卫生信息化背景下电子健康档案建设的法律思考

在卫生信息化日快速发展的背景下, 电子健康档案日益被重视并开始逐步推广,但是其中存在的法律问题也同时显现。在分析我国电子健康档案信息安全的基础上,对电子健康档案的法律地位、患者的隐私权、医师注意义务以及政府的公共行政权利等方面进行了探讨。     

A Revision of South American Austroperlidae (Plecoptera)

The South American Austroperlidae are revised. Klapopteryx kuscheli and Penturoperla barbata are redescribed. The male and nymph of K. armillata are described and figured for the first time and the female genitalia redescribed. K. costalis is declared a junior synonym of K. armillata. K. barilochensis is transferred to Andesobius new genus and redescribed. New family and generic diagnoses and keys to genera and species are given.

柄锈菌属中国种补充记载

本文报告了柄锈菌属4个中国新记录。它们是羊角芹柄锈菌Pucciniaaegopodii（Strauss）Roehl．多夫勒柄锈菌PucciniadovrensisBlytt、大谷柄锈菌PucciniaotanianaHirats．和艾菊柄锈菌狭叶青蒿变种PucciniatanacetiDC．var．dracunculina（Fahrend）Cummins。形态特征描述是基于中国的材料。附有简要讨论和线条图。     

利用信息化手段的医院后勤综合调度平台“一体化”建设

医院后勤建设是医院整体工作的重要一环,但后勤本身发展往往与医院整体发展速度不同步。从改变后勤服务理念的角度入手,利用信息化的手段,建立符合当前后勤管理需要的“一体化”调度平台是一条新思路。通过一系列的流程再造和干预,实现报修和申请的全过程质量控制是解决目前后勤服务效率较低、服务能力不足、多头管理、圆圈现象、绩效考核与实际脱离等问题的有效途径。     

The importance of Quaternary records in reducing risk from tropical cyclones

Numerous late Holocene records of tropical cyclones have been collected from north-east Queensland, Australia. They are in the form of multiple sedimentary ridges paralleling the shore. The ridges are composed of coral fragments, or shell and sand or pure sand. A method to determine the intensity of the tropical cyclone responsible for deposition of the ridges at each site has been applied and the results suggest that in the majority of cases these features were deposited by very high magnitude events. The results suggest that extrapolations of long-term cyclone magnitude and frequencies from the 30- to 40-year-long instrumental record, which is the method commonly used to assess risk from this hazard, substantially underestimate the risk from this hazard. This is confirmed for the Cairns region by an 800-year-long high-resolution isotope record of tropical cyclones preserved in a limestone stalagmite. Together the sedimentary and isotope records suggest that tropical cyclone activity in north-east Queensland has been in a phase of quiescence since before European settlement of the region in approximately AD 1870. It is suggested that the incorporation of the palaeo record into risk assessments will provide a more realistic guide to the magnitude frequency relationship of tropical cyclones and help reduce risk from this hazard as a consequence.     

中国东部暖温带地区土壤中的皮司霉属（丝孢纲）真菌

报道从中国东部暖温带地区诸省（市）土壤中分离到的皮司霉属Pithomyces真菌的两个新种：长棒孢皮司霉Pithomyces longiclavisporus和淡色皮司霉Pithomyces pallidus,及两个中国新记录种：卡罗皮司霉Pithomyces karoo和帕夫皮司霉Pithomyces pavgii;对另外三个已知种亦作了分离地点和生境的引证。研究过的标本（干制培养物）与活菌种保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室（HSAUP）。     

教学医院毕业实习教学管理模式的实践探索

目的 分析高校附属医院临床医学专业应届毕业生对毕业实习教学管理的满意度,为完善毕业实习教学管理模式提出对策。为提高毕业实习教学水平和学生整体素质教育提供参考。 方法 制定学生对教师、教师对学生、学生对教学资源的评价指标,对临床医学专业应届毕业生、实习带教老师进行问卷调查。 结果 教师对学生“学习态度”“独立完成操作”的满意度均高于95%;学生对教师教学纪律、教学准备、和教学能力的满意度均达到100%;学生对设备准备、耗材准备、毕业实习学时安排满意度均高于95%。发现了医学生毕业实习管理工作中存在的具体问题。结论 高校附属医院要建立完善毕业实习管理制度,加强毕业实习质量监督,科学制定考核制度。
