目的:探讨护理干预对骨科患者术后使用硬膜外持续微量注射镇痛及静脉自控微量注射镇痛效果的影响.方法:根据研究要求将患者按硬膜外持续微量注射镇痛及静脉自控微量注射镇痛方式分为实验组A、B组和对照组A、B组,实验组给予护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,然后对比两种术后镇痛方式护理干预组与常规护理组之间的镇痛满意度.结果:通过分析、比较,硬膜外持续微量注射镇痛患者及静脉自控微量注射镇痛患者镇痛满意度护理干预实验组均明显高于常规护理对照组.结论:常规的硬膜外持续微量注射镇痛及静脉自控微量注射镇痛使患者术后取得镇痛效果的过程中,系统的护理干预是提高镇痛满意度的重要因素. 相似文献

The membrane-bound F1 sector of the H+–ATPase complex (F-type ATPase) in dark-adapted photosynthetic chromatophores is endowed with MgATP- and CaATP-dependent ATPase
activities, both sensitive to inhibitors such as oligomycin and venturicidin. Because of contatamination of free Mg2
+ and Ca2+ ions in chromatophore preparations, kinetic characterization of the two hydrolitic reactions can be performed only in the
presence of both substrates, using a model for two alternative substrates. The two activities are characterized by similar
maximal rates and affinity constants [VMgATP and VCaATP: 13±1 and 10±1 nmol s–1 ATP hydrolyzed (μmol BChl)–1; KMgATP and KCaATP: 0.22±0.06 and 0.20±0.05 mm]. However, only the MgATP-dependent ATPase is coupled to Δ*H
+ generation. In this process CaATP acts as an alternative substrate and a competitive inhibitor of the proton pump, with a
KI coincident with KCaATP for the hydrolytic activity. This finding highlights the central role that the coordination chemistry of the ion-nucleotide
complex plays in determining the proton gating mechanism at the catalytic site(s) of the enzyme complex. These results are
discussed on the basis of the coordination properties of the ions and of the available information on the protein structure.

全面掌握洛川果园的土壤水分环境特征,不仅可为苹果的园址选择、砧穗组合和改进土壤水分管理措施提供理论依据,而且对我国苹果产区果园提质增效具有借鉴价值.采用定点土壤水分连续监测法,对洛川苹果园的总体土壤水分环境以及不同生长年限、不同立地类型和乔、矮化果园的土壤水分分异特征进行分析.结果表明: 苹果树根际区 (0~200 cm)土壤水分普遍亏欠,且0~60 cm土层的水分亏欠小于60~200 cm土层;生长季0~60 cm土层贮水量与降水量的变化一致,土壤相对含水量大多<60%,季节性旱象严重;果园剖面土壤含水量变异系数随土壤深度加深而递减;随果园生长年限的增大,土壤剖面贮水量下降;在栽培密度一致的条件下,矮化果园5 m土层土壤含水量均高于乔化果园,而栽培密度大的矮化果园的土壤贮水量低于栽培密度小的乔化果园;塬地成龄果园的土壤水分含量最高,川地次之,台地相对较低.密度对果园土壤水分含量有很大影响,在栽培密度一致的条件下,采用矮化栽培能减少土壤水分消耗,显著提高果园土壤含水量;挖株降低栽培密度是维持苹果园土壤水分平衡、实现可持续发展的有效途径. 相似文献

A new piezoelectric pump can pump liquid either forward or backward and adjust the flow rate. Thus an object can be driven forward or backward at different speeds. The driver of the pump, a circular piezoelectric plate, is modelled by Finite Element Method (FEM) in ANSYS and its performance is simulated and analyzed. The pump gives the best performance when the driving signals of the inlet and outlet valves have a bigger duty cycle and the plate has a higher voltage applied. 相似文献

The relationship between adenine-nucleotide levels and metabolism-dependent membrane potential was studied in cells of Nitellopsis obtusa. Effects of ADP and AMP in the presence of ATP on electrogenic pump activity were measured in the dark, using the continuous perfusion method. Both ADP and AMP acte as competitive inhibitors for ATP, the Ki value for either compound being about 0.4 mM. The role of ADP and AMP as regulating factors for the electrogenic pump was investigated under various metabolic conditions. Application of N2 gas in the dark caused a significant membrane depolarization amounting to 90 mV, but cytoplasmic streaming and membrane excitability were not affected. Under anoxia, the ATP level decreased from 1.6 to 0.5 mM; ADP increased but only slightly, and AMP increased greatly. However, the time course of changes in the adenine nucleotides was not concurrent with that of the membrane-potential changes, thus, the adenine-nucleotide level changes cannot fully account for the N2-elicited depolarization. Under light, although the membrane hyperpolarized, no significant changes in the adenine-nucleotide levels were observed. Therefore, the light-induced membrane hyperpolarization cannot be explained solely by changes in adenine-nucleotide levels.Abbreviations APW

AbstractCardiotonic steroids (CTS) are steroidal drugs, processed from the seeds and dried leaves of the genus Digitalis as well as from the skin and parotid gland of amphibians. The most commonly known CTS are ouabain, digoxin, digoxigenin and bufalin. CTS can be used for safer medication of congestive heart failure and other related conditions due to promising pharmacological and medicinal properties. Ouabain isolated from plants is widely utilized in in vitro studies to specifically block the sodium potassium (Na+/K+-ATPase) pump. For checking, whether ouabain derivatives are robust inhibitors of Na+/K+-ATPase pump, molecular docking simulation was performed between ouabain and its derivatives using YASARA software. The docking energy falls within the range of 8.470?kcal/mol to 7.234?kcal/mol, in which digoxigenin was found to be the potential ligand with the best docking energy of 8.470?kcal/mol. Furthermore, pharmacophore modeling was applied to decipher the electronic features of CTS. Molecular dynamics simulation was also employed to determine the conformational properties of Na+/K+-ATPase-ouabain and Na+/K+-ATPase-digoxigenin complexes with the plausible structural integrity through conformational ensembles for 100?ns which promoted digoxigenin as the most promising CTS for treating conditions of congestive heart failure patients. 相似文献

Cyclic stretch translocates the alpha2-subunit of the Na pump to plasma membrane in skeletal muscle cells in vitro 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The Na+-K+-ATPase and its regulation is important for maintaining membrane potential and transmembrane Na(+) gradient in all skeletal muscle cells and thus is essential for cell survival and function. In our previous study, cyclic stretch activated the Na pump in cultured skeletal muscle cells. Presently, we investigated whether this stimulation was the result of translocation of Na+-K+-ATPase from endosomes to the plasma membrane, and also evaluated the role of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI 3-kinase), the activation of which initiated vesicular trafficking and targeting of proteins to specific cell compartments. Skeletal muscle cells were stretched at 25% elongation continuous for 24h using the Flexercell Strain Unit. The plasma membrane and endosome fractions were isolated and Western blotted to localize the Na+-K+-ATPase alpha1- and alpha2-subunit protein. The results showed stretch increased Na+-K+-ATPase alpha1- and alpha2-subunit protein expression in plasma membrane fractions and decreased it in endosomes. The alpha2-subunit had a more dynamic response to mechanical stretch. PI 3-kinase inhibitors (LY294002) blocked the stretch-induced translocation of the Na+-K+-ATPase alpha2-subunit, while LY294002 had no effect on the transfer of alpha1-subunit. We concluded that cyclic stretch mainly stimulated the translocation of the alpha2-subunit of Na+-K+-ATPase from endosomes to the plasma membrane via a PI 3-kinase-dependent mechanism in cultured skeletal muscle cells in vitro, which in turn increased the activity of the Na pump. 相似文献

Some goals of bioelectronics—interfacing biology and electronics — are the understanding of supramolecular bioprocesses and the construction of supramolecular devices. The principles for the design and fabrication of machineries with functional components of molecular size are inspired by reflecting on biosystems, and it seems important to consider such principles. We first discuss attempts to construct supramolecular machines, and then we consider the bacterial reaction centre as an example where supramolecular engineering helps to elucidate a bioprocess. We then discuss possible mechanisms leading to the emergence of life-like systems in the light of the basic principles used to design supramolecular devices. Finally, we reflect on prospects in molecular engineering inspired by studying the emergence of life-like systems. 相似文献
