Modification of the structure of abscisic acid (ABA) has been reported to result in modification of its physiologic activity.
In this study we tested the effect of removing methyl groups from the ring and of chirality of ABA on activity in microspore-derived
embryos of oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.). The natural (+)-ABA molecule induced growth inhibition and an increase in the amount of erucic acid accumulated in the
oil at medium concentrations less than 1 μm. (−)-ABA showed similar effects. Removing the 7′-methyl group resulted in a dramatic decrease in activity: (+)-7′-demethyl-ABA
retained some activity as a growth inhibitor; a 10–100 μm concentration of this compound was needed for a response, and (−)-7′-demethyl-ABA was almost completely inactive. Similar
effects were observed with regard to elongase activity, which catalyzes erucic acid biosynthesis from oleic acid. Removal
of the 8′- and 9′-methyl groups resulted in a more complex response. These compounds all showed intermediate activity; for
growth inhibition, the presence of the 9′-methyl was the more important determinant, whereas chirality dominated the response
on erucic acid accumulation, with the (+)-enantiomers being more active.

山苍子油对霉菌抗菌性及其与黄曲霉产毒关系的研究 总被引:21,自引:0,他引:21
采用平板法比较天然增香剂山苍子油与合成食用防腐剂苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾对8种霉菌的抗菌效力。结果表明,在培养基pH4.5时山苍子油对多数霉菌的最低抑菌浓度为1.77mg/ml,与山梨酸钾的抑菌强度相近,比苯甲酸钠强;但当培养基pH5.5以上时苯甲酸钠对霉菌几乎无效,山梨酸钾的抗菌效力也有减弱,而山苍子油受影响很小,其活性pH范围为4.5~8.5。山苍子油用脂肪酸蔗糖酯乳化,其抗菌效力增强一倍。同时,从山苍子油与黄曲霉产毒关系的实验中发现,山苍子油对黄曲霉产生黄曲霉毒素有较强的抑制作用。 相似文献

应用热脉冲式树液流测定系统和自动气象站 1 999年 9月~ 2 0 0 0年 9月的观测资料 ,探讨了广东省湛江市雷州半岛两个桉树人工林树液流通量 (Sap flux density,SFD)的时空动态及其与环境因子的相关关系。河头和纪家两地桉树林的树液流变化具有明显的昼夜节律性 ,大约从清晨 7:0 0开始萌动 ,1 2 :0 0以后达到峰值 ,夏季连续 4 d中 (2 0 0 0年 6月 1 5日~ 6月 1 8日 )河头 SFD最大值 44.2 1± 4.5 ml/ (cm2 · h) ,纪家 2 9.2± 7.2 ml/ (cm2· h)。此后 ,SFD逐渐减小 ,一直到日落前后降至最低值。树液流在不同的季节具有不同的昼夜节律性变化规律。两地 SF D值的季节波动节律相似 ,湿季时相对较大。但是河头日平均 SFD值 (2 4 36± 1 1 92 .5 ml/ (cm2 · d) )要比纪家 (1 70 3± 82 4 .5 ml/ (cm2 · d) )高 ,这主要是由于两地土壤质地的差异所导致的。在所选时段内 ,SFD的最大值出现在河头的冬季和纪家的夏季 ,这是由于这两天的大气饱和水气压差 ,太阳辐射和土壤有效持水量都比较高的缘故。在空间上 ,从形成层到心材 ,SF D最初有所增加 ,随后持续减小。整个观测期间两地 SFD的极大值均出现在 6月中旬 ,河头为 51 .53ml/ (cm2· h) ,而纪家为 39.85ml/ (cm2 · h) ,显然 ,由于环境条件的限制 ,主要是土 相似文献

采用毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用技术对藏药短管兔耳草挥发性化学成分进行了研究,经毛细管色谱分离出62个峰,共确定了其中41种化学成分,所鉴定的化合物含量占全挥发油的77.32%;用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各化学成分的相对含量,其主要化学成分为:二苯胺(16.47%)、邻苯二甲酸丁基—8—甲基壬基酯(6.42%)、二十六碳烷(4.76%)、十六烷酸(3.66%)、二十四碳烷(3.40%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(3.38%)、二十二碳烷(3.30%)、二十碳烷(3.26%)、十六烷酸乙酯(2.77%)、十八碳烷(2.76%)、戊酸(2.48%)、3—乙基环辛烯(2.05%)等。 相似文献

树液流动密度 (SFD)随边材径向深度的变化对于准确估测流经边材的树液通量是非常重要的 ,后者又制约着HeatPulse的应用精度。但迄今为止 ,只有很少的研究估计了由于SFD随径向的梯度变化而带来的误差 ,SFD沿树干径向分布规律的获得往往依靠对少数几棵树的观测资料。基于在广东雷州半岛对两块 3~ 4年生桉树 (Euca lyptusurophyllaS .T .Blake)人工林 1年的HeatPulse观测 ,探讨了对来自 39株立木大量观测资料的综合处理方法 ,发现这两个样地 (纪家和河头 )的林分中SFD随边材径向深度的变化可以用如下回归方程来描述 :纪家 :y =3.6 6 75x3 - 7.2 95 5x2 3.6 82 6x 0 .5 6 74 (R2 =0 .9391,n =80 ,P =0 .0 1)河头 :y =5 .0 0 6 2x3 - 9.116 1x2 4.4 5 4 4x 0 .4 6 34(R2 =0 .80 6 9,n =72 ,P =0 .0 1)式中 :y———某一树液感应器所测得的SFD与不同深度的 4个感应器所测得的SFD的平均值之比 ;x—某一树液感应器在边材中的深度与边材厚度之比。从形成层到心材 ,SFD最初有所增加 ,随后持续减小 ,但由于树木年龄很小 ,最大的SFD只比最小的SFD大 0 .33~ 0 .36倍。 相似文献

The main components (90%) in recovered vegetable oil (RVO) are esters of higher carboxylic acids and glycerol (triglycerides) which consist of three fatty acids: oleic (C18:1, Z), palmitic (C16:0) and linoleic (C18:2, Z) in the ratio 2.8:1.4:1. RVO may provide a low cost new supply of unsaturated fatty acid chlorides. Modification of potato starch using the mixture of fatty acid chlorides derived from RVO and using acid chlorides of the two major pure component acids has been performed. Films were prepared from the starch esters and mechanical properties tested. Commercially available potato starch, modified to DS-value 1.5 with RVO-derived acyl chlorides, was thermoplastic with a maximum tensile strength of 1.4 MPa and an elongation at break of 54%. 相似文献

The rate and extent of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) biodegradation in a set of aged model soils that had been contaminated with crude oil at the high concentrations (i.e.,>20,000?mg/kg) normally found in the environment were measured in 90-week slurry bioremediation experiments. Soil properties such as organic matter content, mineral type, particle diameter, surface area, and porosity did not significantly influence the PAH biodegradation kinetics among the 10 different model soils. A comparison of aged and freshly spiked soils indicates that aging affects the biodegradation rate and extent only for higher-molecular-weight PAHs, while the effects of aging are insignificant for 4-ring PAHs and total PAHs. In all model soils with the exception of kaolinite clay, the rate of abiotic desorption was faster than the rate of biodegradation during the initial phase of bioremediation treatment, indicating that PAH biodegradation was limited by microbial factors. Similarly, any of the higher-molecular-weight PAHs that were still present after 90 weeks of treatment were released rapidly during abiotic desorption tests, which demonstrates that bioavailability limitations were not responsible for the recalcitrance of these hydrocarbons. Indeed, an analysis of microbial counts indicates that a severe reduction in hydrocarbon degrader populations may be responsible for the observed incomplete PAH biodegradation. Therefore, it can be concluded that the recalcitrance of PAHs during bioremediation is not necessarily due to bioavailability limitations and that these residual contaminants therefore might pose a greater risk to environmental receptors than previously thought. 相似文献

This study provides a benchmark of the life cycle environmental impact characteristics associated with a typical soybased
ink used for sheetfed lithographic printing. The scope ineluded a streamlined Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) and Impact Assessment
(LCIA). Materials, processes, and life cycle stages that are the same between different printing inks, or were less than one
percent by mass of the printing system input materials, were excluded. The LCIA included identification of specific processes
in the life cycle of soy-based ink printing that make the greatest contribution to the overall environmental hazard potential
in 13 impact categories for the baseline printing system selected. The LCIA approach included both regional scaling for areas
that differ in sensitivity to certain impact indicators and normalization against a reference value. Reduction in the use
of tall oil rosin and switching from conventional to low or no-till farming appear to be promising opportunities for reducing

Oil degradation by cultures of Rhodococcus erythropolisand Dietzia mariswas found to depend on the NaCl concentration in the medium. Optimal utilization of turbine oil by R. erythropolisand D. mariswas observed at 0.5 and 2 to 5% NaCl concentration, respectively. Mineral oil and a mixture of paraffins (C14–C18) were utilized within a broader range of the medium salinity. As shown by fluorescent microscopy, D. mariscolonies formed on the oil drop surface, whereas R. erythropoliscells penetrated the drops. The strains studied may populate various ecological niches in oil-containing ecosystems.
