以疏花卫矛(Euonymus laxiflorus)、丝棉木(E.maackii)和卫矛(E.alatus)3种卫矛属植物为试验材料,测定叶片转色期叶色参数和相关生理生化指标,探讨各项指标的变化规律和内在联系,为优良色叶植物的筛选提供依据。结果表明:(1)转色期,疏花卫矛的明亮度参数L~*和色素参数b~*(黄/蓝)呈上升趋势,色素参数a~*(红/绿)变化不大;丝棉木的L~*和b~*呈先上升后下降的单峰曲线,a~*呈上升趋势;卫矛的L~*和b~*变化不大,a~*呈上升趋势。(2)3种植物的叶绿素含量在转色期呈明显下降趋势;疏花卫矛的花色素苷相对含量、花色素苷/叶绿素的值较为平稳,类胡萝卜素/叶绿素的值呈上升趋势;丝棉木和卫矛的花色素苷相对含量、花色素苷/叶绿素的值均呈上升趋势,类胡萝卜素/叶绿素的值保持平稳。(3)3种植物苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性呈下降趋势,查尔酮异构酶(CHI)活性呈先上升后下降的单峰曲线;卫矛的过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性保持平稳,疏花卫矛和丝棉木的POD活性呈上升趋势,疏花卫矛的PPO活性保持平稳,丝棉木的PPO活性呈下降趋势。(4)疏花卫矛和卫矛的可溶性糖和淀粉的质量分数呈先上升后下降的单峰曲线,丝棉木的可溶性糖和淀粉的质量分数呈上升趋势。(5)相关性分析显示,疏花卫矛呈现黄色主要是因为叶绿素的分解,丝棉木和卫矛呈现红色是因为花色素苷的合成,可溶性糖、淀粉、CHI对花色素苷的合成有一定作用,POD对叶片呈现红色有促进作用,PAL和PPO活性对花色素苷的合成无显著影响。  相似文献

The present paper addresses the numerical optimization of geometrical parameters of non-Newtonian micro-scale viscous pumps for biomedical devices. The objective is to maximize the mass flow rate per unit of shaft power consumed by the rotor when an external pressure load is applied along the channel that houses the rotor. Two geometric parameters are considered in the optimization process: (i) the height of the channel that houses the rotor (H) and (ii), the eccentricity (epsilon) of the rotor. Three different micro-scale viscous pump configurations were tested: a straight-housed pump (I-shaped housing) and two curved housed pumps (L- and U-shaped housings). The stress-strain constitutive law is modeled by a power-law relation. The results show that the geometric optimization of micro-scale viscous pumps is critical since the mass flow rate propelled by the rotor is highly dependent on epsilon and H. Numerical simulations indicate that mass flow rate is maximized when epsilon approximately 0, namely when the rotor is placed at a distance of 0.05 radii from the lower wall. The results also show that micro-scale viscous pumps with curved housing provide higher mass flow rate per unit of shaft power consumed when compared with straight-housed pumps. The results are presented in terms optimized dimensions of all three configurations (i.e., H(opt) and epsilon(opt)) and for values of the power-law index varying between 0.5 (shear thinning fluids) and 1.5 (shear-thickening fluids).  相似文献

The aim of this study was to biochemically characterize ovine follicular fluid and to relate possible changes in composition to follicular size. Ovaries were collected from adult and cycling non-pregnant slaughtered sheep (Ovis aries) during breeding season. A total of 104 pairs of ovaries were investigated and these data were then compared. Follicular fluid was aspirated from small (< 2 mm), medium (2-4 mm) and large (> 4 mm) nonatretic ovarian follicles. The follicular fluid was centrifuged at 4 degrees C and 5000 g for 30 min to remove any cells and stored at -80 degrees C prior to assay. Follicular fluid samples were analyzed for glucose, total protein, cholesterol, triglycerides, lactate, urea, creatinine, sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, and lactate dehydrogenase. Data were analyzed by the linear regression model. As follicles became larger, the concentrations of glucose and cholesterol significantly (P < 0.05) increased while those of triglycerides, lactate, alkaline phosphatase and lactate dehydrogenase significantly (P < 0.05) decreased.  相似文献

Gain-of-function mutations in fibroblast growth factor (FGF) receptors result in chondrodysplasia and craniosynostosis syndromes, highlighting the critical role for FGF signaling in skeletal development. Although the FGFRs involved in skeletal development have been well characterized, only a single FGF ligand, FGF18, has been identified that regulates skeletal development during embryogenesis. Here we identify Fgf9 as a second FGF ligand that is critical for skeletal development. We show that Fgf9 is expressed in the proximity of developing skeletal elements and that Fgf9-deficient mice exhibit rhizomelia (a disproportionate shortening of proximal skeletal elements), which is a prominent feature of patients with FGFR3-induced chondrodysplasia syndromes. Although Fgf9 is expressed in the apical ectodermal ridge in the limb bud, we demonstrate that the Fgf9-/- limb phenotype results from loss of FGF9 functions after formation of the mesenchymal condensation. In developing stylopod elements, FGF9 promotes chondrocyte hypertrophy at early stages and regulates vascularization of the growth plate and osteogenesis at later stages of skeletal development.  相似文献

Symbiotic nitrogen fixation of rhizobia and leguminous plants is considered as the most important biologic nitrogen fixation system on earth. Symbiotic nodulation of gymnosperm Podocarpus macro-phyllus and rhizobia has never been reported. In this study, 11 endophytic bacteria strains were isolated from root nodules of P. macrophyllus and its variation P. macrophyllus var. maki. The plant infection tests on these strains indicated that the isolated strains could be nodulated on P. macrophyllus plants, and weak nitrogenase activity of nodules was found in acetylene reduction method. According to the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the 11 strains, GXLO 02 was selected as the representative strain. 16S rDNA full-length sequence analysis of GXLO 02 confirmed that the representative strain GXLO 02 belongs to Rhizobium sp.  相似文献

犬齿窝是包括现代人类在内的许多人族成员面部骨骼的重要性状,但在分类学上的意义仍存在争议。有学者认为该性状是一个发生于基础面形的近祖性状,除了一些例外,在灭绝和现生的大猿及人属中都存在。另有学者认为,犬齿窝是仅存在于智人及其直系祖先的衍生性状,在发育上与颧齿槽突嵴有关。这种关系并非总是成立,在智人中存在着明显的差异:弧型颧齿槽突嵴和直斜型颧齿槽突嵴与犬齿窝有时共存,有时不共存。我们由此推测,犬齿窝的发生和形态与上颌窦的前部发育有关,颧齿槽突嵴的形态与鼻窦的侧面发育有关。在人类演化的过程中,犬齿窝经历了不同的变形,比如上颌沟(如南方古猿非洲种、傍人粗壮种)、上颌小窝(如傍人粗壮种)、上颌沟(如匠人)或犬齿窝缺如(如傍人埃塞俄比亚种、傍人鲍氏种、肯尼亚扁脸人、人属鲁道夫种)。犬齿窝消失的原因各类群并不相同,如中新世和早更新世人属以及中更新世人属(如人属海德堡种/人属罗得西亚种、人属尼安德特种)。人属罗得西亚种具有弱化的犬齿窝,不具备演化为智人的可能,因此被排除在智人的演化支之外。  相似文献

Our knowledge of the effects of copper on microalgal physiology is largely based on studies conducted with high copper concentrations; much less is known when environmentally relevant copper levels come into question. Here, we evaluated the physiology of Chlorolobion braunii exposed to free copper ion concentrations between 5.7 × 10?9 and 5.0 × 10?6 mol · L?1, thus including environmentally relevant values. Population growth and maximum photosynthetic quantum yield of PSII were determined daily during the 96 h laboratory controlled experiment. Exponentially‐growing cells (48 h) were analyzed for effective quantum yield and rapid light curves (RLC), and total lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, chlorophyll a and carotenoids were determined. The results showed that growth rates and population density decreased gradually as copper increased in experiment, but the photosynthetic parameters (maximum and effective quantum yields) and photochemical quenching (qP) decreased only at the highest free copper concentration tested (5.0 × 10?6 mol · L?1); nonphotochemical quenching (NPQ) increased gradually with copper increase. The RLC parameters Ek and rETRmax were inversely proportional to copper concentration, while α and Im decreased only at 5.0 × 10?6 mol · L?1. The effects of copper in biomolecules yield (mg · L?1) varied depending on the biomolecule. Lipid yield increased at free copper concentration as low as 2.5 × 10?8 mol · L?1, but proteins and carbohydrates were constant throughout.  相似文献

Solvent-tolerant bacteria represent an interesting option to deal with the substrate and product toxicity in bioprocesses. Recently, constitutive solvent tolerance was achieved for Pseudomonas taiwanensis VLB120 via knockout of the regulator TtgV, making tedious adaptation unnecessary. Remarkably, ttgV knockout increased styrene epoxidation activities of P. taiwanensis VLB120Δ C. With the aim to characterize and exploit the biocatalytic potential of P. taiwanensis VLB120Δ C and VLB120Δ CΔ ttgV, we investigated and correlated growth physiology, native styrene monooxygenase (StyAB) gene expression, whole-cell bioconversion kinetics, and epoxidation performance. Substrate inhibition kinetics was identified but was attenuated in two-liquid phase bioreactor setups. StyA fusion to the enhanced green fluorescent protein enabled precise enzyme level monitoring without affecting epoxidation activity. Glucose limitation compromised styAB expression and specific activities (30–40 U/g CDW for both strains), whereas unlimited batch cultivation enabled specific activities up to 180 U/g CDW for VLB120Δ CΔ ttgV strains, which is unrivaled for bioreactor-based whole-cell oxygenase biocatalysis. These extraordinarily high specific activities of constitutively solvent-tolerant P. taiwanensis VLB120∆ CttgV could be attributed to its high metabolic capacity, which also enabled high expression levels. This, together with the high product yields on glucose and biomass obtained qualifies the VLB120∆ ttgV strain as a highly attractive tool for the development of ecoefficient oxyfunctionalization processes and redox biocatalysis in general.  相似文献
