摘要 目的:观察依托咪酯联合右美托咪定对高血压基底节区脑出血患者脑糖氧代谢和氧化应激的影响。方法:纳入2020年1月-2022年12月期间我院收治的90例高血压基底节区脑出血患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,各为45例。对照组患者接受依托咪酯乳状注射液麻醉,研究组患者接受依托咪酯乳状注射液联合右美托咪定注射液麻醉。对比两组血流动力学[心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)]、糖氧代谢指标[氧饱和度(SjvO2)、脑氧摄取率(CEO2)、脑动静脉氧差(AVDO2)]、氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]和不良反应。结果:麻醉诱导后5 min(T1)~手术完毕时(T4)时间点,研究组心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)低于对照组(P<0.05)。T4时间点,研究组SjvO2高于对照组,CEO2、AVDO2低于对照组(P<0.05)。T4时间点,研究组SOD高于对照组,MDA低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比未见差异(P>0.05)。结论:依托咪酯联合右美托咪定可更好维持机体血流动力学,改善脑糖氧代谢,减轻氧化应激,对高血压基底节区脑出血患者发挥出良好的麻醉效果。 相似文献

Of the many subtle protein-cofactor interactions which facilitate oxidative catalysis by heme enzymes, the role of the axial
ligand has for some time appeared to be fairly well understood. Recent studies from several laboratories, however, have provided
good reason to reemphasize the importance of secondary interactions between the axial ligand and protein, as the results suggest
that simple ligand identity is neither necessary nor sufficient for function. It has been widely proposed that the strong
hydrogen bond between a proximal carboxylate and the histidine ligand of peroxidases assists O–O bond heterolysis and stabilizes
the Fe(IV)=O center that is produced. Recent replacements of the axial ligand in a number of heme proteins have produced a
few surprises, suggesting that the subtle interactions between the ligand and protein may in some cases be more important
than the actual identity of the ligand.

Cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) mediates the transfer of cholesteryl ester from high- and low-density lipoproteins to triglyceride-rich lipoproteins, and reciprocally mediates triglyceride transfer. The gene for cynomolgus monkey CETP was expressed in serum-free CHO culture with 2g/ml insulin as its only exogenous protein supplement. Cell growth was facilitated by immobilizing the CHO cells in alginate beads. Recombinant CETP (rCETP) was purified 176-fold with a three-step protocol resulting in a 60% final yield as measured by a fluorescent CETP activity assay. Typically, 3.4 mg of rCETP was purified from 1700 ml of media by affinity-gel chromatography involving Reactive Red 120 (RR120) followed by concanavalin A Sepharose 4B and rechromatography on RR120. Vascular structures in natural systems are able to provide high mass transport through high surface areas and optimized structure. Few synthetic material fabrication techniques are able to mimic the complexity of these structures while maintaining scalability. The Vaporization of a Sacrificial Component (VaSC) process is able to do so. This process uses sacrificial fibers as a template to form hollow, cylindrical microchannels embedded within a matrix. Tin (II) oxalate (SnOx) is embedded within poly(lactic) acid (PLA) fibers which facilitates the use of this process. The SnOx catalyzes the depolymerization of the PLA fibers at lower temperatures. The lactic acid monomers are gaseous at these temperatures and can be removed from the embedded matrix at temperatures that do not damage the matrix. Here we show a method for aligning these fibers using micromachined plates and a tensioning device to create complex patterns of three-dimensionally arrayed microchannels. The process allows the exploration of virtually any arrangement of fiber topologies and structures. 相似文献

A cytoplasmic NADH oxidase (NOX) was purified from a soil bacteria, Brevibacterium sp. KU1309, which is able to grow in the medium containing 2-phenylethanol as the sole source of carbon under an aerobic condition. The enzyme catalyzed the oxidation of NADH to NAD+ involving two-electron reduction of O2 to H2O2. The molecular weight of the enzyme was estimated to be 102 kDa by gel filtration and 57 kDa by SDS-PAGE, which indicates that the NOX was a homodimer consisting of a single subunit. The enzyme was stable up to 70 degrees C at a broad range of pH from 7 to 11. The enzyme activity increased about ten-fold with the addition of ammonium salt, while it was inhibited by Zn2+ (39%), Cu2+ (41%), Hg2+ (72%) and Ag+ (37%). The enzyme acts on NADH, but not on NADPH. The regeneration of NAD+ utilizing this enzyme made selective oxidation of mandelic acid or L: -phenylalanine possible. This thermostable enzyme is expected to be applicable as a useful biocatalyst for NAD+ recycling. 相似文献

In this study, we demonstrated that Ent-11alpha-hydroxy-15-oxo-kaur-16-en-19-oic-acid (5F) had stronger cytotoxicity against MKN-45, a gastric cancer cell line bearing wild-type p53 than MKN-28, another gastric cancer cell line containing missense mutation in p53. The rapid increase of ROS level was involved in the mechanism of cytotoxicity. Classical features of apoptosis induced by 5F were observed in MKN-45 cells only or more significant in MKN-45 cells than MKN-28 cells. Translocation of Bax from cytosol to mitochondria, reduction of delta psi m and DNA fragmentation were induced by 5F in the p53-dependent manner. We conclude that the expression of Bax and its downstream molecules requires the presentation of a wild-type p53 in the cells treated by 5F. 相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨高压氧联合高频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对重型颅脑损伤后意识障碍(DOC)患者促醒作用、神经电生理和脑损伤标志物的影响。方法:选取2021年6月~2023年6月期间安徽中医药大学附属六安医院收治的的80例重型颅脑损伤后DOC患者。根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40,高压氧治疗)和观察组(n=40,高压氧联合高频rTMS治疗)。对比两组疗效、促醒作用、神经电生理和脑损伤标志物水平变化情况。结果:观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗4周后修订的昏迷恢复量表(CRS-R)、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗4周后脑干听觉诱发电位(BAFP)、四肢体感诱发电位(SEP)、脑电图(EEG)分级有所改善,观察组改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗4周后髓鞘碱蛋白(MBP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100β蛋白下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧联合高频rTMS治疗可有效促醒重型颅脑损伤后DOC患者,还可改善神经电生理活动,减轻脑损伤程度。 相似文献

Two sub-strains of the anoxygenic photosynthetic green sulfur bacterium Chlorobium vibrioforme NCIB 8327 were derived from the same clone and could be discriminated only by their possession of either bacteriochlorophyll (BChl) c or d as the major pigment in the peripheral light-harvesting antenna system, chlorosome (Saga Y et al. (2003) Anal Sci 19: 1575–1579). In the presence of a proper amount of oxygen in the initial culture medium, the BChl d strain showed longer retardation on its growth initiation than the BChl c strain, indicating that the latter was advantageous for survival under aerobic light conditions which produced reactive oxygen species in vivo. The result would be ascribable to the difference of the midpoint potentials between two kinds of chlorosomes formed by self-aggregates of BChl c and d as measured by their fluorescence quenching. 相似文献
