本文应用印楝种仁提取物(F3)与敌敌畏混配为例,以斜纹夜蛾(Spodopteralitura)为目标害虫,介绍一种适用于获取最优化配方的算法,在二次通用回归旋转组合设计的基础上,经参数辨识,获取二次回归方程,经失拟性、回归显著性检验,本方程基本能够反映杀虫剂用量与斜纹夜蛾幼虫死亡机率值之间的关系.在害虫防治实践中,要求在防治费用最小的基础上,目标害虫有最大的死亡率.因此,以防治目标害虫的费用作为优化算法的目标函数,以害虫死亡机率值最大作为约束条件,有如下的一组优化算式为目标函数约束条件式中a1,a2分别为参试杀虫剂1,2最低用量,b1,b2则为相应的最高用量.C1,C2分别为杀虫剂1,2的单价,N1,N2为杀虫剂l,2的用量.Y为目标害虫死亡机率值回归方程.本文所依据的试验设计中,以对数函数关系变换编码值与使用浓度之间的关系,所以应用拉格朗日求极值原理求取最优化配方.由计算所得的混配比例与其他方法所获结果一致. 相似文献

The blue-green alga Anacystis nidulans Drouet (Synechococcus leopoliensis Raciborski) cultivated under phosphate-limited conditions adopts a threshold value in the nanomolar range below which uptake ceases. In this study, we investigated the influence of phosphate pulses on the regulation of uptake behavior during reestablishment of the threshold value. Short-term pulses had only a slight effect on uptake kinetics and, hence, on the threshold value, even if the population had been exposed several times to elevated concentrations above the steady-state level in the growth medium. The threshold value was also practically insensitive to the amount of phosphate stored during these short-term fluctuations. Long-term phosphate pulses resulted in a transition to a metastable state that was characterized by a severalfold higher threshold value. This transition, apparently an adaptation to the transiently elevated phosphate concentrations, was further studied by following the influx of 32 P-phosphate at constant external concentrations and was shown to be complete after a period of 10–20 min. After adaptation to pulses, the uptake behavior followed a linear flow-force relation over a wide range of external concentrations. This behavior was explained by the simultaneous operation of at least two uptake systems with different, but coordinated kinetic parameters. This linear flow-force relation facilitated a direct determination of the threshold value from uptake measurements. For applicability in the field the force-flow relation can be a diagnostic tool to assay for fluctuating phosphate and to establish threshold values below the normal measurable range . 相似文献

Four compartments of a salmonid brook were studied in consecutive sections either at sector scale or at facies scale: physical features, water quality, macrophytes and salmonids. The most important factor in the spatial and temporal organisation was the longitudinal zonation assessed by the four compartments. It was mainly shown by a gradient of the length of the morphodynamic sequence and of the facies width, of the pH and the conductivity and of macrophyte cover. It induced a colonisation by older trout in the downstream part of the brook where growth was better and shelter given by the bankside vegetation was more abundant. There were also greater densities of other age-classes upstream, with a correlation between salmon and rock shelter. Furthermore, the second factor corresponded to the flow characteristics and a granulometry gradient. The third factor corresponded chiefly to lighting, salmon numbers and densities. Salmonids showed a temporal stability from spring to autumn,and an opposition between growth and density. Six clusters of sectors defined functional entities. With regard to the 3—dimensitnal structure of the brook, the special pattern of each compartment shows its contribution to the functioning of the whole. Taking into account the scale of the study, the coexistence between trout and salmon did not show a competition between the two species, but rather a spatial partition, thanks to thehheterogenity inside each sector. The esterification of lauric acid with geraniol catalyzed by the commercially immobilized lipase preparation from Mucor miehei, Lipozyme(R), was studied in well-stirred flasks. The enzyme support was characterized in terms of its internal and external surface area, protein location, and protein content. It was found that the enzyme was mainly located on the external surface of the support, therefore, internal diffusional limitations were not important. It was also shown that the protein content of the support depends on the size of the particle, with smaller particles containing higher amounts of protein per unit weight. Under the conditions studied, the reaction was not under external mass transfer limitations, and the initial reaction rate depended on the size of the support particles. This was mainly due to the different protein contents on the support as a function of particle size and not to internal or external mass transfer limitations. Also, it was found that the inhibition exerted by water was predominantly a physical effect due to its accumulation around the enzyme. The high molecular weight (HMW) proteins from wheat contain a repetitive domain that forms 60-80% of their sequence. The consensus peptides PGQGQQ and GYYPTSPQQ form more than 90% of the domain; both are predicted to adopt beta-turn structure. This paper describes the structural characterization of these consensus peptides and forms the basis for the structural characterization of the repetitive HMW domain, described in the companion paper. The cyclic peptides cyclo-[PGQGQQPGQGQQ] (peptide 1), cyclo-[GYYPTSPQQGA] (peptide 2), and cyclo-[PGQGQQGYYPTSPQQ] (peptide 3) were prepared using a novel synthesis route. In addition, the linear peptides (PGQGQQ)n (n = 1, 3, 5) were prepared. CD, FTIR, and NMR data demonstrated a type II beta-turn structure at QPGQ in the cyclic peptide 1 that was also observed in the linear peptides 9PGQGQQ)n. A type I beta-turn was observed at YPTS and SPQQ in peptides 2 and 3, with additional beta-turns of either type I or II at GAGY (peptide 2) and QQGY (peptide 3). The proline in YPTS showed considerable cis/trans isomerization, with up to 50% of the population in the cis-conformation; the other prolines were more than 90% in the trans conformation. The conversion from trans to cis destroys the type I beta-turn at YPTS, but leads to an increase in turn character at SPQQ and GAGY (peptide 2) or QQGY (peptide 3). 相似文献
