the genetic 'sweepstakes' selection hypothesis; and (3) life-history-specific characteristics of the spawning populations. Based on egg collection records, spontaneous spawning activity of sea bass, Lates calcarifer (Bloch), reared in floating net cages followed a semilunar cycle. The peak of multiple spawnings coincided with declining spring tides of quarter moon periods. Maximum diameter of intra-ovarian, ripe oocytes (0.51–0.55 mm) occurred in synchrony with the quarter moon periods. Smaller oocytes (0.44–0.47 mm) were sampled during the new and full moon periods. Two structural analogues of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRHa) (des-Gly10, d -Ala6-LHRH ethylamide and d -Ala6, Pro9-Nethylamide-LHRH), in pelleted or dissolved form, induced mature female sea bass with a mean egg diameter of at least 0.40 mm to spawn at any day during the lunar cycle. The onset of spontaneous and LHRHa-induced spawnings occurred during low tides in the evening until dawn (from 19.00 to 05.00 hours). These results demonstrate that LHRHa can effectively induce mature sea bass to spawn independent of the highly predictable semilunar spawning rhythm. In addition, the occurrence of both spontaneous and hormone-induced spawnings at a precise period of the day suggest a tidal and diurnal cue entraining spawning of mature female sea bass.  相似文献

Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi (Glomeromycota) colonize roots of the majority of land plants and facilitate their mineral nutrient uptake. Consequently, AM fungi play an important role in terrestrial ecosystems and are becoming a component of sustainable land management practices. The absence of sexual reproductive structures in modern Glomeromycota combined with their long evolutionary history suggest that these fungi may represent an ancient asexual lineage of great potential interest to evolutionary biology. However, many aspects of basic AM fungal biology, including genome structure, within-individual genetic variation, and reproductive mode are poorly understood. These knowledge gaps hinder research on the mechanisms of AM fungal interactions with individual plants and plant communities, and utilization of AM fungi in agricultural practices. I present here the current state of research on the reproduction in AM fungi and indicate what new findings can be expected in the future.  相似文献

Synopsis We investigated aspects of the reproductive biology of the cyprinid fish, Labeo victorianus, locally known as ningu, in the Kagera and Sio Rivers, Uganda. These rivers represent the last remaining refuges for this species within Uganda. L. victorianus is a highly fecund, potamodrometic fish that migrates upstream to spawn. Spawning is generally synchronised with the bimodal water level maxima observed within the rivers. There were, however, some deviations from this pattern. We caught sexually mature fish throughout the year in the Sio River, and noticed that spawing started before the second rainfall peak. Fish from the Kagera matured at significantly larger sizes than fish from the Sio River. Male and female fish, from both rivers, fed intensively during the non-breeding months accumulating significant fat reserves; a probable energy storage mechanism prior to their spawning migrations. The differences between the populations is probably a phenotypic response to differing abiotic factors such as river size, flow velocity and food availability.  相似文献

Synopsis Bay anchovy, Anchoa mitchilli, is an ecologically important species in coastal systems, acting as predators on zooplankton while serving as prey for many birds and economically important finfish species. Despite the importance of bay anchovy, limited information exists concerning reproductive biology and egg mortality from the northern parts of its range. Spawner demographics suggested Hudson River fish were older and larger than reported elsewhere. Egg mortality rates were higher in the Hudson River than reported in more southerly systems. Differences in the reproductive biology of bay anchovy suggest either anthropogenic factors or latitudinal differences between populations exist and therefore should warrant further investigations on this species in the northern portions of its range  相似文献

3′-azido-3′-deoxythymidine (AZT) is the first effective drug used clinically for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. The drug interactions with DNA and protein are associated with its mechanism of action in vivo. This study was designed to examine the interaction of AZT with the Na,K-dependent adenosine triphosphatase (Na,K-ATPase) in H2O and D2O solutions at physiological pH using drug concentration of 0.1 μM to 1 mM and final protein concentration of 0.5 to 1 mg/mL. Ultraviolet absorption and Fourier transform infrared difference spectroscopy with its self-deconvolution second-derivative resolution enhancement, and curve-fitting procedures were used to characterize the drug-binding mode, the drug-binding constant, and the effects of drug interaction on the protein secondary structure Spectroscopic evidence showed that at low drug concentration (0.1 μM), AZT binds (H-bonding) mainly to the polypeptide C=O and C−N groups with two binding constants of K1=5.3×105 M −1 and K2=9.8×103 M −1. As drug content increased, AZT-lipid complex prevailed. At a high drug concentration (1 mM), drug binding resulted in minor protein secondary structural changes from that of the α-helix 19.8%; β-pleated 25.6%; turn 9.1%; β-antiparallel 7.5% and random 38%, in the free Na,K-ATPase to that of the α-helix 19%; β-pleated 21.1%; turn 10.1%; β-antiparallel 8.8% and random 41%, in the AZT-ATPase complexes.  相似文献
