城市周边生活污水排放对绿地土壤环境质量的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
大城市郊区的小型居住区,将生活污水未经处理直接排入附近的绿地是比较常见的.这种直接排放虽然利用了有限水源,但对绿地土壤带来环境影响.为了研究这类排放对周边土壤环境的影响,选择了京郊一处接受附近生活污水直接排放的绿地,取其污水排放口附近的土壤样品为实验对象,以远离该点的土样为对照来研究生活污水排放对周边土壤环境质量的影响.模糊聚类分析结果表明:与对照点相比,生活污水排放提高了排放口附近土壤的养分含量,土壤pH值由8.9降低至7.32,有机质含量由1.7873%提高到5.9455%,钾含量由220 mg/kg提高到1230 mg/kg,磷含量由11.8 mg/kg提高到150.72mg/kg,全氮含量由0.1078%提高到0.5325%,重金属铅含量由52.87 mg/kg提高到129.53mg/kg、镉含量由0.7525mg/kg提高到2.5692mg/kg.铅含量达到了国家二级标准,而镉含量超过了国家三级标准,存在严重的土壤环境污染. 相似文献

This study determined the potential of surfactant and sewage sludge in enhancing degradation of oil sludge. A mixture of oil sludge, surfactant, and sewage sludge was co-composted for 24 weeks in the laboratory. Physical and chemical parameters in the compost were measured every four weeks. Isolated microorganisms were characterized by molecular techniques. The pH in all experiments remained between 8 and 6.4. CO2 evolution reached 5503 µg/dwt/day by the twenty-fourth week. The dominant bacterial species were Acinectobacter, Rodococcus, mycobacterium, Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Arthrobacter, and Staphylococcus species and fungi were Pleurotus, Penicillium, and Aspergillus sp. TPH was reduced by 92% in the sewage sludge and surfactant treatment, 75 and 81% in other treatments, and 44.2% in the control. PAH concentrations were reduced by between 75 and 100%. The results indicate that a careful application of surfactant and sewage sludge could enhance oil sludge degradation in a compost system. 相似文献

Attached algal populations were sampled at weekly or biweekly to characterize successional changes in the secondary clarifiers of a wastewater treatment plant. Three communities were compared from areas of slow, medium and rapid current velocities. In general, the algae resembled those reported for other hypereutrophic flowing water. Of the twenty-three algae recorded, Stigeoclonium, Oedogonium, Oscillatoria, Lyngbya, and Pleurocapsa were dominant at some point in the 15 month sampling period. Nutrient concentrations were consistently high (N = 1.1–21.4 mg·L−1; P = 0.1–10.4 mg·L−1); therefore, changes in temporal distribution of algae were probably dependent on seasonal changes in light and temperature. Aims: This study investigated the survival and transport of sewage sludge-borne pathogenic organisms in soils.
Methods and Results: Undisturbed soil cores were treated with Salmonella enterica ssp. enterica serovar Typhimurium- lux (STM- lux ) and human adenovirus (HAdV)-spiked sewage sludge. Following an artificial rainfall event, these pathogens were analysed in the leachate and soil sampled from different depths (0–5 cm, 5–10 cm and 10–20 cm) after 24 h, 1 and 2 months. Significantly more STM- lux and HAdV leached through the soil cores when sewage sludge was present. Significantly more STM- lux were found at all soil depths, at all time periods in the sewage sludge treatments, compared to the controls. The rate of decline of STM- lux in the controls was more rapid than in the sewage sludge treatments. Survival and transport of HAdV were minimal.
Conclusions: The presence of sewage sludge can significantly influence the transport and survival of bacterial pathogens in soils, probably because of the presence of organic matter. Environmental contamination by virus is unlikely because of strong soil adsorption.
Significance and Impact of the Study: This study suggests that groundwater contamination from vertical movement of pathogens is a potential risk and that it highlights the importance of the treatment requirements for biosolids prior to their application to land. 相似文献

城市污泥作为有机肥料施用于园林植物已备受关注.本研究利用温室盆栽试验,分别设置不同用量城市污泥[低量(LC)、中量(MC)和高量(HC)]处理和无机肥(IF)处理,并以不施肥料和污泥为对照(CK),研究不同用量城市污泥对小叶黄杨幼苗光合特性和生长的影响.结果表明:施用城市污泥可以提高小叶黄杨幼苗叶片叶绿素和氮素含量,但随污泥施用量的增加,叶片净光合速率(Pn)呈下降趋势.在生长季的8月,与IF处理和CK相比,LC、MC处理的叶片Pn均提高,而HC处理却较IF和CK分别降低了25.9%和8.9%;至10月,LC、MC和HC处理的叶片Pn均低于IF处理,但LC处理的Pn仍高于CK,而MC、HC处理的Pn均低于CK,其中HC处理的Pn较IF处理和CK分别降低了48.4%和29.2%.IF处理小叶黄杨植株的株高、地径和根长最大,LC处理次之,且地上生物量最大;MC处理除了株高和地上生物量高于CK外,根长和地径均低于CK;而HC处理则严重抑制了根系的生长.小叶黄杨幼苗的城市污泥施用量应限制在30 t·hm-2以内. 相似文献

There are two sewage outfalls along the Jordanian coastline in the Gulf of Aqaba. During 1982 and 1983 a total of 328 core samples (0.01 m2 to a depth of 15 cm) were collected from the two outfalls, two control stations which resemble the outfalls in depth and sediment texture, and from two stations 100 m on both sides of each outfall. Faunal analysis revealed that the total number of individuals, number of species, species richness, and faunal similarities of macrobenthic invertebrates were lower at the sewage outfall near the phosphate loading port than the control station during both collections. At the 100 m stations, the numbers of individuals were generally higher than the sewage and control stations. The number of species, however, was highest at the control station and lowest at the sewage outfall. At the other sewage outfall, where the sewage effluent is discharged sporadically, no measurable effects on macrobenthic invertebrates were found. 相似文献

Global nitrogen (N) enrichment has resulted in increased nitrous oxide (N2O) emission that greatly contributes to climate change and stratospheric ozone destruction, but little is known about the N2O emissions from urban river networks receiving anthropogenic N inputs. We examined N2O saturation and emission in the Shanghai city river network, covering 6300 km2, over 27 months. The overall mean saturation and emission from 87 locations was 770% and 1.91 mg N2O‐N m?2 d?1, respectively. Nitrous oxide (N2O) saturation did not exhibit a clear seasonality, but the temporal pattern was co‐regulated by both water temperature and N loadings. Rivers draining through urban and suburban areas receiving more sewage N inputs had higher N2O saturation and emission than those in rural areas. Regression analysis indicated that water ammonium (NH4+) and dissolved oxygen (DO) level had great control on N2O production and were better predictors of N2O emission in urban watershed. About 0.29 Gg N2O‐N yr?1 N2O was emitted from the Shanghai river network annually, which was about 131% of IPCC's prediction using default emission values. Given the rapid progress of global urbanization, more study efforts, particularly on nitrification and its N2O yielding, are needed to better quantify the role of urban rivers in global riverine N2O emission. 相似文献
