【背景】煤矸石堆场用于堆放煤矿开采过程中产生的一种热值低、含重金属的固体废弃物,会产生大量的酸性废水,对堆场周边的生态环境造成严重影响。【目的】探究煤矸石堆场的微生物群落结构和功能特征。【方法】选择贵州省六枝特区典型煤矸石堆场作为研究对象,采集堆场表层土壤、矸石层土壤、废水浸出口沉积物和堆场下游河道沉积物,通过宏基因组学技术进行分析。【结果】细菌的优势菌门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria),优势菌属为钩端螺菌属(Leptospirillum)和硫化杆菌属(Sulfobacillus);古菌的优势菌门为Candidatus_Thermoplasmatota和泉古菌门(Crenarchaeota),优势菌属为热原体属(Thermoplasma)和金属球菌属(Metallosphaera)。不同采样点细菌和古菌的优势菌属存在显著差异,矸石层土壤和废水浸出口沉积物中的铁氧化细菌和硫氧化细菌比其他2个样点丰富。煤矸石堆场中微生物的碳、氮、硫代谢基因丰度较高,共检测到6条固碳途径、6条氮代谢途径和3条硫代谢途径。主要的固碳基因为ACAT和E2.2....  相似文献

Human activities provide food resources for animals that are predictable in space and/or time. These resources, sometimes referred to as predictable anthropogenic food subsidies (PAFS), can be either the result of human‐generated waste or provided intentionally, sometimes as a conservation measure. Some PAFS, including landfills, are used by common species. However, little information exists about the effects that these feeding points have on rarer species that feed there, some of which are of conservation concern. This study focuses on the influence of PAFS and their spatial location on the distribution of territories of the endangered Egyptian Vulture Neophron percnopterus. We analysed a population in the NE Iberian Peninsula that has in recent decades expanded its range. We used both null model and linear model analyses to ascertain the effect of PAFS and other covariates on the occupancy of territories by the study species. PAFS appeared to play an important role in territory selection by Egyptian Vultures, as occupied territories were nearer landfills than expected by chance. Furthermore, the distance from PAFS (landfills and vulture feeding stations, or ‘restaurants’) played an important role in the probability of territory occupancy by Egyptian Vultures, in addition to other environmental variables such as surface areas of rocky south‐facing slopes, human settlement and the proximity of conspecifics. However, recent EU legislation aims to phase out open‐air landfills to reduce the negative environmental effects of these facilities. This could have an undesired impact on the endangered species that use these feeding points. We recommend management measures that can control abundant pest species but, in the long term, other measures as supplementary feeding should be considered to counteract the probable negative effect of the disappearance of landfills on endangered species.  相似文献

Abstract In Maputaland, South Africa vegetative and microclimatic changes on mined dunes drive the composition of the dung beetle fauna toward convergence with that in natural dune forest on unmined dunes. We assessed the pattern of these changes using a 23‐year vegetational chronosequence on mined dunes, which passes from grassland (approximately 1 year) to open Acacia shrubland thicket to Acacia karroo‐dominated woodland (approximately 9 years). Across this sequence, which represents successional stages in the restoration of dune forest, there was a sequential trend toward convergence in dung beetle species composition in both the entire species complement and, particularly, in shade specialist species. However, species abundance patterns showed a trend toward convergence only in early chronosequence Acacia woodland, followed by a decline in similarity between dung beetle assemblages of older Acacia woodland and unmined natural forest. This trend toward divergence was common both to the entire species complement, which includes widespread taxa, and to species endemic to Maputaland or the east coast. These trends in similarity and dissimilarity between dung beetle assemblages closely parallel the greater physiognomic and microclimatic similarity between early Acacia woodland and natural forest and the relative dissimilarity of older Acacia woodland. In conclusion, although percentage similarities between dung beetle assemblages of approximately 12‐year woodland and natural forests were comparable with those between each natural forest stand, decline in similarity in older woodland stands suggests that lasting convergence in dung beetle species abundance will only be attained once the Acacia woodland is replaced by secondary natural forest.  相似文献

比较了生长在广东省茂名市茂南区油页岩废渣场4 a多的26种木本植物的光合作用-光响应和生长特征。测定了最大净光合速率(Pmax)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和株高、胸径(DBH),并计算了表观光量子效率(AQY)、瞬时光能利用效率(ILUE)。根据上述参数的不同,参试植物被分成3级:速生种平均DBH为9.44±2.23 cm,其相应的平均Pmax为18.44±1.38μmol m-2s-1,ILUE为1.11±0.68%和AQY为0.0474±0.007μmol CO2μmol-1 quantum。中速生长植物则分别为5.09±0.90 cm、11.54±1.01μmol m-2s-1、0.75±0.12%和0.0406±0.004μmol CO2μmol-1 quantum。慢速生长的植物中,各参数则只有2.03±0.65 cm、6.71±2.82μmol m-2s-1、0.47±0.12%和0.0318±0.006μmol CO2μmol-1 quantum。统计分析显示I,LUE和Pmax或DBH呈极显著正相关,株高与DBH和总叶面积(TLA)亦呈极显著正相关。结果表明,植物光合作用-光响应曲线和光能利用效率能有效地评价植物对生长环境的适应性。从树种对光能的利用、生长的优势和有较高的水分利用效率综合评价,提出了对油页岩废渣场生态恢复应用较适宜的树种有:大叶相思、木棉、刺桐、油榄仁、红胶木、海南红豆、铁刀木、雨树、红荷木和乌墨。  相似文献

Algal communities inhabiting four calamine mine spoils differing in time since cessation of exploitation and loaded with high concentrations of zinc (20,284–61,599 μg g−1 soil DW), lead (2,620–3,885 μg g−1 DW) and cadmium (104–232 μg g−1 DW) were studied. In dump soils of slightly alkaline pH (7.28–7.52) and low nutrient (, , ) concentrations, chlorophyll a content ranged from 0.41 to 2.27 μg g−1 soil DW. In total, 23 algal species were recorded. Chlorophyta were the dominant taxonomic group (42–55% of all identified species) followed by Cyanobacteria (28–36%) and Heterokontophyta (13–21%). The highest species richness (18) was observed in the oldest dump (120 years old) with natural succession, while in younger dumps it was lower (11–15). Total algal abundance ranged between 5.5 and 19.1 × 102 ind. g−1 soil DW, and values of Margalef’s diversity indices (1.59–2.25) were low. These results may suggest that both high concentrations of heavy metals and low nutrient content influenced the algal communities in all the dumps studied. The differences in algal microflora observed between tailing dumps may indicate that habitat quality improved with time and that algae isolated from Zn/Pb-loaded soils may be Zn/Pb-resistant ecotypes of ubiquitous species.  相似文献

煤矿废弃地生态修复的土壤有机碳效应   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
采煤使得植被和土壤遭到损毁破坏,导致原生态系统碳汇功能的急剧退化甚至完全丧失。采煤堆积的煤矸石可发生氧化自燃,是巨大的CO_2排放源。生态修复对减少矿区碳排放及减缓大气温室效应具有重要意义。分析了国内外煤矿废弃地生态修复后的土壤有机碳动态特征,修复模式、修复时间和修复措施对土壤有机碳及其活性组分的影响,总结了土壤固碳的主要影响因子。研究结果表明,土壤有机碳在人工植被修复和有机物添加后增加显著,且与修复时间成正比。煤矿废弃地通过采取适宜的生态修复措施,有很大的土壤固碳潜力。未来应加强团聚体固碳等土壤固碳机理和土壤活性有机碳等科学问题的研究,以期为退化区生态修复进程中土壤固碳功能提升提供参考。  相似文献
