案例教学法结合多媒体教学法在超声专业教学中的应用研究

目的:研究案例教学法结合多媒体教学法在超声专业教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年3月到2017年3月在我院超声科实习的112名医学院学生进行研究,按照随机数字表法将医学生分成观察组及对照组,各56例,对照组采用传统教学法实施教学,观察组则采用案例教学法以及多媒体教学法实施综合教学,在每学期末,统计并对比两组学生理论成绩和实践成绩,以及两组学生对教学方式的满意度。结果:观察组的理论成绩和实践成绩各项目分值均分别明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。观察组学生对教学方式的满意度为98.21%,明显高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:案例教学法与多媒体教学法的综合应用能够有效提升超声专业学生的理论成绩和实践成绩,还可改善其对教学方式的满意度,效果较好,临床超声教学可考虑将此种教学方式进行广泛推广,从而更有利于培养专业人才。     

Effect of viscoelastic relaxation on moisture transport in foods. Part I: Solution of general transport equation

Within the framework of continuum mechanics, Singh et al. [1] developed an integro-differential equation, which applies to both Darcian (Fickian) and non-Darcian (non-Fickian) modes of fluid transport in swelling biological systems. A dimensionless form of the equation was obtained and transformed from moving Eulerian to the stationary Lagrangian coordinates. Here a solution scheme for the transport equation is developed to predict moisture transport and viscoelastic stresses in spheroidal biopolymeric materials. The equation was solved numerically and results used for predicting drying and sorption curves, moisture profiles, and viscoelastic stresses in soybeans. The Lagrangian solution was obtained by assembling together several schemes: the finite element method was used to discretize the equation in space; non-linearity was addressed using the Newton-Raphson method; the Volterra term was handled via a time integration scheme of Patlashenko et al. [2] and the Galerkin rule was used to solve the time-differential term. The solution obtained in Lagrangian coordinates was transformed back to the Eulerian coordinates. Synthesis of N-tetra-O-acetyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl-N′-(4′,6′-diarylpyrimidin-2′-yl)thioureas

Some 2-amino-4,6-diarylpyrimidines 2 have been prepared from substituted benzylideneacetophenones and guanidine hydrochloride in the presence of alkali by conventional heating in alcoholic medium and microwave heating in solvent-free conditions. N-(2,3,4,6-Tetra-O-acetyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-N′-(4′,6′-diarylpyrimidin-2′-yl)thioureas 4 have been synthesized by reaction of per-O-acetylated glucopyranosyl isothiocyanate 1 and substituted 2-amino-4,6-diarylpyrimidines 2. Two different methods have been used, namely, refluxing in anhydrous dioxane and solvent-free microwave-assisted coupling. The second procedure afforded higher yields in much shorter reaction times. The compounds 2 and 4 were tested for their antibacterial and antifungal activities in vitro against Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterobacter aerogenes and Candida albicans by disc diffusion method.     

Minimally-invasive Technique for Injection into Rat Optic Nerve

The rat optic nerve is a useful model for stem cell regeneration research. Direct injection into the rat optic nerve allows delivery into the central nervous system in a minimally-invasive surgery without bone removal. This technique describes an approach to visualization and direct injection of the optic nerve following minor fascial dissection from the orbital ridge, using a conjunctival traction suture to gently pull the eye down and out. Representative examples of an injected optic nerve show successful injection of dyed beads.     

Phylogenetic position of Dictyostelium inferred from multiple protein data sets

The phylogenetic position of Dictyostelium inferred from 18S rRNA data contradicts that from protein data. Protein trees always show the close affinity of Dictyostelium with animals, fungi, and plants, whereas in 18S rRNA trees the branching of Dictyostelium is placed at a position before the massive radiation of protist groups including the divergence of the three kingdoms. To settle this controversial issue and to determine the correct position of Dictyostelium, we inferred the phylogenetic relationship among Dictyostelium and the three kingdoms Animalia, Fungi, and Plantae by a maximum-likelihood method using 19 different protein data sets. It was shown at the significance level of 1 SE that the branching of Dictyostelium antedates the divergence of Animalia and Fungi, and Plantae is an outgroup of the Animalia-Fungi-Dictyostelium clade.Correspondence to: T. Effects of chronic tramadol exposure on the zebrafish brain: a proteomic study

Tramadol hydrochloride (TH), has become the most prescribed opioid worldwide. However, its neurotoxicity and abuse potential are not well documented. In the present study, TH administration induced abnormal behavior and body and brain mean weight loss. Two principal metabolites O- and N-desmethyltramadol were detected in the brain tissue, and N-desmethyltramadol was the main metabolite produced. A total of 30 differential protein spots were identified using semi-quantitative 2D-PAGE and proteomic analyses, and classified into 13 categories, in which subtypes of 14-3-3 proteins, creatine kinase, ATP synthase beta chain, and tubulin were identified at the separated location on the gels 3, 3, 4, and 11 times respectively. Many TH responsive proteins have functions related to oxidative stress, including 14-3-3 proteins, creatine kinase BB, ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase L-1, ATP synthase, synaptosome-associated protein, tubulin and actin. Irrespective of oxidative damage, other pathways affected include apoptosis, energy metabolism, signal disorders, and cytoskeletal structure. Ultrastructural observation of mitochondria showed a series of morphological changes in the case of TH exposure.     

Phylogenetic structure of the extinction and biotic factors explaining differential survival of terrestrial notosuchians at the Cretaceous–Palaeogene crisis

Although the clade Crocodylomorpha is represented by few extant species (Crocodylia), it has a rich fossil record. Hundreds of species, adapted to terrestrial, semi-aquatic and marine environments, have existed over more than 200 million years. Numerous studies have attempted to characterize the factors driving the diversification and extinction events of Crocodylomorpha, resulting in ambiguous and even contradictory conclusions, which points to the need for phylogenetically and temporally smaller-scaled studies. Here, we focus on differential survival at the Cretaceous–Palaeogene (K–Pg) crisis of Notosuchia, a diverse clade of mostly terrestrial Crocodylomorpha that achieved great diversity during the Cretaceous. More precisely, we tested the effect of body size and palaeotemperatures on notosuchian survival probability during the K–Pg crisis as well as the effect of diet on the evolution of their body size. We find that Notosuchia showed an evolutionary trend towards larger body sizes through time, associated with a shift from an omnivorous to a carnivorous diet. This may explain why sebecids were the only notosuchians to survive the K–Pg crisis. We also corroborate the conclusions of previous studies that detected a Lagerstätten effect occurring in the Adamantina Formation (Upper Cretaceous, Brazil, Bauru Group). This work confirms the value of more finely-scaled macroevolutionary studies for understanding the history of a rich and complex group such as Crocodylomorpha.     

血必净注射液联合比阿培南对重症肺炎患者肺功能的影响

摘要 目的：研究血必净注射液联合比阿培南对重症肺炎患者肺功能的影响。方法：选择2017年1月～2019年12月我院的103例重症肺炎患者,随机分为两组。对照组静脉滴注比阿培南0.3 g ,每 8 h给药1次;观察组联合静脉滴注血必净50 mL,每天两次。检测两组的炎症因子：白介素-1（Interleukin-1, IL-1）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（Tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α）和IL-6水平,应激激素：皮质醇（Cortisol, Cor）、人血管紧张素Ⅰ（Human angiotensin I, AngⅠ）、去甲肾上腺素（Noradrenaline, NE）和人血管紧张素Ⅱ（Human angiotensinⅡ, AngⅡ）水平,肺功能：第一秒最大呼气量（Maximum expiratory volume in the first second, FEV₁）、FEV₁%pred、用力肺活量（Forced vital capacity, FVC）。结果：观察组的有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后,两组的血清IL-1、TNF-α、IL-6、Cor、AngⅠ、NE和AngⅡ水平水平均明显降低,FEV₁、FEV₁%pred和FEV₁/FVC明显升高（P<0.05）,且观察组的上述指标明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：血必净注射液联合比阿培南对重症肺炎有显著的疗效,不但能明显改善肺功能,还能有效抑制患者的应激反应和炎症反应,值得推广。     

Four new limonoids from the seeds of Chukrasia tabularis A. Juss.

Two new C-15 enolic acyl phragmalin-type limonoid orthoesters (1-2) which possessed a C-15-propionyl phragmalin skeleton and two new mexicanolide-type limonoids (3-4) were isolated from the ethanol extract of seeds of Chukrasia tabularis A. Juss. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) exciton chirality method. Additionally, all of the compounds were screened against three human tumor cell lines MCF-7, SMMC-7721, and U2OS.
