目的:探讨不同方式反复下体负压锻炼对下体负压耐力的影响,以期筛选最佳的负压锻炼方式。方法:27名男性健康受试者随机分成3组,分别进行-5.33kPa8min(A组)、6.67kPa4min(B组)、6.67kPa8min(C组)的下体负压锻炼后累积应激指数(CSI)、总耐受时间(DNP)较锻炼前显著提高,A、B组上述指标无显著变化,下体负压暴露时的心率较平静状态显著升高,收缩压显著降低,舒张压无显著变化。结论:经过-6.67kPa/d8min连续8d的间断下体负压可以显著提高下体负压耐力。 相似文献

The effect of different osmolytes on the viability and the effect of osmotic pressure on the induction of a dormant state similar to that caused by a slow desiccation rate were evaluated in the entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema carpocapsae ‘All’. For both experiments, a high-temperature (45°C) assay (HTA) was employed. Exposing fresh infective juveniles to the HTA resulted in a drastic reduction in viability. Using the same assay, the mortality of desiccated nematodes was gradual, showing an enhanced ability to withstand high-temperature conditions. The patterns of decline in viability in the evaporatively dehydrated and the osmotically desiccated nematodes were similar. Most of the salts tested in the screening assay caused high mortality levels among the nematodes within the first 24 h of exposure. In contrast, the nonionic solutes tested did not hamper the viability of the infective juveniles. In these nonionic solutions, all nematodes were completely shrunk after 48 h. Furthermore, 72-h exposure to these solutions resulted in an increase in heat tolerance similar to that of the evaporatively dehydrated nematodes. A substantial increase in heat tolerance was recorded in the treatments with glycerol solutions at concentrations from 2.2 to 3.8 M. A similar effect was obtained by polyethylene glycol (PEG) 300 MW at concentrations ranging from 1.2 to 1.6 M. PEG 600 MW induced enhancement of heat tolerance at a concentration of 0.8 M. A high level of viability was attained among nematodes that were stored for 72 days following a gradual increase in glycerol concentrations. Exposure of these nematodes to 45°C in the HTA resulted in 87.3 ± 4.7 and 49.2 ± 3.9% survival after 4 and 8 h, respectively. Reduction in viability was observed among nematodes that were directly exposed to the glycerol solution over a 19-day storage period. With this treatment, survival levels of 72.7 ± 3.9 and 26.5 ± 4.7% after 4 and 8 h, respectively, were recorded in the HTA. Reduction in viability among nematodes stored in distilled water was noted after 36 days of storage. Evaluation of nematode infectivity by two criteria (insect mortality and invasion rate) indicated that infectivity of nematodes desiccated by gradual osmotic pressure induced by glycerol was similar to that of fresh nematodes after 54 days in storage at 25°C. Characteristics of ethanol production by a xylose-fermenting yeast,Pichia stipitis Y-7124, were studied. The sugar consumption rate and specific growth rate were higher in the glucose-containing medium than
in the xylose-containing medium. Specific activities of xylose reductase and xylitol dehydrogenase were higher in the medium
with xylose than glucose, suggesting their induction by xylose. Maximum specific growth rate and ethanol yield were achieved
at 30 g xylose/L concentration without formation of by-products such as xylitol and acetic acid whereas a maximum ethanol
concentration was obtained at 130 g/L xylose. Adding a respiratory inhibitor, rotenone, increased a maximum ethanol concentration
by 10% compared with the control experiment. In order to evaluate the pattern of ethanol inhibition on specific growth rate,
a kinetic model based on Luong’s equations was applied. The relationship between ethanol concentration and specific growth

Tolerance to drought stress in soil crust microorganisms is essential for exploiting suitable organisms for restoring soil. In this study, the responses to drought stress of two drought‐tolerant species, a green alga and a cyanobacterium, were compared with those of two non‐tolerant green algae. In response to drought stress, induced by treatment with polyethylene glycol, the intracellular proline levels increased and were associated with increases in malondialdehye, pigment contents, and enzyme activities such as superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD). Our results suggest that tolerance to drought stress could be indicated by the intracellular levels of proline, SOD, and carotenoids. This study provides insights into the drought physiology of the photosynthetic microorganisms and suggests that Leptolyngbya boryana and Chlorella vulgaris are suitable pioneer organisms for soil restoration. 相似文献

土壤盐渍化是影响我国土壤利用效率的主要因素之一,芦苇是改良土壤盐渍化的良好实验材料,但芦苇有着多种的生态型,比较各生态型芦苇的耐盐差异成为亟待解决的问题。通过设置淡水(0.00%)与加盐(质量浓度2.00%)处理控制实验,测量芦苇的生长指标和光合指标,比较河口型芦苇与内陆型芦苇耐盐性,寻找合适生态型的芦苇作为改良土壤盐渍化的生物材料。在实验中,与淡水条件相比,加盐(2.00%)处理条件下,河口型芦苇和内陆型芦苇的株高(height)、蒸腾速率(E)均显著性下降,但是两种生态型的芦苇的水分利用效率(WUE)明显提高;河口型的芦苇相对生长速率(RGR)和气孔导度(Gs)都明显高于内陆型芦苇。在淡水环境中,河口型芦苇的相对生长速率(RGR)和净光合速率(A)都显著性地高于内陆型芦苇。结果表明两种生态型的芦苇在进化过程中存在一定程度上的分化,盐胁迫会抑制两种芦苇的生长,两种生态型芦苇的相对生长速率和气孔导度在盐胁迫下出现明显地差异,表明两种生态型的芦苇对盐度的响应机制有所差异。相比于内陆型芦苇,河口型芦苇有着更强的耐盐性,内陆型及河口型芦苇的表型性状差异主要是由于其原生境的差异所决定的。 相似文献

为构建便捷的马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)耐荫性综合评价体系并发掘耐荫种质, 以35个马铃薯品种(系)为实验材料, 测定块茎膨大期遮荫下植株叶片叶绿素含量、光合能力和叶绿素荧光等光合参数及收获后块茎单株产量和淀粉含量等指标。根据耐荫系数, 利用主成分分析法、隶属函数法、聚类分析法和逐步回归分析法进行综合评价。通过主成分分析将马铃薯耐荫性相关的13个单项光合指标转换为6个综合指标, 代表了全部信息的87.51%。以此计算各种质的隶属函数值, 并以主成分的贡献率进行加权, 最终获得所用材料耐荫性的综合评价值(D值)。根据D值聚类分析结果将35个马铃薯分为4类, 其中Eshu10和Lishu6分别为耐荫性最强和最弱的品种。通过逐步回归分析建立了马铃薯耐荫性评价数学模型: D=0.060+0.106Gs+0.214qP+0.143NPQ。同时, 用该评价体系鉴定为耐荫性强的品种(系)在遮荫后其产量和/或淀粉含量等指标减幅均低于耐荫性弱的种质, 表明该评价体系可用于快速评价和预测马铃薯种质的耐荫性。 相似文献
