对子莲(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.)新品种‘武植子莲1号’和‘武植子莲2号’与其他12个主栽子莲品种的莲子产量和品质性状进行分析,并通过隶属函数分析法对他们的营养品质性状进行综合评价。结果显示:不同子莲品种的产量和营养品质性状差异显著,同一品种在不同发育时期莲子的可溶性糖和淀粉含量等营养指标差异较大;鲜莲子的可溶性糖含量显著高于成熟莲子,而蛋白质和淀粉含量显著低于成熟莲子。与12个主栽子莲品种相比,‘武植子莲1号’在产量上较为突出,成熟莲子的淀粉含量达52.15%,是生产天然淀粉的优良品种;‘武植子莲2号’鲜莲子的直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量低,可溶性糖含量达23.43%,适合鲜食。隶属函数分析结果表明,‘武植子莲1号’和‘武植子莲2号’的综合营养品质较好,具有很高的应用价值。 相似文献

Abstract. The patterns of growth in organs curving under the influence of gravity were analysed by time-lapse photography of cress and cucumber hypocotyls which were delimited into 1 mm zones by ion-exchange beads. Geotropic curvature resulted from changes in growth rate on both sides of the organ. Growth inhibition of varying degrees of intensity occurred in all the previously growing zones of the upper (concave) side. An absolute reduction in length due to compression frequently occurred in some zones. Also, in both species growth stimulation was observed on the lower (convex) side. The disparity in growth rate between the upper and lower surfaces varied with time, being more apparent in the subapical region in the first hour of curvature. A later promotion of growth rate on the lower surface subsequently increased the curvature of the more basal zones. Autotropic straightening occurred as a consequence of growth changes, both inhibitory and stimulatory, in the apical zones. These events indicate a polarity of response in which apical zones have precedence over basal zones. 相似文献

Somatostatin, insulin and glucagon concentrations in rat pancreas were measured following various intervals of food-deprivation. Tissue concentrations, as measured by radioimmunoassay, were correlated with A-, B-, and D-cell number and size using a scanning integrating image analyzer (Quantimet 720). Alterations in total islet hormone content were not correlated to changes in size or distribution of cells. 海三棱藨草群落是生长在海岸带滩涂原生裸地上的原生植被,在上海地区分布面积达20多万亩。本项工作研究了上海市南汇县东海农场海堤外侧滩涂上海三棱藨草种群的物候和分布格局。根据滩涂高程以及海三棱藨草种群生长状况,可以划分成三个地带,即地带A,海三棱藨草与芦苇群落交错区;地带B,海三棱藨草种群生长最适的中潮位地带;地带C,梅三棱藨草种群定居地带。由于三个地带内,生境条件不同,海三棱藨草种群的物候有明显差异。从地带A至C,海三棱藨草种群的分布格局依次为随机分布、均匀分布和随机分布或群聚分布。其空间分布格局在随时间变化的同时也在空间上改变其位置。 相似文献

Life history parameters including longevity, developmental time, and reproduction were determined for whiteflies, Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood), kept in clip-on cages on susceptible parent, Lycopersicon esculentum, resistant parent, L. hirsutum glabratum, and intermediate breeding lines of tomato. Using the Lewontin triangular reproductive function, the intrinsic rate of increase (rm) was calculated for each genotype. This is an elegant tool for detecting resistance, as it incorporates all salient factors of life history. Comparing rm to the other parameters measured, selection criteria were chosen. Developmental time is not a suitable selection criterion as it varies very little even between the most susceptible and the most resistant genotypes. Additionally, developmental time of T. vaporariorum offspring was found to be highly significantly correlated to parental age on all tomato genotypes except L. hirsutum glabratum. Total reproduction, truncated population counts, and longevity appear good criteria for selection. This test, focusing on antibiotic factors, shows large differences between the resistant and susceptible parent genotypes, but much smaller differences between the breeding lines and the susceptible parent. Earlier screenings relying on a variety of tests appear to have maintained antixenotic rather than antibiotic properties in the breeding lines. 相似文献

The phytoplankton of the River Lujan (Buenos Aires, Argentina) was studied for a period of 18 months, together with physical and chemical variables, in relation to a pollution gradient. 167 taxa were recorded within a seasonal succession characterized by dominance of diatoms with a brief summer green algae facies. A combination of several biotic indices and multivariate analysis was employed to assess the impact of pollution on the phytoplankton community. The biotic indices used were species diversity and richness, algal quotients (green algae/diatom ratio, Centrales/Pennales ratio) and the SD succession rate index. Multivariate procedures included cluster analysis and ordination by PCA of both species and samples, stepwise discriminant analysis and multiple discriminant analysis of variance (MANOVA). Results indicate that community dynamism is attenuated at the more polluted sites, concomitant with an increased predominance of a broad-tolerance algal assemblage, co-dominated by Cyclotella meneghiniana and Nitzschia stagnorum. The changes in the community structure and dynamics described herein involved alterations in the distribution and relative proportions of the algae, rather than modifications in the basic species composition. These changes may not be readily detectable by methods which over-simplify the ecological information, such as systems of indicator species and biotic indices, designed to assess the degree of pollution. Bosherston Lakes are a series of interconnected, mesotrophic to hypereutrophic, artificially-created coastal marl lakes in Dyfed, South West Wales. Progressive eutrophication of the lake system has been produced by a high external phosphorus loading which includes phosphorus-rich effluent from a sewage treatment works (STW) in the catchment of the Lakes.Cores were taken from four sites of varying eutrophic status within the Lakes. In the surface sediment layer, organic C, N and P concentrations generally correlate directly with trophic status and reflect distance from the source of P input. At one site, sediment stratigraphy records a clear transition at 20–15 cm depth, marked by a sharp upward increase in porosity, organic C, N, and P, and iron-associated-P; decreases in organic matter C/N, C/P and N/P ratios; a sharp decrease in carbonate, and a change in the subfossil diatom assemblage. Lead-210 dating indicates that this change occurred in the period 1919 to 1938.The diatom stratigraphy and sediment geochemistry suggest that this transition reflects an increase in trophic status at this site, probably as a result of the influx of nutrient-rich water. This took place when the management of the Stackpole estate surrounding the lake system, fell into decline during the period 1919–1938. 相似文献
