目的分析北京丰台地区女性阴道感染情况。方法随机抽取2010年1月至2010年8月期间在北京市丰台区铁营医院就诊女性1800例,采用湿片镜检方法对就诊者的阴道分泌物进行检测。结果通过对1800患者的阴道分泌物进行检测发现,检出细菌性阴道病(BV)患者、外阴阴道念珠菌病(VVC)患者、滴虫性阴道炎(TV)患者共计887例(占总数的49.28%),其中单一性感染718例(占发病人数的80.95%),混合感染169例(占发病人数的19.05%)。结论细菌性阴道病的发病率较高,阴道混合感染日趋严重。及时正确的检测出阴道感染的病原菌、合理用药,是阴道感染提高治愈率、降低复发率的有效手段。  相似文献

The use of graduated compression stockings (GCS) in sport has been increasing in the last years due to their potential positive effects for athletes. However, there is little evidence to support whether these types of garments actually improve cardiorespiratory performance. The aim of this study was to examine the cardiorespiratory responses of GCS during running after three weeks of regular use. Twenty recreational runners performed three tests on different days: test 1) – a 5-min maximal effort run in order to determine the participants’ maximal aerobic speed; and tests 2) and 3) – a fatigue running test of 30 minutes at 80% of their maximal aerobic speed with either GCS or PLACEBO stockings at random. Cardiorespiratory parameters (minute ventilation, heart rate, relative oxygen consumption, relative carbon dioxide production, ventilatory equivalents for oxygen and carbon dioxide, and oxygen pulse) were measured. Before each test in the laboratory, the participants trained with the randomly assigned stockings (GCS or PLACEBO) for three weeks. No significant differences between GCS and PLACEBO were found in any of the cardiorespiratory parameters. In conclusion, the present study provides evidence that running with GCS for three weeks does not influence cardiorespiratory parameters in recreational runners.  相似文献

It is natural to want to relax the assumption of homoscedasticity and Gaussian error in ANOVA models. For a two-way ANOVA model with 2 x k cells, one can derive tests of main effect for the factor with two levels (referred to as group) without assuming homoscedasticity or Gaussian error. Empirical likelihood can be used to derive testing procedures. An approximate empirical likelihood ratio test (AELRT) is derived for the test of group main effect. To approximate the distributions of the test statistics under the null hypothesis, simulation from the approximate empirical maximum likelihood estimate (AEMLE) restricted by the null hypothesis is used. The homoscedastic ANOVA F -test and a Box-type approximation to the distribution of the heteroscedastic ANOVA F -test are compared to the AELRT in level and power. The AELRT procedure is shown by simulation to have appropriate type I error control (although possibly conservative) when the distribution of the test statistics are approximated by simulation from the constrained AEMLE. The methodology is motivated and illustrated by an analysis of folate levels in the blood among two alcohol intake groups while accounting for gender.  相似文献

目的:建立艾迪注射液细菌内毒素检查方法。方法:根据《中华人民共和国药典》2005年版Ⅱ部收载的细菌内毒素检查法进行。结果:将艾迪注射液稀释至1/6后可消除干扰因素,用标示灵敏度为0.25 EU/mL的鲎试剂检测细菌内毒素是有效的。结论:细菌内毒素检查法准确、可靠,适用于检测艾迪注射液中的内毒素。  相似文献

Understanding causes of nest loss is critical for the management of endangered bird populations. Available methods for estimating nest loss probabilities to competing sources do not allow for random effects and covariation among sources, and there are few data simulation methods or goodness‐of‐fit (GOF) tests for such models. We developed a Bayesian multinomial extension of the widely used logistic exposure (LE) nest survival model which can incorporate multiple random effects and fixed‐effect covariates for each nest loss category. We investigated the performance of this model and the accompanying GOF test by analysing simulated nest fate datasets with and without age‐biased discovery probability, and by comparing the estimates with those of traditional fixed‐effects estimators. We then exemplify the use of the multinomial LE model and GOF test by analysing Piping Plover Charadrius melodus nest fate data (n = 443) to explore the effects of wire cages (exclosures) constructed around nests, which are used to protect nests from predation but can lead to increased nest abandonment rates. Mean parameter estimates of the random‐effects multinomial LE model were all within 1 sd of the true values used to simulate the datasets. Age‐biased discovery probability did not result in biased parameter estimates. Traditional fixed‐effects models provided estimates with a high bias of up to 43% with a mean of 71% smaller standard deviations. The GOF test identified models that were a poor fit to the simulated data. For the Piping Plover dataset, the fixed‐effects model was less well‐supported than the random‐effects model and underestimated the risk of exclosure use by 16%. The random‐effects model estimated a range of 1–6% probability of abandonment for nests not protected by exclosures across sites and 5–41% probability of abandonment for nests with exclosures, suggesting that the magnitude of exclosure‐related abandonment is site‐specific. Our results demonstrate that unmodelled heterogeneity can result in biased estimates potentially leading to incorrect management recommendations. The Bayesian multinomial LE model offers a flexible method of incorporating random effects into an analysis of nest failure and is robust to age‐biased nest discovery probability. This model can be generalized to other staggered‐entry, time‐to‐hazard situations.  相似文献

摘要 目的:分析本院2017年~2019年常见病原菌分布和细菌耐药性情况,以指导临床用药。方法:将送检标本中的病原菌进行鉴定,参照CLSI 2017版判读药敏结果。结果:收集2017年7月~2019年6月临床分离菌共2292株,其中革兰阴性菌1862株,占81.2%,革兰阳性菌430株,占18.8%。大肠埃希菌占比最高,占25.7%。主要分离于尿液标本(55.9%)、血液标本(12.2%)和痰液标本(10.8%)。金黄色葡葡球菌中MRSA(耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌)和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌中耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)的检出率分别为61.4%和74.4%。MRSA主要分布于普外科、神经外科和骨科。未检出替考拉宁、利奈唑胺或万古霉素耐药的葡萄球菌。肠球菌属中屎肠球菌对测试药物的耐药率均较高。16株肺炎链球菌,其中3株对青霉素耐药。肠杆菌科细菌中,肺炎克雷伯菌对碳青霉烯耐药率为14.5%。鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯的耐药率为76.9%。铜绿假单胞菌为19.3%。14株流感嗜血杆菌中,β内酰胺酶检出率为35.7%(5/14)。结论:2017年~2019年我院常见病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,病原菌的耐药性较高,临床应加强科室管理,合理应用抗生素,防耐药菌株的流行,降低医院感染的发生风险。  相似文献

Analyses of the effects of extreme climate periods have been used as a tool to predict ecosystem functioning and processes in a warmer world. The winter half‐year 2006/2007 (w06/07) has been extremely warm and was estimated to be a half‐a‐millennium event in central Europe. Here we analyse the consequences of w06/07 for the temperatures, mixing dynamics, phenologies and population developments of algae and daphnids (thereafter w06/07 limnology) in a deep central European lake and investigate to what extent analysis of w06/07 limnology can really be used as a predictive tool regarding future warming. Different approaches were used to put the observations during w06/07 into context: (1) a comparison of w06/07 limnology with long‐term data, (2) a comparison of w06/07 limnology with that of the preceding year, and (3) modelling of temperature and mixing dynamics using numerical experiments. These analyses revealed that w06/07 limnology in Lake Constance was indeed very special as the lake did not mix below 60 m depth throughout winter. Because of this, anomalies of variables associated strongly with mixing behaviour, e.g., Schmidt stability and a measure for phosphorus upward mixing during winter exceeded several standard deviations the long‐term mean of these variables. However, our modelling results suggest that this extreme hydrodynamical behaviour was only partially due to w06/07 meteorology per se, but depended also strongly on the large difference in air temperature to the previous cold winter which resulted in complete mixing and considerable cooling of the water column. Furthermore, modelling results demonstrated that with respect to absolute water temperatures, the model ‘w06/07’ most likely underestimates the increase in water temperature in a warmer world as one warm winter is not sufficient to rise water temperatures in a deep lake up to those expected under a future climate.  相似文献

Epidemiological studies suggest that insulin resistance is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. However, there is little information on the role of insulin resistance in atherosclerogenesis independent of LDL cholesterol level. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of systemic insulin resistance on monocyte adhesion to endothelial cells and atherosclerotic lesions independent of LDL cholesterol level. KKAy mice are obese mice with spontaneous diabetes and insulin resistance, and normal levels of LDL cholesterol. In parallel with systemic insulin resistance, decreased insulin signal, and the increased expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) were noted in macrophages isolated from KKAy mice. These mice showed enhanced monocyte adhesion to the endothelial cells of the thoracic artery. Furthermore, these mice showed expanded atherosclerotic lesions when fed high cholesterol diet. Our data indicate that insulin resistance promotes the atherosclerogenesis independent of LDL cholesterol level. Decreased insulin signaling in macrophages associated with systemic insulin resistance could be involved, at least in part, in this pathological process.  相似文献
