增生性瘢痕是以皮肤损伤后成纤维细胞过度增殖为特征的一种病理改变,其发病机制尚不明确,目前没有有效的治疗方法。当皮肤组织损伤时,腱糖蛋白C(Tenascin-C,TN-C)具有多种不同的作用介导炎症和纤维化进程,并使组织有效修复。TN-C是细胞外基质中一个具有独特的六聚体结构的寡聚糖蛋白家族,TN-C一过性表达在器官形成期,在大多数成人组织不表达或表达极少。然而,在病理条件下TN-C表达增加,诸如炎症,伤口愈合和纤维化。TN-C参与胚胎形成、肿瘤发生及损伤修复过程有关,参与细胞黏附、增殖、迁徙、分化、细胞间相互作用以及细胞凋亡。黑色素瘤分化相关基因7/白介素24(MDA-7/IL-24)能选择性抑制瘢痕疙瘩中成纤维细胞的增殖,并诱导瘢痕疙瘩中成纤维细胞的凋亡,而对正常细胞无任何作用。MDA-7/IL-24很可能与瘢痕的形成有关。  相似文献

ObjectivesInfarct size is a major surrogate marker for prognosis in the context of myocardial infarction. There is a growing interest in validating a quantitative assessment approach in order to: (1) standardize these analyses; (2) to precise the individual prognosis of our patients. Several methods are available and were tested across their capacity to predict left ventricular (LV) remodeling at three months.Patients and methodsLate gadolinium enhancement-MRI was performed on day 5 and after a period of three months in 92 patients with STEMI. LV volumes and scar parameters were assessed visually (by using a four scale score) and quantitatively on day 5 and at three months. Dichotomous thresholds were defined first visually (VISUAL), then by 2, 5 and 6 standard deviations above remote myocardium, and by the full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) method.ResultsAll infarct sizing methods showed great relation to LV remodeling at three months (ROC analysis). Univariate predictors of an LV end-systolic volume index (LVESVi) superior to 70 mL/m2 were: heart failure, creatin kinase peak and infarct size at day 5. FWHM was shown to be the best of all quantitative methods. An infarct size superior to 44 grams predicted a LVESVi > 70 mL/m2 with a sensitivity of 90% and a specificity of 92.5%. FWHM reproducibility was good (r = 0.895, P < 0.0001, Bland Altman bias of 0.8 g).ConclusionIn the context of STEMI, FWHM is a tough and reproducible algorithm to quantitatively assess late gadolinium hyperenhancement, greatly related to functional prognosis at three months follow-up.  相似文献

目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的临床可行性及护理要点。方法:对我院2010年6月~2011年6月实施的6例经脐单孔腹腔镜手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经脐单孔腹腔镜手术除常规治疗作用外,患者恢复快,花费少,同时美容效果也大大提高。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜手术安全可行,腹部无明显瘢痕,美容效果明显;系统的围手术期护理,更有利于促进患者康复;随着相关技术不断成熟,必然会得到广泛应用。  相似文献

Scar formation, a physiologic process in adult wound healing, can have devastating effects for patients; a multitude of pathologic outcomes, affecting all organ systems, stems from an amplification of this process. In contrast to adult wound repair, the early‐gestation fetal skin wound heals without scar formation, a phenomenon that appears to be intrinsic to fetal skin. An intensive research effort has focused on unraveling the mechanisms that underlie scarless fetal wound healing in an attempt to improve the quality of healing in both children and adults. Unique properties of fetal cells, extracellular matrix, cytokine profile, and gene expression contribute to this scarless repair. Despite the great increase in knowledge gained over the past decades, the precise mechanisms regulating scarless fetal healing remain unknown. Herein, we describe the current proposed mechanisms underlying fetal scarless wound healing in an effort to recapitulate the fetal phenotype in the postnatal environment. The effects of distance between hatching larvae on survival and development were investigated inMonochamus alternatus. Two newly-hatched larvae were inoculated intoPinus densiflora bolts at a distance of 2.5 cm or 10 cm, simultaneously or at an interval of 2 weeks. Some larvae were inoculated singly as a control. When larvae were inoculated simultaneously, mortality of the closely-inoculated larvae was significantly higher than that of distantly-inoculated larvae. Such high mortality was identified as due to conspecific bites. When the two larvae were inoculated asynchronously, the first-inoculated larvae killed some second-inoculated larvae but were never killed by them. Consequently, mortality was higher in second-inoculated larvae than in first-inoculated larvae. In particular, there was a significant difference in mortality between them when the larvae had been inoculated closely. The mortality of second-inoculated larvae was higher in the closely-inoculated group than in the distantly-inoculated group although there was no significant difference between them. In the case of two simultaneously-inoculated larvae, the initial distance between them had no significant effect on the development and growth in the early larval stage. When the larvae were inoculated asynchronously, the first-inoculated larvae grew more quickly than singly-inoculated control larvae.  相似文献

We previously demonstrated that FK506, a generally applied immunosuppressant in organ transplantation, could promote peripheral nerve regeneration through reducing scar formation. However, little is known about how FK506 reduces scar formation. Herein we investigated the influence of FK506 on fibroblast proliferation and its correlation with scar formation after sciatic nerve injury in rats, and further explored the effect of FK506 on fibroblast proliferation and apoptosis in vitro. Masson staining and immunohistochemistry revealed that scar area and fibroblast number in the nerve anastomosis of sciatic nerve-injured rats were significantly reduced after FK506 administration. The scar area had a significant positive correlation with the fibroblast number, as detected by linear correlation analysis. CCK-8 assay and flow cytometry indicated that FK506 also inhibited proliferation and induced apoptosis of fibroblasts in vitro. It was primarily phosphorylation of JNK and ERK that were activated during the apoptosis of fibroblast. Pretreatment of cells with JNK inhibitor, SP600125, or ERK inhibitor, PD98059, could inhibit FK506-induced fibroblast apoptosis, respectively. Moreover, simultaneous application of both inhibitors had additive roles in cell protection from apoptosis. These results suggest that FK506-induced fibroblast apoptosis contributes to the suppression of fibroblast proliferation and then results in the reduction of scar formation in sciatic nerve-injured rat, and that JNK and ERK are involved in FK506-induced fibroblast apoptosis.  相似文献

A multitype branching process is proposed as a model for the behaviour of populations of the budding yeast Saccharomyces Cerevisiae. Using the idea of branching processes counted by random characteristics, we are able to obtain explicit expressions describing different aspects of the asymptotic composition of such populations. While urodele amphibians (newts and salamanders) can regenerate limbs as adults, other tetrapods (reptiles, birds and mammals) cannot and just undergo wound healing. In adult mammals such as mice and humans, the wound heals and a scar is formed after injury, while wound healing is completed without scarring in an embryonic mouse. Completion of regeneration and wound healing takes a long time in regenerative and non-regenerative limbs, respectively. However, it is the early steps that are critical for determining the extent of regenerative response after limb amputation, ranging from wound healing with scar formation, scar-free wound healing, hypomorphic limb regeneration to complete limb regeneration. In addition to the accumulation of information on gene expression during limb regeneration, functional analysis of signaling molecules has recently shown important roles of fibroblast growth factor (FGF), Wnt/beta-catenin and bone morphogenic protein (BMP)/Msx signaling. Here, the routine steps of wound healing/limb regeneration and signaling molecules specifically involved in limb regeneration are summarized. Regeneration of embryonic mouse digit tips and anuran amphibian (Xenopus) limbs shows intermediate regenerative responses between the two extremes, those of adult mammals (least regenerative) and urodele amphibians (more regenerative), providing a range of models to study the various abilities of limbs to regenerate.  相似文献

Cytomorphological spectrum in scar endometriosis: a study of eight cases   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
OBJECTIVE: Endometriosis due to ectopic endometrial tissue that responds to hormonal stimulation and is extremely rare in a surgical scar appearing in 0.1% of women who have undergone Caesarean section. Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) can be a valuable diagnostic aid in the evaluation of these subcutaneous abdominal masses. METHODS: We present the cytomorphological spectrum in eight cases of abdominal wall endometriosis diagnosed by FNAC over a 6-year period (June 1998-June 2004) in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital (Kuwait). The patients ranged from 27 to 56 years of age. Seven had a prior Caesarean section and one had a hysterectomy for fibroid. They presented 3-8 years later with nodules in/near the abdominal scar. Five cases presented with a painful nodule, fluctuant with the menstrual cycle. RESULTS: Cytological findings comprised epithelial clusters and fusiform stromal cells with numerous haemosiderin-laden macrophages. Mild to moderate epithelial atypia was observed in three cases. A diagnosis of endometriosis was rendered in all the eight cases and tissue was available in four cases. CONCLUSIONS: Endometriotic nodules need to be differentiated from other benign/malignant masses and evaluated for possible malignant transformation. FNAC provides a safe and effective tool for diagnosis thereby obviating the need for other procedures.  相似文献
