A chiral column, with decaproline as the chiral selector, has broad chiral selectivity. To understand the separation mechanism of this chiral column, multiple spectroscopic techniques, including optical rotation, electronic circular dichroism, infrared absorption and vibrational circular dichroism, have been used here to study the conformation of the decaproline oligomer in isopropanol(IPA)/dichloromethane(DCM) mixtures. These studies indicate that decaproline oligomer adopts polyproline II conformation in IPA/DCM solvent system (0% IPA approximately 100% IPA). Hydrogen bonding interactions between C=O groups of decaproline and IPA molecules increase as the content of IPA in the solvent mixture increases up to 60% and become less significant from then onwards. These spectroscopic observations are found to have a good correlation with the enantiomeric separation of racemic 2,2,2-trifluoro-1-[10-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-hydroxy-ethyl-anthracen-9-yl]-ethanol by the decaproline column.  相似文献

The interaction of the inhibitor VJ (InhVJ), isolated from sea anemone R. macrodactylus, with different proteases was investigated using the method of biosensor analysis. The following enzymes were tested: serine proteases (trypsin, α-chymotrypsin, plasmin, thrombin, kallikrein), cysteina protease (papain) and aspartic protease (pepsin). In the rage of the concentrations studied (10–400 nM) inhibitor VJ interacted only with trypsin and α-chymotrypsin. The intermolecular complexes formation between inhibitor VJ and each of these enzymes was characterized by the following kinetic and thermodynamics parameters: KD = 7.38 × 10?8 M and 9.93 × 10?7 M for pairs InhVJ/trypsin and InhVJ/α-chymotrypsin, respectively.  相似文献

本文研究了FWS-DBL-1新型太阳能灭虫器在320~580、360、400、460和520 nm 5种不同波长下对吐鲁番葡萄产区害虫的诱捕效果及对天敌安全性。结果表明:在5种波长下,灭虫器诱捕昆虫的种类相似,以鞘翅目、鳞翅目、半翅目、脉翅目、双翅目、直翅目和膜翅目等为主。诱捕的主要昆虫是蜉金龟Aphodius sp.、白云斑鳃金龟Polyphylla alba vicaria Semenov、额喙丽金龟Adoretus nigriforns Steven、毛喙丽金龟Adoretus hirsutus Ohaus、绣罗夜蛾Leucanitis picta Christoph和淘赏夜蛾Catocala puerpera Giorna等。其中:灭虫器在400 nm波长下的诱捕量最多,其次是320~580 nm和360 nm波长。综合分析比较:400 nm波长对鞘翅目害虫的诱捕效果最好,360 nm波长对鳞翅目和双翅目害虫的诱捕能力最强,520 nm波长对半翅目害虫的诱捕效果最好。对天敌的安全性研究表明:FWS-DBL-1太阳能灭虫器对天敌有一定的诱捕作用,益害比为1∶4~1∶5。诱捕量较多的是步甲科和草蛉科的天敌,占天敌总诱捕量的85.82%。在这5个波长中,360 nm波长下,灭虫器对天敌的诱捕作用最小,对天敌的安全性相对较高。  相似文献

Bacterial L-asparaginases catalyzing hydrolysis of L-asparagine to L-aspartate and ammonia, are used in medical practice for treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The long-term therapy with these preparations is accompanied by a number of side effects, which are attributed to glutaminase activity of L-asparaginase. Substrate specificity and activity of L-asparaginases are directly associated with the oligomerization process of this enzyme, which is active only as the tetramer because its active sites are located in the contact areas between monomers. The present work is devoted to homology modeling of spatial structure of L-asparaginase from Erwinia carotovora, the comparative molecular-graphic analysis of subunit interfaces, and the development of a new experimental approach for studies of enzyme oligomerization. L-Asparaginase was immobilized on a surface of CM5 optical chip of biosensor Biacore 3000, which is based on the surface plasmon resonance technology. The dissociation process of enzyme tetrameric complexes up to monomers and subsequent oligomerization process have been registered.  相似文献

A model optical immunosensor was developed to quantify an antibody present in a sample by measuring the fluorescence of Cyanine-5 conjugated with the antibody, using a competitive and a sandwich immunoreaction configuration, with the antigen immobilised in controlled pore glass beads. At pH 2, 94% of the antigen-antibody complex was dissociated, allowing reutilisation. Photobleaching had no effect on the fluorescence. This model system was used to detect Brucella sp. infection and could quantify anti-Brucella sp. antibodies in ovine serum samples in the range from 0.005 to 0.11 mg ml(-1).  相似文献

In light-emitting diode (LED) illumination (e.g., LED maritime lighting for ships), creating a uniform light environment for optical systems is an important challenge. In this study, we present a high-power collimating system based on Fresnel lenses, which allows high-brightness LED illumination in the earlier-mentioned remote distance. The work presented in this article focuses on improving the power, compacting the optical structure, and promoting the brightness of the spot. To prove the claims, the system with a total power of 1 kW is designed. The system consists of a 27 W LED array, a freeform surface lens array, and a confocal Fresnel lens array. In comparison with the traditional optical system, the optical structure shortens from 390 to 120 mm, and the divergent angle decreases from 3° to 2 . Meanwhile, the illuminance of the system is obtained as high as 230 lx at the near field of 200 m and 3.0 lx at the far field of 1.5 nautical miles. This new method provides a practical and effective way to solve the problem of low power, insufficient illuminance, and long optical structure for LED array illumination, which is suitable for remote illumination and guidance of ships.  相似文献

Ultra-high thermally stable Ca2MgWO6:xSm3+ (x = 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.25, and 1.5 mol%) double perovskite phosphors were synthesized through solid-state reaction method. Product formation was confirmed by comparing the X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of the phosphors with the standard reference file. The structural, morphological, thermal, and optical properties of the prepared phosphor were examined in detail using XRD, Fourier transform infrared spectra, scanning electron microscopy, diffused reflectance spectra, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), photoluminescence emission, and temperature-dependent PLE (TDPL). It was seen that the phosphor exhibited emission in the reddish region for the near-ultraviolet excitation with moderate Colour Rendering Index values and high colour purity. The optimized phosphor (x = 1.25 mol%) was found to possess a direct optical band gap of 3.31 eV. TGA studies showed the astonishing thermal stability of the optimized phosphor. Additionally, near-zero thermal quenching was seen in TDPL due to elevated phonon-assisted radiative transition. Furthermore, the anti-Stokes and Stokes emission peaks were found to be sensitive toward the temperature change and followed a Boltzmann-type distribution. All these marked properties will make the prepared phosphors a suitable candidate for multifield applications and a fascinating material for further development.  相似文献

Hoover Pugedo light traps were modified for use with green and blue-light-emitting diodes to trap phlebotomine sandflies in northeastern Brazil. A total of 2,267 specimens belonging to eight genera and 15 species were sampled. The predominant species were Nyssomyia whitmani(34.41%) and Micropygomyia echinatopharynx(17.25%).The green LED trap prevailed over the blue and control lights; however, no statistically significant difference could be detected among the three light sources. Even without statistical significance, we suggest using LEDs as an attractant for the capture of sandflies because of several advantages over the conventional method with incandescent lamps.  相似文献

Near‐infrared (NIR) radiation has been employed using one‐ and two‐photon excitation of fluorescence imaging at wavelengths 650–950 nm (optical window I) for deep brain imaging; however, longer wavelengths in NIR have been overlooked due to a lack of suitable NIR‐low band gap semiconductor imaging detectors and/or femtosecond laser sources. This research introduces three new optical windows in NIR and demonstrates their potential for deep brain tissue imaging. The transmittances are measured in rat brain tissue in the second (II, 1,100–1,350 nm), third (III, 1,600–1,870 nm), and fourth (IV, centered at 2,200 nm) NIR optical tissue windows. The relationship between transmission and tissue thickness is measured and compared with the theory. Due to a reduction in scattering and minimal absorption, window III is shown to be the best for deep brain imaging, and windows II and IV show similar but better potential for deep imaging than window I.
