摘要 目的:通过16S rRNA测序技术检测研究对象肠道菌群,探讨2型糖尿病足患者肠道菌群特征及其与主要临床生化指标的相关性,为基于肠道菌群途径治疗糖尿病足提供新的理论基础。方法:选取研究对象分为糖足组(A组,n=32)、糖尿病组(B组,n=32)、对照组(C组,n=31)三组,收集三组研究对象粪便标本及空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、炎症指标等主要临床生化指标,采用16S rRNA测序技术检测受试者肠道菌群,分析2型糖尿病足患者肠道菌群特征及其与主要临床化验指标的相关性。结果:1.与糖尿病组和对照组比较,糖足组血糖、血脂水平、炎性指标明显升高(P<0.05)。2.糖足组物种丰富度明显小于其他两组(P<0.05),三组间α多样性和?茁多样性存在差异(P<0.05)。3.糖足组中,弧菌属(尤以脱硫弧菌)、粪球菌属、厌氧棍状菌属等有害标志性物种丰度较其他两组增加,而双歧杆菌属、阿克曼菌属、普氏栖粪杆菌属、乳杆菌属等有益标志性菌种较其他两组减少。4.Spearman相关性分析表明瘤胃球菌属与FPG、HbA1c、WBC、NE%、CRP、 ESR等指标成负相关(P<0.05),志贺菌属与WBC、NE%、CRP、ESR等指标成正相关(P<0.05),脱硫弧菌属与FPG、HbA1c、TG、WBC、NE%、CRP等指标成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:糖足组肠道菌群更加紊乱,而紊乱的肠道菌群特征与糖足组更加紊乱的糖代谢、脂质代谢以及更严重的炎症状态有关。因此,肠道菌群紊乱可能与2型糖尿病足的发生发展密切相关。  相似文献

在前期研究中,对山东省1989~2011年急性弛缓性麻痹(Acute flaccid paralysis,AFP)和手足口病(Hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)患者标本中分离到的部分人类肠道病毒(Human enteroviruses,HEVs)进行分子定型,发现了8个HEV-A血清型。为进一步探究HEV-A组病毒在山东省的基因型分布及分子进化特征,本研究继续对剩余分离株进行核酸提取,以HEV-A组特异性引物对VP1完整编码区进行序列扩增、测序和分子定型,又鉴定出4个血清型,分别为柯萨奇病毒A组(Coxsackievirus A,CVA)2、6、8、12型,共7株病毒。同源性分析显示,7株HEV-A山东分离株与其原型株核苷酸同源性介于80.8%~85.0%之间。系统进化树表明,CVA8、12型山东分离株与国内分离株存在一定亲缘关系,而CVA2、6型山东株同国内外分离株亲缘关系均较远,并且CVA2、6型在山东省内可能存在多个传播链。本研究将我省HEV-A组的血清型别增加至12个,进一步丰富了HEV-A山东地方株的遗传进化特征,并且发现CVA2、6、8、12血清型在山东省甚至全国范围内存在不同基因特征的传播链的共循环。  相似文献

ABSTRACT We compared injury rates among captured coyotes (Canis latrans) to determine if modifications to cable foot-restraints would decrease resulting injuries. Mean International Standardization Organization's injury scores of coyotes caught in 3 types of cable foot-restraints were 22.2, 37.9, and 60.4 (F2,41 = 4.63, P = 0.015) for a chain-loop, standard cable, and sleeved cable, respectively. These results may be important for trappers and researchers to consider when using a cable foot-restraint device to capture wildlife.  相似文献

2007年北京地区儿童手足口病病原的初步筛查   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
2007年4~6月儿童手足口病流行期间,对北京地区51例皮损症状典型、伴/不伴发热、无重症合并症的手足口病患儿采样,建立RT-PCR方法,以5'非编码区(5'UTR)肠道病毒通用引物、CA16和EV71 VP1区特异性引物直接对82份临床标本进行了初步筛查,肠道病毒阳性率达70.6%。检测病例中CA16阳性25例(25/51)、EV71阳性4例(4/51)、非CA16和EV71的肠道病毒阳性病例7例(7/51),三者比例约为6:1:2。2007年北京地区儿童轻症手足口病主要病原包括CA16和EV71,同时还存在一定比例其它肠道病毒。部分EV71毒株经测序验证及系统进化分析显示为C4基因亚型。  相似文献

Previous topical growth factor studies have shown that recombinant human platelet-derived growth factor-BB isomer (rhPDGF-BB) is an efficacious treatment of chronic diabetic foot ulceration. A newer treatment, autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP), represents a greater similarity to the natural healing process as a composite of multiple growth factors, is safe due to its autologous nature, and is produced as needed from patient blood. A review of the literature shows few studies performed with scientific rigor, although the safety of PRP appears to be validated. As the use of PRP increases, additional studies may establish PRP as an efficacious treatment modality and guide future treatment of chronic diabetic foot ulceration.  相似文献

The intrinsic and extrinsic muscles are considered to stabilize the foot and contribute to propulsion during walking. This study aimed to clarify the functional relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic muscles during walking. Thirteen healthy men participated in this study. The muscle activities of the intrinsic muscles (quadratus plantae and abductor hallucis), and the extrinsic muscles (flexor hallucis longus, flexor digitorum longus, and tibialis posterior) were measured using fine-wire and surface electromyography during walking. The muscle onset timing after foot contact was calculated and compared among muscles using the one-way ANOVA. The stance phase was divided into early and late braking, and early and late propulsion phases. Muscle activity among phases was compared using repeated-measures ANOVA. The onset time of the abductor hallucis was significantly earlier than those of the flexor digitorum longus and tibialis posterior. The quadratus plantae demonstrated significantly earlier onset than that of the tibialis posterior. In the late propulsion phase, the activity of extrinsic muscles decreased, whereas intrinsic muscles were continuously active. Early activation of the intrinsic muscles may stabilize the foot for efficient torque production by the extrinsic muscles. Furthermore, the intrinsic muscles may contribute to the final push-off after the deactivation of extrinsic muscles.  相似文献

Age-related loss of foot intrinsic muscle (FIM) strength may be associated with disability, falls, and inability to perform daily activities. Previous studies have determined the reliability of FIM strength testing and evaluated the relationship between FIM strength and corresponding muscle morphology in young adults. However, few studies have measured FIM strength in the older. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the intra- and inter-reliability of FIM strength tests and the relationship between FIM strength and FIM size in the older. A total of 61 participants aged 60–75 years were recruited, and 18 of them were selected randomly for the verification of FIM strength test reliability. A portable dynamometer was used in evaluating FIM strength, particularly the 1st (FT1), 2nd–3rd (FT2-3), and 2nd–5th (FT2-5) toes flexion, and doming. A portable musculoskeletal ultrasound device was used in measuring the cross-sectional area (CSA) and thickness of FIMs, namely, flexor digitorum brevis (FDB), abductor hallucis (AbH), flexor hallucis brevis, quadratus plantae (QP), and abductor digiti minimi (AbDM). Intra- and interclass correlation coefficients (ICCs) were used in evaluating the reliability of the FIM strength tests, and Pearson’s correlation coefficients were used in determining the relationship between FIM strength and FIM size. All FIM strength tests showed good to excellent intratester reliability (ICCs: 0.793–0.920). Doming, FT2-3, and FT2-5 tests exhibited good intertester reliability (ICCs: 0.809–0.861). Doming strength was only correlated positively significantly with the thickness of AbH (r = 0.257, p = 0.046), FT1 strength was correlated negatively with AbDM thickness (r = −0.375, p = 0.003), FT2-3 strength was significantly positively correlated with the CSA of FDB (r = 0.359, p = 0.004) and the thickness (r = 0.273, p = 0.033) and CSA (r = 0.287, p = 0.025) of QP. FT2-5 strength was positively correlated with the CSA of FDB (r = 0.297, p = 0.020) and the thickness (r = 0.258, p = 0.045) and CSA (r = 0.319, p = 0.012) of QP but negatively correlated with the thickness of AbDM (r = −0.296, p = 0.020). The correlation between FIM strength and FIM size was weak. The findings suggested that foot muscle size should be cautiously used as a surrogate in evaluating FIM strength in the older.  相似文献

The Cnidarian, hydra, is an appealing model system for studying the basic processes underlying pattern formation. Classical studies have elucidated much basic information regarding the role of development gradients, and theoretical models have been quite successful at describing experimental results. However, most experiments and computer simulations have dealt with isolated patterning events such as the dynamics of head regeneration. More global events such as interactions among the head, bud, and foot patterning systems have not been extensively addressed. The characterization of monoclonal antibodies with position-specific labeling patterns and the recent cloning and characterization of genes expressed in position-specific manners now provide the tools for investigating global interactions between patterning systems. In particular, changes in the axial positional value gradient may be monitored in response to experimental perturbation. Rather than studying isolated patterning events, this approach allows us to study patterning over the entire animal. The studies reported here focus on interactions between the foot and the head patterning systems in Hydra vulgaris following induction of a foot in close proximity to a head, axial grafting of a foot closer to the head, or doubling the amount of basal tissue by lateral grafting of an additional peduncle-foot onto host animals. Resulting positional value changes as monitored by antigen (TS19) and gene (ks1 and CnNK-2) expression were assessed in the foot, head, and intervening tissue. The results of the experiments indicate that positional values changed rapidly, in a matter of hours, and that there were reciprocal interactions between the foot and the head patterning systems. Theoretical interpretations of the results in the form of computer simulations based on the reaction-diffusion model are presented and predict many, but not all, of the experimental observations. Since the lateral grafting experiment cannot, at present, be simulated, it is discussed in light of what has been learned from the axial grafting experiments and their simulations.  相似文献
