岩溶植物光合-光响应曲线的两种拟合模型比较   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
用直角双曲线和非直角双曲线两种模型,对桂林岩溶区石山植物红背山麻杆(Alchornea trewioides)、九龙藤(Bauhinia championii)、青檀(Pteroceltis tatarinowii)和圆叶乌桕(Sapium rotundifolium)光合作用的光响应曲线进行拟合。结果表明,直角双曲线拟合的表观量子效率(α)、最大净光合速率(Pmax)、暗呼吸速率(Rd)、光补偿点(Lcp)和光饱和点(Lφ)数值均高于相应的非直角双曲线拟合结果;直角双曲线模型拟合的参数值大小和曲线变化趋势不符合实际情况;非直角双曲线模型拟合结果更符合生理意义。红背山麻杆和九龙藤具有较高的表观量子效率和较低的光补偿点,对光能的利用效率和耐荫性均强于圆叶乌桕和青檀。  相似文献

运用层次分析法对大花蕙兰8个品种的株高、叶色、花色、花香、花径、花枝数、每枝花朵数、花枝长度、抗性、是否春节开花等10个性状进行综合评价。结果表明:所选品种综合性状表现优良,与生产实际基本相符,尤其是‘开心果’、‘韩国小姐’和‘欲望’3个品种,可在育种和生产上多加重视。  相似文献

Cationic cotton was prepared by a designed two-bath pad-bake process with 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride as cationizing reagent to realize recycle utilization of the reagent and continuous processing of cationization. Experiments showed that 8.0% (o.w.bath) of the reagent, 1:1 of molar ratio of sodium hydroxide to the reagent, 60 °C and 6 min of baking temperature and time were selected for cationization and the obtained cationic cotton was suitable for application in salt-free reactive dyeing. The structures of both the untreated and cationic fibers were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscopy. Higher dye utilization and color yields could be realized on the cationic cotton than that on the untreated one in the conventional dyeing. Levelness dyeing and good fastness properties of the dyes on the cationic fabrics were obtained. Besides, colorimetric properties and mechanical strength of the dyed fabrics were both evaluated to show applicability of this preparation process of cationic cotton.  相似文献

Many biocatalysts exhibit strict stereospecificity and regioselectivity. However, their thermodynamically controlled equilibria often limit yields in industrial production processes. Herein, we describe the synthesis of fructooligosaccharides from sucrose by various fructansucrases. We previously demonstrated that transfructosylation to diverse acceptors yields d-glucose and the fructose-containing product along with diverse by-products. To streamline this reaction, we developed a procedure that allows the enhanced transfructosylation of diverse acceptors by different fructansucrases. By diverting the released glucose from the reaction via metabolism by living cells we limited the back reaction and forced the consumption of sucrose. The basic conditions for the resulting fermentation process were optimized by a genetic algorithm and integrated into a kinetic model. This strategy allows the prediction of optimal reaction parameters for the production of desired target compounds.  相似文献

Various powerful genetic technologies initially developed for making mouse models are being explored for generating transgenic primate models. We review the latest genetic engineering technologies and discuss the potentials and limitations for systematic production of transgenic primates. 目的:建立乙型肝炎病毒假病毒(HBVpp)体外感染树鼩原代肝细胞(PTH)模型。方法:通过肝脏原位两步灌注法分离PTH并对其冻存方法进行优化,通过共转染293T细胞生产基于慢病毒包装系统的HBVpp并考察其感染的种属和组织特异性。结果:通过肝脏原位两步灌注法分离了PTH,并优化了PTH冻存液的配方;包装的HBVpp具有与HBV真病毒类似的感染种属和组织特异性。结论:该模型的建立对深化HBV进入肝细胞机制的研究具有重要意义。  相似文献

口服他莫昔芬法建立ICR小鼠子宫腺肌病模型   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的使用口服他莫昔芬法建立ICR小鼠子宫腺肌病模型,并检测其病灶特征、动情周期、血管生成、子宫炎症等变化,以介绍和评价这一动物模型。方法新生ICR小鼠(15只)连续4 d滴喂他莫昔芬,并与同龄对照小鼠(15只)分别于42、85-95、135-145日龄处死,使用苏木素-伊红染色检测子宫病理改变;阴道脱落细胞法检测动情周期变化;免疫组化补体31(CD31)染色计算子宫微血管的密度、直径及所占面积比;逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测子宫缓激肽受体、神经激肽受体的基因表达。结果使用口服他莫昔芬法建立ICR小鼠子宫腺肌病模型的造模率为100%,且疾病严重程度随病程进展。部分给药小鼠可出现动情周期紊乱。85-95及135-145日龄给药小鼠子宫肌层微血管密度和面积比均高于对照小鼠(P〈0.05)。135-145日龄给药小鼠子宫缓激肽受体、神经激肽受体的基因表达较对照组明显升高(P〈0.05)。结论口服他莫昔芬法可方便、高效的建立腺肌病小鼠模型,出现腺肌病相关的血管生成、炎症状态、疼痛相关受体表达增高等特征,是研究腺肌病发生、发展的良好模型。  相似文献

Despite sequence and structural similarity, TGF-β3 has low solubility among other isoforms of TGF-β. We used nanosecond of molecular dynamic simulations (MD) with explicit solvent, alone and in presence of urea, to investigate the intermediates resulting from the unfolding process of TGF-β3 and TGF-β1. MD simulations of the full-length proteins show a very early loss of α-helix in TGF-β3 compared to the one in the TGF-β1. MD simulation of a small fragment consisting of H3 α-helix of TGF-β3 shows conversion of this segment to β-sheet. Relative instability of H3 α-helix in TGF-β3 and its propensity to form β-sheet may explain the poor solubility of TGF-β3 compared to TGF-β1. The other reasons for poor solubility of TGF-β3 may be the hydrophobic patches on its surface and low charge over the entire range of pH.  相似文献

Agroecosystems have a critical role in the terrestrial carbon cycling process. Soil organic carbon (SOC) in cropland is of great importance for mitigating atmospheric carbon dioxide increases and for global food security. With an understanding of soil carbon saturation, we analyzed the datasets from 95 global long-term agricultural experiments distributed across a vast area spanning wide ranges of temperate, subtropical and tropical climates. We then developed a statistical model for estimating SOC sequestration potential in cropland. The model is driven by air temperature, precipitation, soil clay content and pH, and explains 58% of the variation in the observed soil carbon saturation (n=76). Model validation using independent data observed in China yielded a correlation coefficient R 2 of 0.74 (n=19, P<0.001). Model sensitivity analysis suggested that soils with high clay content and low pH in the cold, humid regions possess a larger carbon sequestration potential than other soils. As a case study, we estimated the SOC sequestration potential by applying the model in Henan Province. Model estimations suggested that carbon (C) density at the saturation state would reach an average of 32 t C ha−1 in the top 0–20 cm soil depth. Using SOC density in the 1990s as a reference, cropland soils in Henan Province are expected to sequester an additional 100 Tg C in the future.  相似文献

Ecological restoration is practiced by people of diverse backgrounds working at many different levels in a variety of settings. Portraying the human body as a metaphor of a natural ecosystem can be useful in identifying the breadth of strategies used to restore the natural environment. A technical approach, environmental stewardship, and more spiritual traditional attitudes to ecological restoration can be viewed as analogous to restoring health to the human body through an operation in a hospital, administering remedies to oneself from the medicine cabinet, and taking a broader holistic/preventative approach to cultivate the mind–body connection through, e.g., yoga.  相似文献
