草地贪夜蛾是入侵我国的重大农业害虫,严重威胁我国粮食安全。为明确该虫在不同寄主植物上的适合度,本文系统研究了草地贪夜蛾取食花生、荞麦和生姜3种寄主生长发育和繁殖情况,组建了实验种群生命表。结果表明:草地贪夜蛾在3种寄主植物上的繁殖力高低为花生(771.73粒)>荞麦(477.13粒)>生姜(209.22粒),卵的孵化率无显著差异,幼虫和蛹重均是花生>荞麦>生姜。草地贪夜蛾取食花生、荞麦和生姜后的净增殖率(R 0)分别为226.36、102.45和20.75,内禀增长率(r m)分别为0.16、0.13和0.06。研究发现,草地贪夜蛾在花生、荞麦和生姜3种寄主植物上均能实现种群繁殖,其中,花生是最适宜的寄主,荞麦次之,生姜相对较不适宜。  相似文献

Pot experiments were conducted to investigate interspecific complementation in utilization of phytate and FePO4 by plants in the wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)/chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) intercropping under sterile and non-sterile conditions. The pots were separated into two compartments by either a solid root barrier to eliminate root contact and solute movement, by a nylon mesh (30 M) to prevent root contact but permit solute exchange, or not separated between the compartments. Wheat plants were grown in one compartment and chickpea in the other. Two P sources were tested at 60 mg P kg–1 soil (sodium phytate or FePO4). Under non-sterile conditions, the biomass of wheat was significantly greater when the roots were intermingled with chickpea than when the roots were separated from chickpea roots by a solid root barrier or nylon mesh. When phytate–P was applied, P concentrations in wheat (2.9 g kg–1 in shoots and 1.4 g kg–1 in roots) without root barrier between the two species were higher than those in the treatments with nylon mesh or with the solid root barrier separation (1.9 g kg–1 in shoots and 1.0 g kg–1 in roots). In contrast, P concentrations in wheat supplied with FePO4 were similar between the root separation treatments. There was no significant difference in P uptake by chickpea between the P sources or between the root separation treatments, except that P uptake was greater in the phytate treatment with the root barrier. Total P uptake from phytate was increased by 25% without root separation compared to the root separation treatments. Under sterile conditions and supply of phytate–P, the biomass of wheat was doubled when the roots were intermingled with chickpea and increased by a third with the nylon mesh separation compared to that with the solid root barrier. Biomass production in wheat at various treatments correlated with P concentration in shoot. Biomass production and P concentration in chickpea were unaffected by root separation. Total P uptake by plants was 68% greater with root intermingling and 37% greater with nylon mesh separation than that with the solid root barrier. The results suggest that chickpea roots facilitate P utilization from the organic P by wheat.  相似文献

White grubs (larval scarabaeids) are now recognized as being important pests of groundnut (peanut) in many parts of the world because of their ability to damage roots. A method of simulating white grub damage to groundnut plants was developed to obtain an indication of how the feeding activity of these insects influences plant growth. The effect of root cutting and drought stress on water uptake and biomass production was evaluated, with roots being cut at three depths in the late vegetative and early podfilling stages. As groundnut plants are often grown under conditions of drought stress, the effects of which would be accentuated by root damage, this factor was introduced into the experiment. Plant water-use measurements indicated that the root systems of plants cut 30 days after emergence (DAE) and watered twice a week became fully functional again after 40 days. Pod and total biomass production were however significantly less than those of the uncut control plants, with drought stress reducing yields below the well-watered controls, particularly when cut at 10 cm below the soil surface. The root systems of plants cut 51 DAE did not regrow to any appreciable extent, and rates of plant water-use remained less than half of the uncut control plants. Over all treatments, there was a strong positive correlation between total (and pod) biomass and plant water-use. It was concluded that the phenological stage of the plant at which root damage occurred had a profound influence on the subsequent recovery in root growth and function, and ultimately on pod yield.  相似文献

To test the behavioural response of winged aphid spring migrants to visual contrasts, we conducted a field trial in which water traps (painted in seven different shades of green and yellow) were set up on uncovered soil and on coloured boards (also painted in seven different colours including black, brown and various shades of green). In total, 56 trap–background combinations were tested. Out of the 4904 aphid individuals caught, 64.5% belonged to Aphis ssp. Using spectral measurements of both traps and backgrounds, as well as information on insect spectral sensitivity, an empirical colour choice model was built based on photoreceptor adaptation to the background, and colour opponency of the green and blue photoreceptor. Specifically, the visual input variable C* represents the difference between green–blue colour opponency values of the trap and the background. When C* > 0, the number of aphids linearly increased with C*. The model explained 64% of the behavioural response of the aphids. Applied to intercropping scenarios of sugar beet, the behavioural model showed a higher visual attractivity of a monocrop sugar beet than intercropped sugar beet. Implications for the use of mulches and for increasing plant diversity in cropping systems are discussed.  相似文献

Peanut agglutinin was acylated with a new heterobifunctional, cleavable photosensitive crosslinking reagent, N-[4-(p-azidophenylazo)benzoyl]-3-aminopropyl-N′-oxysuccinimide ester. The lectin derivative binds specifically and reversibly to neuraminidase-treated human erythrocyte ghosts and upon irradiation covalent attachment of over 35% of the bound lectin occurs. The affinity-crosslinked ghosts were solublized in deoxycholate, immunoprecipitated with anti-peanut agglutinin antiserum, and analyzed by sodium dodecylsulfate polyacrylamine gel electrophoresis. Bands containing both peanut agglutinin and membrane glycoproteins were detected with apparent molecular weights of 58 000, 85 000, 110 000 and 135 000. Upon subsequent cleavage with sodium dithionite, asialoglycophorin A (apparent M.W. 41 000 and 85 000) and a second glycoprotein (apparent M.W. 58 000 – 61 000) were tentatively identified as the receptors for peanut agglutinin in the intact membrane.  相似文献

对淮北平原的杨-麦间作系统的小气候效应与土壤水分的研究表明,在冬小麦发育的拔节期和灌浆期,林粮带状间作与对照地相比可以降低农田地面温度1-7℃,提高相对湿度2%-8%,农田日照时数减低量随间作为间距和时间而变化,在范围在4.1%-15.3%之间,农田林网可以提高相对湿度6.4%-11.6%,日照时数减少8.5%-11.75,农林 间作可以提高土壤含水率,幅度随间作密度而定,一般可提高含水率0.67%-3.875,农田林网的土壤含率与林带的方位和离林带的距离有关,在各个方位上均与离林带的距离呈显著负相关。  相似文献

To evaluate and characterize the stability of traits transferred viaAgrobacterium transformation, foreign gene expression must be examined in sexually derived progeny. The objective of this study was to analyze three transgenic peanut plants, 1-10, 12-1, and 17-1, for the inheritance and expression of their foreign genes. Segregation ratios for the introduced genes in T2 plants gave either 100% or 3:1 expression of the -glucuronidase (GUS) gene, demonstrating recovery of both homozygous and heterozygous T1 plants. Fluorometric GUS assay in T1 and T2 generations of all three plants showed that the GUS gene was stably expressed in the progeny. DNA analyses showed 100% concordance between the presence of the foreign gene and enzyme activity. 本试验考察了用Ar (488 nm)激光辐照对花生种子胚轴细胞形态结构以及根尖细胞染色体的影响。研究结果表明:在辐照功率密度为5.12 W/cm2,时间为10 s、25 s、55 s情况下,胚轴细胞均有不同程度的损伤;且均能诱发根尖细胞染色体畸变。处理时间延长,细胞破坏加剧,主要表现在细胞中膜系统、脂体、蛋白体和细胞核,出现了异形、合并或结构混乱等现象。染色体畸变类型也随之增加。各激光处理剂量均对花生种子萌发产生抑制作用。  相似文献

利用DGGE技术研究不同间作和轮作种植体系对作物根际细菌和真菌群落结构的影响.运用16SrDNA和18SrDNA特异引物对,将土壤中提取的总DNA进行PCR扩增后,通过DGGE技术对PCR产物进行分析,结果表明:玉米-蚕豆轮作对蚕豆根际细菌和真菌群落结构影响明显,二者都与单作蚕豆有较大差异;小麦/蚕豆间作明显改变两种作物根际细菌群落结构和蚕豆根际真菌群落结构;玉米/蚕豆间作明显改变玉米根际细菌、真菌群落结构和蚕豆根际真菌群落结构.  相似文献
