采用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳银染色的方法,对58例肺癌患者和32例肺结核患者的血清蛋白进行比较分析,发现有五种特异蛋白,分别存在于A区、C区、F区和G区。肺癌组和肺结核组比较,存在极显著性差异(P<0.01),提示有早期诊断肺癌的价值,有可能成为临床诊断肺癌的一个重要参考指标。 相似文献

本文就 PHA 在不同时间内对小鼠白细胞及血清 LDH,同工酶的影响进行了观察,结果表明,PHA 对小鼠白细胞及血清的 LDH 酶活性有一定的影响,24h,48h,72h 三个不同时间组均与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中以48h 组酶活性最强,同时淋巴细胞的酶活性明显高于粒细胞;血清同工酶谱也有明显的变化,LDH_(1-4)均低于正常(P<0.01),LDH_5明显增高(P<0.01),同时出现了 LDH_5(?)亚带. 相似文献

Thirty-two Borrelia isolates were obtained from the adult stage of ixodid ticks, Ixodes ovatus, collected in various localities in Japan. Borrelial isolates were cultivated and analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, with monoclonal antibodies, by pulsed field gel electrophoresis, and by genomic Southern hybridization. All borrelial isolates showed similar protein profiles and monoclonal antibody reactivities, while plasmid profiles were rather diverse. Genomic hybridization using rRNA gene probes demonstrated the genetic similarities of those isolates. We found no significant differences among the borrelial isolates tested, and the restriction fragment length polymorphism patterns of I. ovatus isolates were quite distinct from those of borrelial strains associated with Lyme disease. Therefore, the isolates of Borrelia obtained from I. ovatus were thought to fall into different genospecies. 相似文献

Direct enantiomeric separations of 17 chiral amidotetralins by means of high performance liquid chromatography were performed on stationary phases composed of tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) derivatives of cellulose and amylose, coated on silica gel. The enantiomers of 15 out of 17 amidotetralins were resolved with a resolution of more than 1.5 by at least one of the chiral stationary phases. The stationary phases showed complementary results with regard to the separation of the amidotetralins, that is, pairs that did not separate on the cellulose-type column were well separated on the amylose-type column, and vice versa. The objective of this study was to examine membrane filtration of a single stranded DNA (ssDNA) with 60 thymine nucleotides, and to elucidate the variables controlling its transmission across track-etched porous membranes. Dead end filtration measurements were performed using different pore size membranes (10, 15, and 30 nm) at different transmembrane pressures in solutions with ionic strength ranging from 0 to 1000 mM NaCl. The diffusivity of the ssDNA was determined using fluorescence recovery after photobleaching, yielding hydrodynamic radii ranging from 1.6 to 2.8 nm, with values decreasing with increasing solution ionic strength. Despite the small ssDNA/membrane pore size, nearly 100% rejection was observed for measurements performed with the 10 and 15 nm pore size membranes under low-ionic strength conditions. These high rejections can be attributed to strong repulsive electrostatic ssDNA-membrane interactions. With increasing ionic strength, electrostatic interactions as well as the effective size of the ssDNA decreases and the flexibility of the ssDNA increases, leading to a reduction in ssDNA rejection. A design of experiments approach was used to plan filtration experiments that adequately covered the variable space with a manageable number of experiments. The results yielded an empirical expression relating ssDNA rejection to pore size, solution ionic strength and transmembrane pressure. There was evidence of flow induced elongation at high-transmembrane pressures in the 30 nm pore size membranes, but not in the smaller pore size membranes. 摘要 目的:探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(r-bFGF)眼用凝胶在翼状胬肉手术中的临床应用价值。方法:按照随机数字表法,将我院2019年1月~2020年12月期间收治的100例翼状胬肉手术患者分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50)。手术方式均采用翼状胬肉切除联合结膜瓣转移术,对照组术中接受常规处理,研究组在对照组的基础上结合r-bFGF眼用凝胶。对比两组手术效果、眼表相关指标、视力、眼压、不良反应和并发症发生率。结果:两组术后3个月视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)下降,泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)升高(P<0.05),研究组术后3个月VAS、OSDI低于对照组,BUT、SIT高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后3个月视力升高,眼压下降(P<0.05),研究组术后3个月视力高于对照组,眼压低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。研究组的临床治愈率较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:r-bFGF眼用凝胶用于翼状胬肉手术中,可减少翼状胬肉患者的术后痛苦,改善眼角、视力和眼压症状,获得更好的临床治愈率。 相似文献

Proteomics is a very powerful technique that can be applied to interrogate changes at the protein level. Studying this effectively requires specialised facilities within research institutes. Abstract From October 1991 to December 1992 we had eight patients with sporotrichosis at Tsukuba University Hospital in Japan. With 8 strains isolated from these patients, PFGE (pulsed-field gel electrophoresis) analyses were carried out to examine whether the karyotype of S. schenckii is distinguished by our method and whether this molecular approach is a useful means of biotyping of S. schenckii strains. Chromosomes were separated by contour-clamped homogeneous electric field (CHEF) gel electrophoresis. The strains had six to eight chromosomes and a total genome size was approx. 28 Mbp. Although these karyotypes of all the isolates looked closely similar to each other, they were grouped into three types. 相似文献
