通过对山东青东凹陷西部古近纪地层孢粉研究,共建立4个孢粉组合:Ⅰ.Ephedripites-Inaperturopollenites-Ulmipollenites minor,Ⅱ.Pinaceae-Ulmoideipites tricostatus-Taxodiaceaepollenites,Ⅲ.QuercoiditeshenriciTaxodiaceaepollenites hiatus,Ⅳ.Alnipollenites-Juglanspollenites-Polypodiaceaes porites。根据与渤海湾地区的孢粉资料对比,确定4个组合的时代分别为早始新世晚期—中始新世早期、中始新世早—中期、中始新世中—晚期、中始新世晚期—晚始新世。该区古近纪植被类型由落叶、阔叶和灌木混交林逐步转变为落叶、常绿阔叶和针叶混交林,古气候经历了干热的亚热带气候到湿热的亚热带气候再到亚热带型温暖气候的变化。沙四段上部到沙三段下部沉积时期是研究区烃源岩最为发育时期。  相似文献

Coexistence theory has been developed with an almost exclusive focus on interactions between two species, often ignoring more complex and indirect interactions, such as intransitive loops, that can emerge in competition networks. In fact, intransitive competition has typically been studied in isolation from other pairwise stabilising processes, and thus little is known about how intransitivity interacts with more traditional drivers of species coexistence such as niche partitioning. To integrate intransitivity into traditional coexistence theory, we developed a metric of growth rate when rare, , to identify and quantify the impact of intransitive competition against a backdrop of pairwise stabilising niche differences. Using this index with simulations of community dynamics, we demonstrate that intransitive loops can both stabilise or destabilise species coexistence, but the strength and importance of intransitive interactions are significantly affected by the length and the topology of these loops. We conclude by showing how can be used to evaluate effects of intransitivity in empirical studies. Our results emphasise the need to integrate complex mechanisms emerging from diverse interactions into our understanding of species coexistence.  相似文献

云南石林的黑石头及其颜色会随着天气的变化而变化的自然景观,是由于其碳酸盐岩表面长满黑色气生蓝藻(蓝细菌)之故。经鉴定,气生蓝藻共4目,11科,31届,188种。种类十分丰富。其优势种主要为寄生微囊藻、红色星球藻、伯氏伪枝藻和皮壳伪枝藻等;寄生微囊藻和红色星球藻呈面状分布,相对均衡,伯氏伪枝藻和皮壳伪枝藻呈点状分布,相对集中。这些气生蓝藻的胶被色泽鲜艳,宽厚而坚硬,是适宜高山岩石表面生活的典型进化特征。在野外肉限观察时,气生蓝藻还表现出不同形态的微群落;发现气生蓝藻能溶解石灰石,形成钻孔,加速岩石的溶蚀与风化。这些现象表明,气生蓝藻与云南石林岩石表面的微形态及整个石林景观的形成都有着十分密切的关系。  相似文献

为揭示我国西南典型喀斯特地区石漠化时空演变特征,选取贵州省普定县为研究对象,基于Landsat、DEM等影像数据,提取了坡度和4期植被覆盖度、岩石裸露率分布图,并利用地理探测器获得各自的贡献率,反演了1990—2015年4期石漠化空间分布信息,进而讨论了石漠化时空演变特征。结果表明:(1)在1990—2015年间,普定县石漠化演变复杂,经历了由好转到恶化再到好转的阶段,总体趋势在好转,局部恶化,石漠化治理仍需加大力度;(2)中度以上石漠化集中分布在三岔河沿岸附近,轻度以下石漠化则分布较散乱;(3)潜在和轻度石漠化演变方向复杂,潜在石漠化平均变化速率最大(2.75 km2/a),在1997—2006年间更是达到了16.5 km2/a;(4)植被覆盖度与岩石裸露率的变化主要呈负相关,前者的增加主导了石漠化的好转,而后者的增加则控制了石漠化的恶化;(5)石漠化演变存在突变,在三岔河沿岸附近,存在无/潜在石漠化突变为重度以上石漠化的现象;在靠近城乡居民地附近,存在重度以上石漠化突变为无/潜在石漠化的现象;(6)植被覆盖度、岩石裸露率、坡度能较准确反演石漠化,贡献率分别为44%、42%、14%。本文提供的石漠化反演方法快速高效,制作的图件、数据为同行提供了参考,得出的结论为石漠化治理提供了科学支撑。  相似文献

新疆库鲁克塔格地区的奥陶系黑土凹组黑色硅质岩中发现丰富的放射虫动物群,以泡沫虫类球形放射虫最多,不具外刺和具外刺的Inaniguttidae科占优势,及一些分类位置待定的特殊放射虫族群。本文描述该动物群中4个新属 Quasibeothuka , Batoballa , Protosegmentum Tetrasphaera , 10个新种 ( Quasibeothuka fusiforma , Q. ovata ,Q. ellipsoidala ,Q. longi f usi forma ,Q. bithornya ,Batoballa communis ,B. longiovata , Protosegmentum xinjiangensis, Tetrasphaera kuruktagensis ,Beothuka longispini forrna )。黑土凹组的放射虫动物群拟建立Tetrasphnern kuruktagensis带,下分二个亚带,下部的Protosegmentum xinjiangensis亚带和上部的Quasibeothuka fusiform。亚带。该组的黑色页岩中产Exigraptusclavus带笔石化石,时代为中奥陶世大坪期。该组很可能是一个很好的牛油层。  相似文献

采用KMnO4氧化法测定了8种不同母岩发育形成的土壤的可氧化态有机碳含量,结果表明,发育母岩不同,土壤可氧化态有机碳含量显著不同。通过对土壤养分、土壤颗粒组成、容重与可氧化态有机碳含量的相关性分析表明,土壤可氧化态有机碳与土壤的速效磷、全氮、速效钾、砂粒、粉粒的含量存在着极显著负相关关系;与土壤容重存在着极显著的正相关关系;与土壤的有机质、碱解氮、粗砂、细砂、粘粒、pH值、石砾含量无相关关系。  相似文献

为探究喀斯特次生林地上生物量与环境因子的关系,该文以黔中普定县喀斯特天龙山典型次生林样地为研究对象,采取单物种及不同径级组地上生物量模型计算优势种及群落生物量,采用空间分布图描述环境因子与群落地上生物量空间分布状况,利用相关性检验(Pearson)、一般线性模型(GLM)以及冗余分析(RDA)讨论群落、生活型、物种地上生物量与环境因子的关系。结果表明:(1)喀斯特次生林群落地上生物量总量为106.94 t·hm-2,优势种地上生物量占整个样地的91.77%,其中常绿植物高于落叶,窄叶柯(Lithocarpus confinis)与化香树(Platycarya strobilacea)地上生物量在群落中占比最高,分别为34.23%和34.37%。(2)岩石裸露率空间分布呈现明显的上下梯度差异,上坡显著大于下坡,坡度与土壤厚度空间分布不连续,无明显规律。(3)群落地上生物量与土壤厚度呈显著正相关,二者空间分布趋于一致,土壤厚度是群落地上生物量的主要影响因子,岩石裸露率与坡度对群落地上生物量的影响较低。(4)对于不同生活型,岩石裸露率对地上生物量的影响程度最高,土壤厚度...  相似文献

A total of 36 fungal species isolated from soil were tested for their ability to solubilize rock phosphate (RP) in agar plates. Most of these fungi were non-rock phosphate solubilizers, but two isolates, Aspergillus niger and Penicillium citrinum, had high activity. Liquid culture experiments revealed that both fungi caused a remarkable drop in pH of culture media and solubilized considerable amounts of phosphate. The effects on wheat of inoculation with vesicular–arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and rock-phosphate-solubilizing fungi and fertilization with rock phosphate were studied in sterilized pot soils, nonsterilized pot trials and in field plot soils. Rock phosphate fertilization and inoculation with Glomus constrictum and rock-phosphate-solubilizing fungi (A. niger and P. citrinum) significantly increased dry matter yield of wheat plants under all experimental conditions. However, the effect was more evident in non- sterilized pot soils and in the field than in sterilized pots. Rock phosphate had no significant effect on the total phosphorus content of plants grown under pot conditions but it was significantly increased in field plots; the effect of inoculation with fungi (G. constrictum, A. niger and P. citrinum) on plant phosphorus was closely related to this in dry matter production. The greatest positive effect on growth and phosphorus contents of wheat plants was recorded in the treatments that received rock phosphate and were inoculated with a mixed inoculum of the three microorganisms used, followed by dual inoculation treatments of G. constrictum plus either A. niger or P. citrinum.  相似文献

Inselbergs occur as mostly dome-shaped rock outcrops in all climatic and vegetational zones of the tropics. Consisting of Precambrian granites and gneisses, they form ancient and stable landscape elements. Due to harsh edaphic and microclimatic conditions, the vegetation of inselbergs differs markedly from those of the surroundings. Monocotyledonous mats form one of the most characteristic communities of this ecosystem. The floristic composition of this community was studied on six inselbergs located in the Brazilian Atlantic rainforest. Dominating are Bromeliaceae ( Alcantarea , Encholirium ), Velloziaceae ( Vellozia ), Cactaceae ( Coleocephalocereus ) and the Cyperaceae Trilepis . The alpha diversity of the mats was relatively uniform among the six outcrops. However, beta diversity varied considerably between the different sites. Beta diversity was highest at the most speciose locality indicating a high degree of stochasticity in colonization. In contrast to the low diversity mats on West African inselbergs, the Brazilian rock outcrops bear a floristically more diverse mat community rich in endemics. Thus the edaphically controlled inselberg vegetation reflects the outstanding diversity of the Mata Atlaântica. Possibly the high species richness of mats on East Brazilian inselbergs is a consequence of a large species-pool. The processes that regulate regional and local diversity in the Mata Atlaântica are not fully clear. It is assumed that historical (i.e. long-term stability) and biotic (i.e. evolutionary interchange of taxa between canopies and rock outcrops followed by differentiation of local populations) conditions have promoted high rates of speciation and their coexistence in isolated habitats. A danger to the unique vegetation of East Brazilian inselbergs is the establishment of invasive weeds.  相似文献
