通过对西双版纳地区的6个“龙山”片断热带雨林与同样类型的原始热带雨林的比较研究,探讨了片断热带雨林的群落结构、种类组成、生活型构成、种群结构、植物丰富度及多样性等的变化及其规律。随着热带雨林的片断化,森林边缘效应和人为干扰加剧,热带雨林群落的结构变得不完整,植物丰富度降低。在生活型构成上,附生植物,大、中高位芽植物以及地上芽植物比例减少,藤本植物和小高位芽植物比例明显增高。在种群结构上,受轻、中度干扰的片断雨林,仅含1~2个个体的种类在群落中的相对数量有所增加,乔木种类组成变得不稳定,随着人为干扰的加剧,那些仅有1~2个个体为代表的种类将首先消失。在单位面积种数和物种多样性指数上,情况比较复杂,热带雨林片断化和受到一定干扰可能会增加藤本植物多样性指数,但干扰过度又会减低其多样性指数,附生植物多样性指数则随干扰和隔离时间呈明显下降趋势,但总的说来,片断热带雨林单位面积上的种数远比原始林少得多,随着人为干扰和隔离的加剧,物种多样性指数显著降低。  相似文献

对黄褐油葫芦不同发育阶段虫体蛋白质、脂肪和矿物质元素等营养成分进行了测定与分析。结果表明该虫为高蛋白低脂肪昆虫,各发育阶段虫体的蛋白含量平均为15.92%,脂肪含量为5.40%,PG值平均为3.45,蛋白质、脂肪含量随着个体发育逐渐增加,但卵期蛋白含量较高。虫体含有7种主要脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸达57.3%,其中亚油酸的含量高达25.47%;富含矿物质元素,其中以Ca,Fe,Zn的含量较高,分别为1164,320.3和107.9μgg。5种脂肪酸和8种矿物质元素含量与发育阶段呈负相关。  相似文献

Matrix-assisted laser desorption and ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) is increasingly applied to lipids. However, positional acyl chain analysis of lipids by MALDI was so far scarcely described. In this paper, the fragmentation behavior of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) is investigated by using post-source decay (PSD) MS. In dependence on the investigated adduct, significant differences could be obtained. It will be shown that in particular the negative ion spectra enable the determination of the individual acyl chains as well as their positions (sn-1 or sn-2). Therefore, MALDI-TOF PSD spectra are a real alternative to more sophisticated MS/MS methods.  相似文献

Aim  Global climate change is increasingly influencing ecosystems. Long-term effects on the species richness and composition of ecological communities have been predicted using modelling approaches but, so far, hardly demonstrated in the field. Here, we test whether changes in the composition of bird communities have been influenced by recent climate change.
Location  Europe.
Methods  We focus on the proportion of migratory and resident bird species because these groups are expected to respond differently to climatic change. We used the spatial relationship between climatic factors and bird communities in Europe to predict changes in 21 European bird communities under recent climate change.
Results  Observed changes corresponded significantly to predicted changes and could not be explained by the effects of spatial autocorrelation. Alternative factors such as changes in land use were tested in a first approximation as well but no effects were found.
Main conclusions  This study demonstrates that global climate change has already influenced the species richness and composition of European bird communities.  相似文献

Mollicutes are parasitic microorganisms mainly characterized by small cell sizes, reduced genomes and great A and T mutational bias. We analyzed the codon usage patterns of the completely sequenced genomes of bacteria that belong to this class. We found that for many organisms not only mutational bias but also selection has a major effect on codon usage. Through a comparative perspective and based on three widely used criteria we were able to classify Mollicutes according to the effect of selection on codon usage. We found conserved optimal codons in many species and study the tRNA gene pool in each genome. Previous results are reinforced by the fact that, when selection is operative, the putative optimal codons found match the respective cognate tRNA. Finally, we trace selection effect backwards to the common ancestor of the class and estimate the phylogenetic inertia associated with this character. We discuss the possible scenarios that explain the observed evolutionary patterns.  相似文献

我国有着丰富的杜鹃花资源,但有关其繁殖应用的研究还具有一定的局限。种子育苗耗时长,组培育苗成本和技术要求高,都不适于杜鹃花属植物的大面积生产。扦插繁殖快,还可保持母本的优良性状。从插条的选择,准备,插条的生根激素处理,扦插基质的选择,外界环境条件对扦插成活率的影响及扦插后的养护管理等六个方面对杜鹃的扦插繁殖技术的研究进行综述,以期推进杜鹃花属植物,尤其是中国野生杜鹃的引种驯化和大面积的推广应用。  相似文献

Saccharomyces cerevisiae mutants unable to grow at ethanol concentrations at which the wild type strain S288C does grow, have been isolated. Some of them show additional phenotypic alterations in colony size, temperature sensitivity and viability in ethanol, which cosegregate with the growth sensitivity in ethanol. 21 selected monogenic ethanol-sensitive mutants define 20 complementation groups, denominated ETA1 to ETA20, which indicates that there is a high number of genes involved in the ethanol tolerance/sensitivity mechanism.Out of 21 selected monogenic mutants, 20 are not altered in the glycolytic pathway since, when maintained in glucosesupplemented medium, they can produce as much ethanol as the wild type and at about the same velocity. Nor do any of the mutants seem to be altered in the lipid biosynthetic pathway since, whether grown in the absence or in the presence of ethanol, their concentration of fatty acids and ergosterol is similar to that of the wild type under the same conditions. During the early development of avian nestlings, their mass-specific resting metabolic rate (RMR) changes in a biphasic pattern with the peak value often being much higher than that expected for an adult bird of similar body mass. In the present study we examined the possible influence of variations in the size of internal organs in “setting” the high RMR and peak metabolic rate (PMR) during development in a large altricial species, the European shag (Phalacrocorax aristotelis). Thermoneutral RMR and cold-exposure induced PMR were measured in nestlings 15 days old, the age at which the highest RMR occurred during development. Body mass averaged 414 g. Mean values of RMR and PMR were 5.75 W and 9.08 W, respectively; the RMR value corresponds to approximately 250% of the expected value for an adult non-passerine bird of similar body mass. The masses of all the organs measured (breast and leg muscles, heart, liver, intestine, and kidney) varied isometrically with total body mass. However, large chicks had a significantly lower fractional water content than small chicks, suggesting that the former had achieved a higher level of functional maturity. In contrast to what has been suggested for adult birds in general, the heart and kidney masses of shag nestlings were not significantly correlated with the metabolic rates. The intestine length, in contrast, was highly and positively correlated with both the RMR and the PMR, i.e. intestine length was a better predictor of RMR and PMR than was total body mass. In addition, liver mass was positively correlated with RMR. The results of the present study suggest that the liver in particular may play a key role in establishing the high, mass-specific RMR which is attained during development in bird chicks. Our results also support previous suggestions that early in their development, altricial chicks mainly allocate energy to the growth of `energy-processing' organs (such as the intestine and liver) rather than to `energy-consuming' organs. The succession in bacterial community composition was studied over two years in the epilimnion and hypolimnion of two freshwater systems: a natural lake (Pavin Lake) and a lake-reservoir (Sep Reservoir). The bacterial community composition was determined by cloning-sequencing of 16S rRNA and by terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism. Despite large hydrogeological differences, in the Sep Reservoir and Pavin Lake the dominant bacteria were from the same taxonomic divisions, particularly Actinobacteria and Betaproteobacteria. In both ecosystems, these major bacterial divisions showed temporal fluctuations that were much less marked than those occurring at a finer phylogenetic scale. Nutrient availability and mortality factors, the nature of which differed from one lake to another, covaried with the temporal variations in the bacterial community composition at all sampling depths, whereas factors related to seasonal forces (temperature and outflow for Sep Reservoir) seemed to account only for the variation of the hypolimnion bacterial community composition. No seasonal reproducibility in temporal evolution of bacterial community from one year to the next was observed.  相似文献

Two separate experiments with Heterocapsa (= Cachonina ) illdefina Herman et Sweeney, one with and the other without water volume replacement, were performed in a 250-L laboratory mesocosm (45-cm diameter × 150-cm height) to examine how diel vertical migration (DVM) relates to taxis sign and strength and to cellular biochemical state. Although only the cell population grown with water volume replacement maintained a division per day over the course of the experiment, periodic measurements during both experiments demonstrated that cells aggregating at the surface during the light period generally were deficient in all measured biochemical constituents compared to cells obtained from a midcolumn depth. More specifically, H. illdefina cells that aggregated at the surface during the light period in both experiments exhibited weakened positive geotaxis but strengthened positive phototaxis and were very deficient in lipid and free amino acid compared to midcolumn cells. Cells sampled at midcolumn during the light period exhibited similar but weaker taxes changes compared to surface samples, and geotaxis strength was inversely correlated with cell diameter, cellular DNA and protein content, and RNA/DNA ratio. In comparison, published data on Gymnodinium breve Davis, a harmful algal bloom species, showed that cells aggregating at the surface during the light period generally exhibited weakened negative geotaxis and strengthened positive phototaxis and were very deficient in lipid and chl a compared to midcolumn cells. Although the persistent tendency toward negative geotaxis was weaker in midcolumn subpopulations throughout the day, its strength was inversely correlated with cell diameter and cellular lipid content. The combined results for both species support a revised conceptual model of optimized DVM in autotrophic marine dinoflagellates incorporating generalized expressions of taxis and biochemical state of individual cells.  相似文献
