A simple protocol was established for high frequency direct shoot regeneration of cowpea [Vigna unguiculata (L.) cv. EPACE-1]. Bud proliferation occurred at the cotyledonary nodes of cowpea seedlings three weeks after culture on a medium containing Murashige and Skoog salts (1962) and B5 vitamins (Gamborg et al. 1968) supplemented with TDZ. A 10 μmol/L TDZ pre-treatment, shoot tip removal and excision of longitudinal thin cell layers (TCL) at the level of the cotyledonary nodes with subsequent culture on a MSB5 medium supplemented with 1 μmol/L IBA and 1 μmol/L TDZ were the optimal conditions for maximum bud proliferation. Up to 32.5 regenerated shoot buds were produced per TCL. The regenerated plants (R0) were true-to-type and successfully transferred to soil. 相似文献

The reduction of the rotational chloroplast motion velocity (CMV) during the exposure of Elodea cells to hypertonic solutions of PEG-4000 is satisfactorily described by an exponent. The dynamics of reduction correlates with the dynamic equilibration time (Teq) between osmotic potentials of cell cytoplasm and external solution. The acceleration of the chloroplast motion, for example by gadolinium ions, results in the reduction of Teq, and this is supposed to be due to the increase of the con tribution of the near-membrane Nernst layers to transmembrane transfer resistance resulting from the «blowing-off» of a part of the layer by moving cytoplasm. 相似文献

In this work, a new combination of a wide bandgap polymer poly[4,8‐bis(5‐(2‐ethylhexyl)thiophen‐2‐yl)benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]‐dithiophene‐alt‐N‐(2‐hexyldecyl)‐5′5‐bis[3‐(decylthio)thiophene‐2‐yl]‐2′2‐bithiophene‐3′3‐dicarboximide] (PBTIBDTT) and a non‐fullerene small molecule acceptor based on a bulky seven‐ring fused core (indacenodithieno[3,2‐b]thiophene) end‐capped with 2‐(3‐oxo‐2,3‐dihydroinden‐1‐ylidene)malononitrile groups with one fluorine substituent (ITIC‐F) is proposed, and as‐cast non‐fullerene organic solar cells (NFOSCs) with 11.2% efficiency are achieved. The device efficiencies are also insensitive to the variation of photoactive layer (PAL) thickness and can maintain over 9% efficiency as PAL thickness increases to 350 nm, which is one of the best results for as‐cast organic solar cells. More importantly, non‐fullerene organic photovoltaic (OPV) modules are demonstrated via laser ablation technique for the first time, which delivers a record efficiency of 8.6% (with active area of 3.48 cm2) among large‐area OPV modules. Furthermore, the morphology and performance evolutions of the as‐cast NFOSCs and the ones processed with solvent additive are systematically investigated. The results demonstrate the great advantage of as‐cast solar cells in achieving constant morphology and high performance with thick PALs. The NFOSCs fabricated with simple procedure, insensitive to film thickness and compatible with large‐area OPV modules, show significant potential for application the future. 相似文献

Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have reached their highest efficiency with 2,2′,7,7′‐tetrakis(N,N′‐di‐p‐methoxyphenylamine)‐9,9′‐spirobifluorene (spiro‐OMeTAD). However, this material can cause problems with respect to reproducibility and stability. Herein, a solution‐processable inorganic–organic double layer based on tungsten oxide (WO3) and spiro‐OMeTAD is reported as a hole transport layer in PSCs. The device equipped with a WO3/spiro‐OMeTAD layer achieves the highest efficiency (21.44%) in the tin (IV) oxide planar structure. The electronic properties of the double layer are thoroughly analyzed using photoluminescence, space‐charge–limited current, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The WO3/spiro‐OMeTAD layer exhibits better hole extraction ability and faster hole mobility. The WO3 layer particularly improves the open‐circuit voltage (VOC) by lowering the quasi‐Fermi energy level for holes and reducing charge recombination, resulting in high VOC (1.17 V in the champion cell). In addition, the WO3 layer as a scaffold layer promotes the formation of a uniform and pinhole‐free spiro‐OMeTAD overlayer in the WO3/spiro‐OMeTAD layer. High stability under thermal and humid conditions stems from this property. Non-equilibrium thermodynamic model equations for non-ionic and heterogeneous n-component solution transport in a m-membrane system are presented. This model is based on two equations. The first one describes the volume transport of the solution and the second the transport of the solute. Definitions of the hydraulic permeability, reflection and diffusive permeability coefficients of the m-membrane system and relations between the coefficients of the m-membrane system and the respective membranes of the system are also given. The validity of this model for binary and ternary solutions was verified, using a double-membrane cell with a horizontally mounted membrane. Perylene diimide (PDI) with high electron affinities are promising candidates for applications in polymer solar cells (PSCs). In addition, the strength of π‐deficient backbones and end‐groups in an n‐type self‐dopable system strongly affects the formed end‐group‐induced electronic interactions. Herein, a series of amine/ammonium functionalized PDIs with excellent alcohol solubility are synthesized and employed as electron transporting layers (ETLs) in PSCs. The electron transfer properties of the resulting PDIs are dramatically tuned by different end‐groups and π‐deficient backbones. Notably, electron transfer is observed directly in solution in self‐doped PDIs for the first time. A significantly enhanced power conversion efficiency of 10.06% is achieved, when applying the PDIs as ETLs in PTB7‐Th:PC71BM‐based PSCs. These results demonstrate the potential of n‐type organic semiconductors with stable n‐type doping capability and facile solution processibility for future applications of energy transition devices. 相似文献

建立了一种利用STO饲养层细胞制备拟胚体的新方法。该方法选用生长至80%饱和密度的STO细胞,经丝裂霉素C(10 mg/ml)处理4 h后以8×104 cm-2的密度接种培养12 h,制备饲养层,再将ES-D3细胞以1×104 cm-2的密度接种其上,首先用含mLIF的DMEM培养液培养24 h,再更换拟胚体诱导培养液,5~9天后获得了各成熟阶段的拟胚体。形态结构和分化潜能等研究表明,该方法制备的拟胚体结构典型,具有产生3个胚层谱系来源的功能细胞的潜能。与传统拟胚体制作方法如悬滴培养法相比,具有操作简便,拟胚体形成率高,重复性好等优点,是开展哺乳动物早期胚胎发育和干细胞分化研究的理想工具。 相似文献

We describe a few mathematical tools which allow to investigate whether air-water interfaces exist(under prescribedconditions)and are mechanically stable and temporally persistent.In terms of physics,air-water interfaces are governed by theYoung-Laplace equation.Mathematically they are surfaces of constant mean curvature which represent solutions of a nonlinearelliptic partial differential equation.Although explicit solutions of this equation can be obtained only in very special cases,it is-under moderately special circumstances-possible to establish the existence of a solution without actually solving thedifferential equation.We also derive criteria for mechanical stability and temporal persistence of an air layer.Furthermorewe calculate the lifetime of a non-persistent air layer.Finally,we apply these tools to two examples which exhibit the symmetriesof 2D lattices.These examples can be viewed as abstractions of the biological model represented by the aquatic fernSalvinia. 相似文献
