利用盆栽控水法研究了华南毛蕨、蜈蚣蕨、线羽凤尾蕨、毛叶铁线蕨、长叶肾蕨和普通针毛蕨6种华南地区常见蕨类的耐旱性,测定了植株在自然干旱下的土壤绝对含水量、叶绿素SPAD值、叶片相对含水量和气体交换参数等指标变化。结果表明:随干旱胁迫加剧,叶片相对含水量总体呈下降趋势,其中普通针毛蕨、蜈蚣蕨和长叶肾蕨下降不明显,华南毛蕨降幅最大。叶绿素SPAD值随干旱加剧显著下降,其中华南毛蕨和长叶肾蕨下降幅度较小,蜈蚣蕨下降幅度较大。净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率随干旱加剧而不断下降,其中普通针毛蕨和蜈蚣蕨下降幅度较小,华南毛蕨下降幅度较大。然而,胞间CO2浓度随着干旱的加剧而不断上升,其中线羽凤尾蕨上升幅度最大,蜈蚣蕨和普通针毛蕨上升幅度较小。以各指标的平均变化速率为原始数据进行隶属函数法分析得出,六种参试蕨类植物的耐旱能力大小依次为蜈蚣蕨普通针毛蕨长叶肾蕨毛叶铁线蕨华南毛蕨线羽凤尾蕨。  相似文献

A new method for finding the dielectric parameters of biological substances is presented. The method makes use of the loss-tangent as a function of frequency to identify the dominating relaxation process. The method was tested for a few cell suspensions (blood and lymphocytes) and two tissues (liver and spleen). The obtained parameters agree well with those calculated from Maxwell-Wagner theory (beta dispersion).  相似文献

Most of the production of lentil (Lens culinaris) on the Great Plains occurs on soils that are free of indigenous Rhizobium leguminosarum. Inoculation is required to increase yields through N2 fixation. A screening program to evaluate the effectiveness of R. leguminosarum strains for lentil was initially carried out under controlled environments followed by an evaluation under field conditions. In two separate growth room experiments, the effectiveness of 185 and 24 different strains of R. leguminosarum were tested for Laird and Eston lentil. Significant differences between strains in number of nodules, shoot weight and nitrogenase activity (acetylene reduction activity, ARA) were found for lentil grown for 5 weeks. When lentil were grown for 7 weeks, significant differences between strains in number of nodules, total plant weight, total N, and % N were observed.Fourteen strains plus Nitragin C inoculant were selected for further field testing on Eston and Laird lentil at two locations in 1986 and one site in 1987. Inoculation increased yield up to 135%. Percent Ndfa and total N2 fixed ranged from 0 to 76 and 0 to 105 kg ha-1, respectively. N2-fixing activity was site specific and higher spring soil NO3-levels resulted in lower N2-fixing activity. Depending on site and growing conditions, strains 99A1 and I-ICAR-SYR-Le20 appeared to be superior to the other strains tested. A good agreement was found between the estimates for N2 fixation based upon the 15N-isotope dilution and the classical N difference methods. Number of nodules, dry weight of nodules and ARA of Eston and Laird lentil grown under growth room conditions failed to show positive correlations with total dry matter production, total N or total N2 fixed of field grown lentil. However, total plant weight and total N of lentil grown under growth room conditions were highly correlated with field parameters, and were the most reliable screening parameters for the selection of superior rhizobial strains.  相似文献

A method was developed to determine in the same extract juvenile hormone and various types of ecdysteroids in precisely staged eggs and larvae of Trichoplusia ni. Ecdysteroids were tentatively identified on the basis of their retention time in ion suppression reversed-phase HPLC and their cross-reactivity with two relatively non-specific, complimentary antibodies, whereas juvenile hormone was identified using reversed-phase HPLC combined with Galleria bioassay. Freshly laid eggs contained low levels of immunoreactive ecdysteroids. Mid-polar ecdysteroids increased in the phase of segmentation (14-18 h) and 1st larval cuticle formation (36-44 h), when 20-hydroxyecdysone and 20,26-dihydroxyecdysone were found to be predominant. Only traces of ecdysone and 26-hydroxyecdysone were seen. Toward hatching ecdysteroids decreased and represented mainly compounds more polar than 20,26-dihydroxyecdysone. In larval development ecdysteroids were low at the beginning of the feeding phases, increased toward cessation of feeding, and reached highest levels 12-15 h before ecdysis. In feeding stages ecdysone and 20-hydroxyecdysone were predominant, whereas in molting stages they were seen together with 20,26-dihydroxyecdysone and 20-hydroxyecdysonoic acid. The juvenile hormone titer was very low in freshly laid eggs and was high (approximately 25 ng/g) in embryos at the stage of 1st larval cuticle formation and eye pigmentation. In eggs we tentatively identified juvenile hormones I and II, whereas in larval stages juvenile hormone II appeared to be the predominant or exclusive juvenile hormone. Its titer fluctuated rapidly and was high in early 1st-instar larvae and again before the molts into the 3rd, 4th, and 5th instar. Highest titers were reached concomitant with the peak in 20-hydroxyecdysone 12-15 h before ecdysis.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to develop a system capable of performing calculation of temporal gait parameters using two low-cost wireless accelerometers and artificial intelligence-based techniques as part of a larger research project for conducting human gait analysis. Ten healthy subjects of different ages participated in this study and performed controlled walking tests. Two wireless accelerometers were placed on their ankles. Raw acceleration signals were processed in order to obtain gait patterns from characteristic peaks related to steps. A Bayesian model was implemented to classify the characteristic peaks into steps or nonsteps. The acceleration signals were segmented based on gait events, such as heel strike and toe-off, of actual steps. Temporal gait parameters, such as cadence, ambulation time, step time, gait cycle time, stance and swing phase time, simple and double support time, were estimated from segmented acceleration signals. Gait data-sets were divided into two groups of ages to test Bayesian models in order to classify the characteristic peaks. The mean error obtained from calculating the temporal gait parameters was 4.6%. Bayesian models are useful techniques that can be applied to classification of gait data of subjects at different ages with promising results  相似文献

目的:观察琥珀酸索利那新片治疗膀胱过度活动症的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我科收治的膀胱过度活动症患者共90例,所有患者均符合由中华医学会泌尿外科分会尿控学组制定的《膀胱过度活动症临床指导原则》。其中43例患者采用酒石酸托特罗定片治疗并设为对照组,47例患者采用琥珀酸索利那新片治疗并设为观察组,对比两组患者用药前后排尿症状和尿动力学参数变化、膀胱过度活动症症状评分表(OABSS评分)和前列腺症状评分(IPSS评分)变化以及不良反应发生率对比情况。结果:观察组患者用药后平均24 h尿急次数、平均24 h排尿次数均明显低于对照组,最大尿流率(Qmax)、初始尿意容量(FDV)、最大膀胱压容量(MCBC)均明显高于对照组,两组患者以上指标相比较,差异均有显著性(P0.05);两组患者用药后OABSS评分和IPSS评分均有所下降,但是两组相比,差异不具有显著性(P0.05);3两组患者用药后均有不同程度的不良反应,其中口干症状患者比例具有差异性(P0.05)。结论:琥珀酸索利那新片治疗膀胱过度活动症疗效确切,安全性高。  相似文献
