水龙骨亚科植物叶表皮微形态及其系统学意义   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用光学显微镜对水龙骨亚科(Subfam.Polypodioideae Nayar)4属11种1变种植物,即篦齿蕨、日本水龙骨、光茎水龙骨、栗柄水龙骨、假毛柄水龙骨、假友水龙骨、中华水龙骨、友水龙骨、柔毛水龙骨、喜马拉雅水龙骨、蒙自拟水龙骨和穴果棱脉蕨植物的叶表皮微形态进行了观察比较。结果表明:该亚科植物的叶表皮细胞都为不规则型,垂周壁为波状或深波状。它们的气孔器类型有7种,为极细胞型、共环极细胞型、腋下细胞型、聚腋下细胞型、不等细胞型、不规则四细胞型和不规则细胞型。对篦齿蕨属与多足蕨属、栗柄水龙骨与篦齿蕨、光茎水龙骨与日本水龙骨的亲缘关系进行了讨论。  相似文献

五味子属植物种子形态特征及其分类学意义   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在扫描电镜下观察了70多份五味子属种子样品,并拍摄了照片,其中34幅展示在文中。选取代表27个分类群,34个居群的36份种子样品,每份样品20粒,测量长、宽、厚,取平均值。采用“相对体积”这一新概念作为种子形态比较的一项指征。同时对种子整体照片所呈现的表面纹饰进行了分析归纳,将其分为4个类型:(1)平滑或基本平滑,(2)有明显的皱纹,或有或疏或密的疣状突起,(3)有密集而显著的乳头状突起,(4)密被不规则的、有结节的绳索状突起,突起物曲折蜿蜒,酷似哺乳动物的大脑。综合种子的大小、颜色、表面整体纹饰以及雄蕊群特征等分析的结果表明,少蕊组sect.Maximowiczia、五味子组sect.Schisandra和球蕊组sect.Sphaerostema的种子形态分别与其雄蕊群特征具有高度的相关性;而多蕊组sect.Pleiostema的情况稍微复杂一点,但种子形态与与其雄蕊群特征之间仍然有部分相关性。本文以种子的整体形态为基础讨论五味子属种子表面形态在该属分类上的意义。研究种子整体形态得到的证据与研究种子表面微形态得到的证据一致,不支持林祁(2000)和Saunders(2000)对五味子属的分类修订,也不支持刘玉壶(1996)将球蕊组sect.Sphaerostema划分成两个亚属的修订。  相似文献

腐殖质呼吸是厌氧环境中普遍存在的一种微生物呼吸代谢模式.自1996年发现以来,日益成为生态学与环境科学领域的研究热点.在厌氧条件下,一些微生物能以腐殖质作为唯一电子受体,氧化环境中的有机质或者甲苯等环境有毒物质,产生CO2,参与碳循环;同时,腐殖质呼吸作用产生的还原态腐殖质可以还原环境中的一些氧化态物质,如Fe(III)、Mn(IV)、Cr(VI)、U(VI) 、硝基芳香化合物和多卤代污染物.因此,腐殖质呼吸能够影响环境中C、N、Fe、Mn以及一些痕量金属元素的生物地球化学循环,并且能够促进重金属以及有机污染物的脱毒,在水体自净、污染土壤原位修复、污水处理等方面具有积极作用.  相似文献

发光生物因其活体能自发荧光而倍受关注,萤火虫(鞘翅目:萤科)是被研究最多的发光生物,因为成虫发光在其性选择以及求偶交配中起着重要作用.由于萤火虫的发光是一个消耗能量(ATP),的化学反应过程,因而其发光在成虫之外的虫态也具有重要意义.本文就萤火虫成虫和幼虫的发光行为、功能意义进行了综述,并结合萤火虫的饲养观察对其卵和蛹的发光行为进行了描述,探讨了卵和蛹的形态阶段发光的生物学功能以及生物荧光的起源进化.这将有助于理解萤火虫及其它生物自发荧光的本质和起源进化过程.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the radix of Angelica sinensis has led to the isolation and identification of a new phthalide dimer, (3Z)-(3aR,6S,3′R,8′S)-3a.8′,6.3′-diligustilide (1), along with three known phthalide dimers, including riligustilide (2), levistolide A (3), senkyunolide O (4), and three known phthalide monomers, including 3,9-dihydroxyl-ligustilide (5), (Z)-butylidene phthalide (6), (Z)-ligustilide (7). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods including IR, NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR, COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY) and MS. Meanwhile, the possible biosynthesis pathways of compounds 1 and 5 were hypothesized.  相似文献

太湖地区氮素湿沉降动态及生态学意义:以常熟生态站为例   总被引:27,自引:1,他引:26  
在常熟生态站2001年6月至2003年5月连续两年定位收集湿沉降,对太湖地区氮素湿沉降动态进行研究.结果表明,湿沉降氮输入量季节变化显著,夏、春季高,秋、冬季低.在湿沉降输入氮中NH4^+-N、NO3^--N和DON的比例分别为47.6%、35.1%和17.4%.湿沉降中NH4^+-N主要来自当地农田的氨挥发,湿沉降NH4^+-N月输入量随月降雨量增加而增加(R0=0.3178^**).该地区空气中NO3^--N浓度相对比较稳定,湿沉降中NO3^--N浓度与降雨量呈负相关(R^2=0.4205^***).湿沉降NO33^--N月输入量与月降雨次数呈直线正相关(R^2=0.6757***),而与月降雨量相关性较差(R^2=0.1985^*).湿沉降TN年输入量为27.0kg·hm^-2,并在所有降雨中,氮浓度均超过水体富营养化阈值(0.2mg·L^-1).  相似文献

通过对我国条鳅亚科鱼类及部分种类幼体的骨质鳔囊和鳔的形态特征的观察,阐明骨质鳔囊的形成与前面四节椎骨的关系;依据骨质鳔囊的形态,分为敞开型和封闭型两个型,后者又可以分为两个亚型:常态亚型和膨大亚型;依据鳔的前、后两室中后室的发达和萎缩程度,也可将鳔分为双室型和单室型;并对上述不同类型的骨质鳔囊和鳔与条鳅鱼类的生态适应、演化规律和系统分类等方面的关系进行了讨论。    相似文献

The present review deals with the phenomenon of autotoxicity — a type of intraspecific allelopathy, where a plant species inhibits the growth of its own kind through the release of toxic chemicals into the environment. This phenomenon has been reported to occur in a number of weeds and crop plants in agroecosystem and wastelands causing the soil sickness. Besides, it plays a significant role in the orchards (of apple, pear, grapes, etc.) where it is the major reason of the replant problem, natural forests and coffee and tea plantations causing the regeneration problems. Not only the higher plants, but even some ferns and algae are also reported to show this phenomenon. Some plants have even developed extensive mechanisms to overcome this phenomenon, whereas the others have adapted to it by making structural and ecological changes providing to them a competitive ecological advantage over the others. Although autotoxicity is a natural phenomena providing selective benefit to the plant, yet the chemicals responsible for this have good potential for weed and pest management.  相似文献

Many pelagic animal species in the marine environment and in lakes migrate to deeper water layers before sunrise and return around sunset. The amplitude of these diel vertical migrations (DVM) varies from several hundreds of metres in the oceans to approx. 5–20 m in lakes. DVM can be studied from a proximate and an ultimate point of view. A proximate analysis is intended to reveal the underlying behavioural mechanism and the factors that cause the daily displacements. The ultimate analysis deals with the adaptive significance of DVM and the driving forces that were responsible for the selection of the traits essential to the behavioural mechanism. The freshwater cladoceran Daphnia is the best studied species and results can be used to model migration behaviour in general. Phototaxis in Daphnia spp., which is defined as a light-oriented swimming towards (positive phototaxis) or away (negative phototaxis) from a light source, is considered the most important mechanism basic to DVM. A distinction has been made between primary phototaxis which occurs when light intensity is constant, and secondary phototaxis which is caused by changes in light intensity. Both types of reaction are superimposed on normal swimming. This swimming of Daphnia spp. consists of alternating upwards and downwards displacements over small distances. An internal oscillator seems to be at the base of these alternations. Primary phototaxis is the result of a dominance of either the upwards or the downwards oscillator phase, and the direction depends on internal and external factors: for example, fish-mediated chemicals or kairomones induce a downwards drift. Adverse environmental factors may produce a persistent primary phototaxis. Rare clones of D. magna have been found that show also persistent positive or negative primary phototaxis and interbreeding of the two types produces intermediate progeny: thus a genetic component seems to be involved. Also secondary phototaxis is superimposed on normal swimming: a continuous increase in light intensity amplifies the downwards oscillator phase and decreases the upwards phase. A threshold must be succeeded which depends on the rate and the duration of the relative change in light intensity. The relation between both is given by the stimulus strength versus stimulus duration curve. An absolute threshold or rheobase exists, defined as the minimum rate of change causing a response if continued for an infinitely long time. DVM in a lake takes place during a period of 1-5-2 h when light changes are higher than the rheobase threshold. Accelerations in the rate of relative increase in light intensity strongly enhance downwards swimming in Daphnia spp. and this enhancement increases with increasing fish kairomone and food concentration. This phenomenon may represent a ‘decision-making mechanism’ to realize the adaptive goal of DVM: at high fish predator densities, thus high kairomone concentrations, and sufficiently high food concentrations, DVM is profitable but not so at low concentrations. Body axis orientation in Daphnia spp. is controlled with regard to light-dark boundaries or contrasts. Under water, contrasts are present at the boundaries of the illuminated circular window which results from the maximum angle of refraction at 48–9° with the normal (Snell's window). Contrasts are fixed by the compound eye and appropriate turning of the body axis orients the daphnid in an upwards or an obliquely downwards direction. A predisposition for a positively or negatively phototactic orientation seems to be the result of a disturbed balance of the two oscillators governing normal swimming. Some investigators have tried to study DVM at a laboratory scale during a 24 h cycle. To imitate nature, properties of a natural water column, such as a large temperature gradient, were compressed into a few cm. With appropriate light intensity changes, vertical distributions looking like DVM were obtained. The results can be explained by phototactic reactions and the artificial nature of the compressed environmental factors but do not compare with DVM in the field. A mechanistic model of DVM based on phototaxis is presented. Both, primary and secondary phototaxis is considered an extension of normal swimming. Using the light intensity changes of dawn and the differential enhancement of kairomones and food concentrations, amplitudes of DVM could be simulated comparable to those in a lake. The most important adaptive significance of DVM is avoidance of visual predators such as juvenile fish. However, in the absence of fish kairomones, small-scale DVMs are often present, which were probably evolved for UV-protection, and are realized by not enhanced phototaxis. In addition, the ‘decision-making mechanism’ was probably evolved as based on the enhanced phototactic reaction to accelerations in the rate of relative changes in light intensity and the presence of fish kairomones.  相似文献

In this paper, the distribution and quantity of flavonol glycosides with isoprenyl in the eighth position (A kind) or without isoprenyl (B kind) in Epimedium were analyzed by HPLC. The following results of taxonomic significance were obtained: 1 )According to the chemical characteristics, Epimedium could be divided into three groups: A group, mainly with A kind of flavonol glycosides; B group, mainly with B kind of fiavonol glycosides; AB group, sharing the two kinds. Eight taxa (species or subspecies) in B group, which have many advanced charaetaristics, should represent a more advanced group of the genus. The species of AB group were relatively primitive in the genus. Hence the evolutionury trend from AB group to A group and then to B group was possible. This trend is basically correlated with that of morphological evolution. But the above groupings of A, B and AB do not accord with Stearn's taxonomic system and the results of pollen morphology and of chromosome C-bands. 2)E. alpinum, a species distributed in the Mediterranean area, contains a high quantity of A2 kind of compounds (those of A kind with 4'-OH), so it may be somewhat related to the primitive species in China. 3)The constituents of E. davidii and E. ecalcaratnm are almost identical, implying that the prescence or absence of the spur of the petal should be of unimportant systematic significance. 4)The chromngram of HPLC provided reliable evidence for determining the parental origin of the hybrid E. x fanjingshanense. The results of this work provided new evidence for establishing a more reasonable taxonomic system of Epimediurn, but the taxonomic research on Epimedium has a long way to go and more work must be done.
