天山北麓绿洲-荒漠过渡带芨芨草地地表能量通量研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

利用天山北麓绿洲-荒漠过渡带芨芨草地的小气候实测资料,分析了该地区不同天气条件下地表能量及其能量分配日变化特征,并进一步探讨了潜热与其它地表能量的关系。结果表明:晴天各地表能量分量曲线呈"单峰型",阴天表现为峰谷频繁交替的"多峰型",雨天则显示为"偏峰型"。由于该区以晴天为主,阴雨天气发生频率少,平均情况下的各能量曲线变化与晴天基本一致。任何天气条件下能量传输均以潜热(LE)为主,其次为感热(H)和土壤热通量(G)。观测期内LE/Rn平均值介于沙漠和绿洲之间,很好地在能量分配上体现出自身的过渡性。各种天气条件下能量分配的日动态变化趋势基本一致,白天均以潜热为主,夜间则有所不同。LE/Rn、H/Rn、G/Rn曲线白天变化平稳,夜间持续波动,日出和日落前后波动最为剧烈。其中,日出时刻以LE/Rn和G/Rn曲线波动最为强烈,且两者峰谷互补。因辐射强度和日照时数的不同,不同天气条件下曲线早、晚剧烈变化开始时间也有所差别。晴天、平均、阴天(8:00—18:00)波文比依次减小,且均小于1,表明它们在白天能量分配均以潜热为主。而雨天波文比则表现出较大的波动性,整体呈上升趋势。LE与Rn、H、G相关性程度均表现为:晴天与平均相当,阴天次之,雨天最小。  相似文献

Understanding the dynamics of pest insect populations in relation to the presence of non‐crop habitats and infestation levels of adjacent crops is essential to develop sustainable pest management strategies. The invasive pest species Drosophila suzukii (Diptera: Drosophilidae) is able to utilize a broad range of host plants. In viticulture, scientific risk assessment for D. suzukii has only recently started and studies assessing the effects of field margins containing wild host plants on D. suzukii population dynamics and on infestation risks in adjacent vineyards are lacking. Thus, in a one‐year field study, the role of different field margins on fly abundance and crop infestation in adjacent vineyards of Vitis vinifera, variety “Pinot Noir,” were investigated. Different monitoring methods were conducted to assess fly distribution, sex ratio and grape infestation in 14 vineyards adjacent to field margins containing either blackberry (BB) Rubus spp. or non‐host (NH) plants. Our results show that blackberries strongly enhanced D. suzukii abundance within field margin vegetation all year long, whereas fly abundance in vineyards adjacent to BB margins was just enhanced in some seasonal periods. Moreover, the influence of BB margins was limited by distance. However, high fly numbers in BB field margins did result in zero egg infestation of “Pinot Noir” berries. These results may have important implications for winegrowers to make efficient management decisions: regardless of high abundance of adult D. suzukii, only grape berry monitoring can assess the actual infestation risk and the potential need to take management action.  相似文献

IntroductionSnake bites have cardiotoxicity, neurotoxic, myotoxic, nephrotoxic, and hemotoxic features. The neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) provides valuable information for the determination of the diagnosis and prognosis of various diseases. In this study, we aimed to investigate the relationship between NLR with the development of complications and duration of hospital stay in snakebite cases.MethodIn this study, 107 patients with snakebite complaints that applied to a tertiary care university hospital between 2011 and 2014 were retrospectively reviewed. The control group compromised of 107 age-and gender-matched healthy subjects. These patients were examined using their previous laboratory results, bite areas pictures, geographic location, and analysis of complications that developed during the hospitalization.ResultsPatients in our snake bites group (n = 107), included males (64%) and females (36%). When NLR1–NLR2, NLR1–NLR3, and NLR2–NLR3 were compared, a statistically significant difference was found (p < 0.001). No mortality was observed in our patients. In cases of snakebites, 4.67% of the patients underwent finger amputation. Compartment syndrome occurred in 3.73% of patients. In one case that developed compartment syndrome, a finger amputation was made. When 8 patients with a complication were compared with patients having snakebite but no complication, the initial NLR was found to be higher and statistically significant (p = 0.042). The average length of stay of patients in the hospital was 9 days. In the analysis of the correlation between the duration of hospitalization and NLR, the patients with a high level of NLR were found to have a longer hospital stay compared to lower NLR levels (p = 0.012).ConclusionNLR was significantly increased in patients that developed complications and needed a longer stay in the hospital.  相似文献

A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for determining free amino acids in burley tobacco. The test was done by OPA/3-mercaptopropionic acid as the pre-column derivatizing reagent. Chromatographic column was Elitte C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm i.d., 5 μm). Mobile phase A was 18 mol/l NaAc (pH7.2) including 0.002%(v/v) triethylamine and 0.3%(v/v) furanidine. Mobile phase B was 100 mol/l NaAc (pH7.2)–acetonitrile–methanol (v/v = 1:2:2). The column temperature was 40 °C and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The fluorescence detector was used with 350 nm excitation wave length and 450 nm emission wave length. The average recoveries of the method ranged from 95.3–100.7% with the relative standard deviation of 2.32–9.24%. The method is simple, accurate and has good repeatability. The results of the determination of seventeen kinds of free amino acids in burley leaves were produced by the way of different ratios of cake fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer. The results show that Aspartic acid has the highest content however ratio of cake fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer. The contents of most of the free amino acids are increased and then gradually decreased with the increase in organic manure. The contents of most of the free amino acids are very close at 15:85% ratio and 30:70% ratio of cake fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer. The total amount of free amino acids is the highest at 30:70% ratio of cake fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer. Considering comprehensively, the quality of burley leaves is the best at 30:70% ratio of cake fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer.  相似文献

Herein n-, iso- and anteiso-series of very-long-chained (VLC) alkanes (C21–C35), fatty acid benzyl esters (FABEs; C20–C32), and 2-alkanones (C23–C35) were identified in the wax of Primula veris L. and P. acaulis (L.) L. (Primulaceae). For the very first time in a sample of natural origin, the presence of iso- and anteiso-VLC FABEs and 2-alkanones was unequivocally confirmed by synthetic work, derivatization, and NMR. It should be noted that the studied species produced unusually high amounts of branched wax constituents (e. g., >50 % of 2-alkanones were branched isomers). The domination of iso-isomers, probably biosynthesized from leucine-derived starters, is a unique feature in the Plant Kingdom. The plant organ distribution of these VLC compounds in P. acaulis samples (different habitats and phenological phases) pointed to their possible ecological value. This was supported by a eutectic behavior of binary blends of FABEs and alkanes, as well as by high UV-C absorption by FABEs.  相似文献

Food availability and temperature influence energetics of animals and can alter behavioral responses such as foraging and spontaneous activity. Food availability, however, is not necessarily a good indicator of energy (ATP) available for cellular processes. The efficiency of energy transduction from food‐derived substrate to ATP in mitochondria can change with environmental context. Our aim was to determine whether the interaction between food availability and temperature affects mitochondrial efficiency and behavior in zebrafish (Danio rerio). We conducted a fully factorial experiment to test the effects of feeding frequency, acclimation temperature (three weeks to 18 or 28°C), and acute test temperature (18 and 28°C) on whole‐animal oxygen consumption, mitochondrial bioenergetics and efficiency (ADP consumed per oxygen atom; P:O ratio), and behavior (boldness and exploration). We show that infrequently fed (once per day on four days per week) zebrafish have greater mitochondrial efficiency than frequently fed (three times per day on five days per week) animals, particularly when warm‐acclimated. The interaction between temperature and feeding frequency influenced exploration of a novel environment, but not boldness. Both resting rate of producing ATP and scope for increasing it were positively correlated with time spent exploring and distance moved in standardized trials. In contrast, behavior was not associated with whole‐animal aerobic (oxygen consumption) scope, but exploration was positively correlated with resting oxygen consumption rates. We highlight the importance of variation in both metabolic (oxygen consumption) rate and efficiency of producing ATP in determining animal performance and behavior. Oxygen consumption represents energy use, and P:O ratio is a variable that determines how much of that energy is allocated to ATP production. Our results emphasize the need to integrate whole‐animal responses with subcellular traits to evaluate the impact of environmental conditions on behavior and movement.  相似文献

Cellulose-based stationary phases are known to be very efficient and versatile chiral sorbents for the chromatographic resolution of racemates. Except for microcrystalline cellulose triacetate (CTA I), basically all other cellulose-based phases have been prepared by coating of ca. 20% weight polymer on a wide pore silica gel used as a carrier. In this work we describe the preparation of benzoylcellulose (TBC) beads in the pure polymeric form (without inorganic carrier) from an emulsion of the organic polymer. The new material has been fully characterized and used as a chiral stationary phase for the resolution of various classes of racemic compounds such as benzylic alcohols or acetate derivatives of aliphatic alcohols and diols. The structural variety of the separated solutes as well as the irrational influence of the aromatic substituent in different classes of aryl compounds suggest that multiple interaction sites are involved in the complexation, making a prediction of the separation difficult. The benzoyl cellulose beads exhibit a very high loading capacity, which is particularly useful for preparative purposes as demonstrated for selected examples.  相似文献

This paper provides quantitative information concerning the response of ostracods to environmental variability in order to reconstruct past environments. Ostracod faunas from modern sediments of Bolivian lakes and swamps were studied. Ostracod distribution is controlled by several ecological characteristics such as lake-level and water chemistry. Statistical results indicate that three transfer functions (on water depth, Total dissolved Salts and water in Mg/Ca ratio) can be developed, from ostracod species frequencies in lacustrine sediments, with some restrictions for the two last ones.  相似文献

 Seedling developmental responses to understory shade combine the effects of reductions in irradiance and changes in spectral quality. We studied the seedling development of two Southeast Asian dipterocarp trees in response to differences in irradiance (photosynthetic photon flux density, PPFD) and spectral quality (red to far-red ratio, R:FR). The two species, Hopea helferei and H. odorata, are taxonomically closely related but differ in their ecological requirements; H. helferei is more drought-tolerant and typically grows in more open habitats. Seedlings were grown in six different replicated shadehouse treatments varying in percentage of solar PPFD and R:FR. The two species differed in the influence of light variables on most seedling characters, particularly for final height, internode distance, branch/trunk internodes, stem length/mass, leaf area/stem length, petiole length, and growth/mol of photons received. Most of the characters in both taxa were primarily influenced by PPFD, but spectral quality also influenced some characters – more so for H. odorata. The latter species grew more rapidly, particularly in the low PPFD treatments, and its leaves were capable of higher photosynthesis rates. However, growth in H. helferei was not reduced in direct sunlight. The growth of this taxon may be constrained by adaptations, particularly in leaves, for drought tolerance. 32P phosphorylation of plasma membranes from human blood platelets, under conditions that closely resemble physiological ones (endogeneous phosphate donors and intact platelets in homologous plasma), result in the incorporation of the label mainly in a membrane glycoprotein of apparently high molecular weight (greater than 400 000). Dibutyryl cyclic AMP, an inhibitor of platelet aggregation, specifically increases the degree of phosphorylation of this glycoprotein. Moreover, it has been found that prostaglandin E1 one of the most potent inhibitors of platelet aggregation which also increases phosphorylation of the same glycoprotein, is significantly more effective than cyclic AMP.Cyclic GMP does not have any apparent effect on platelet aggregation. However, incubation of platelet-rich plasma with both cyclic GMP and cyclic AMP results in a partial recovery of the platelet responsiveness towards ADP-induced aggregation. Coincidently, the degree of phosphorylation of the high molecular weight glycoprotein under these conditions, although still higher than in controls (no nucleotides added), is significantly decreased as compared with cyclic AMP-treated cells. Furthermore, cyclic GMP inhibits the cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase activity in isolated platelet plasma membranes.These results suggest a central role for this membrane phosphoglycoprotein in the triggering of platelet aggregation and, furthermore, suggest that modulation of its degree of phosphorylation may be exerted through some cyclic AMP/cyclic GMP relationship, which in the basal state might be critical for platelet responsiveness.  相似文献
