The dendritic structure is a disastrous problem of lithium metal batteries as well as other metal rechargeable batteries. The dendritic structures are usually caused by diffusion limitation. Here, a novel strategy is reported to inhibit lithium dendrites based on the understanding of their formation mechanism. An alternating current field perpendicular to the anode is set up, which promotes Li+ movement along the anode surface and prevents ions' deposition on the tips from forming dendrites. Furthermore, an external direct current field parallel to the current is employed, which accelerates the transport of Li+ in electrolytes to mitigate the concentration gradient nearby the anode and thus inhibits the formation of dendritic structures. A simultaneous employment of these two fields gains five times increase of the lifespan of batteries at the high charging current density of 2 mA cm?2, confirming the effectiveness of this strategy in protecting the metal anode and inhibiting lithium dendrites. This strategy may have a wide feasibility since it does not change the materials and structures of batteries.  相似文献

目的建立符合国际化的临床前实验标准的实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力(experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis, EAMG)动物模型。方法参照文献报道的方法并改进后,从电鳐电器官提取乙酰胆碱受体(acetylcholine receptor,AchR)蛋白纯品,并采用SDS凝胶电泳蛋白定性鉴定及BCA法蛋白定量;用纯化的蛋白主动免疫C57BL/6小鼠,共免疫3次(分别于第1天、第30天、第60天),进行EAMG小鼠临床评分、体重、血清AchR抗体含量、新斯的明试验、肌电图等综合评价。结果 EAMG模型组与佐剂组比较,自第三周开始发病,平均临床评分显著上升(P<0.01);发病小鼠体重显著减轻(P<0.01);新斯的明试验阳性;血清AchR抗体含量明显增加(P<0.01);肌电图重复电刺激实验阳性。结论从黑斑双鳍电鳐的电器官提取、纯化AchR蛋白成功诱导C57BL/6 EAMG小鼠模型,为进一步研究重症肌无力创造了良好条件。  相似文献

随着街道两侧建筑群向高密度、高层化发展,传统“树越多越好”的绿化模式在应对城市街谷空气污染时是否适用受到广泛关注。明晰街谷绿化植物特征及其种植设计模式对机动车排放污染物消减的调控机理是发挥其提升街谷空气品质的重要前提。本文通过对近年国内外相关文献的梳理,比较分析了现场观测、风洞试验和数值模拟3种研究方法的适用性及局限性,详细剖析了行道树、绿篱两类绿化模式对街谷空气污染物扩散与沉降的影响机制,提出了一套面向空气质量提升的街谷绿化适应性设计工作框架。最后,分别从典型街谷绿化设计图示语言研制、街谷空气污染暴露评估技术指南编制、计算机流体力学模型中街谷绿化效应物理过程参数化方案优化等方面进行探讨,以期为后续研究提供思路和借鉴。  相似文献

林地利用被认为是污泥资源化利用的重要方式,但施用污泥对林木根系生长的影响报道较少。本研究通过根箱试验,分析表施和混施10%污泥对速生树种团花不同土层根系形态、土壤pH值和电导率动态变化及根系重金属含量的影响,并拟合土壤pH值、电导率和根系重金属含量与根长的关系。结果表明: 与不施污泥(对照)相比,混施污泥显著抑制了团花根长、根表面积和根体积增长,混施污泥120和240 d后,0~20 cm土层总根长分别为不施污泥的76.9%和67.4%;表施污泥对团花根长和根表面积的影响不显著,但显著提高了根体积。混施污泥显著提高了土壤pH值和电导率及根系重金属含量,混施污泥0~20和20~40 cm土层根系镉含量分别是不施污泥的11.5和10.0倍。线性回归拟合分析显示,不同处理0~20 cm土层的电导率与根长均呈显著负相关;表施和混施污泥根系镉含量与根长呈极显著负相关。上述结果表明,混施污泥抑制了团花根系生长,这可能是由于混施污泥提高了土壤电导率和根系镉含量所致,而表施污泥对团花根系生长的作用不明显。  相似文献

Both endogenous lectins and DC electric fields may control aspects of early nerve growth and nerve guidance. To test whether such endogenous cues interact, lectins of varying sugar affinity and valency were studied for effects on electric field induced growth and reorientation of cultured Xenopus neurites. Concanavalin A (Con A), succinylated concanavalin A (S-Con A), and wheat germ agglutinin all completely inhibited field-induced cathodal reorientation. Lentil and pea lectins, which share the same sugar affinity as Con A/S-Con A, were only partially effective in inhibiting reorientation. Because S-Con A does not alter lateral mobility of membrane receptors, the previously accepted notion that Con A inhibited field-induced reorientation by preventing receptors from translocating and becoming redistributed asymmetrically in the membrane may be oversimplified. There are likely to be additional steric interactions that Con A and S-Con A share that inactive asymmetrically redistributed receptors and prevent reorientation. Additionally, nerves growing in an applied field branch more commonly toward the cathode. Con A and S-Con A alone prevented this development of asymmetric branching. All the lectins tested prevented the normal field-induced increase in nerve growth rate, while all, except peanut agglutinin, prevented the usual faster growth cathodally than anodally. We suggest that lectin interactions with electric field effects in vitro may involve modulation of neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, neurotrophin receptors, or voltage-dependent calcium channels. Similar interactions between endogenous lectins and endogenous electric fields are to be expected. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Musca domestica flies that were exposed to a uniform vertical 10 Hz electric square-wave field of 1 kVm−1 changed the period length of their circadian locomotor activity rhythm. Under constant conditions, the clock of short-period flies was slowed down by the field, whereas the clock of long-period flies either was affected only scarcely (experiments at about 19°C) or ran faster (experiments at 25°C). If the field was applied for only 12 h daily, then 30–40% of the flies were synchronized. Thus, the field could function as a weak “Zeitgeber” (synchronizer). If the field was increased to 10 kVm−1, then 50–70% of the flies were synchronized. Flies avoided becoming active around the onset of the 12 h period of exposure to a 10 Hz field. The results of these experiments are discussed with respect to similar experiments by Wever on the effects of exposure to a 10 Hz field on the circadian system of man. © 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

本研究使用固定翼无人机拍摄4 200 ha林地,从中选取了广东省河源市和平县阳明镇、紫金县紫城镇、东源县义合镇共3个样地的3 500 ha林地的航拍影像进行分析,用以探究松材线虫Bursaphelenchus xylophilus病死树的空间分布情况,及不同立地因子对疫情的影响,为松材线虫病监测预报提供解决途径。通过Pix4Dmapper软件对航拍的图像进行拼接生成正射影像图(DOM)等成果,然后使用eCognition(易康)软件对影像成果进行分割、分类和信息提取,最后借助ArcGIS平台进行病死树数量统计并获取方位、坡向、坡度、海拔等立地因子信息。结果表明,松材线虫病死树分布均呈聚集分布。使用双对角线法、平行线法、“Z”字法、五点法等不同抽样方法调查发现,仅五点法所得平均数与总体平均数无明显差异(P<0.05)。松材线虫病死树在不同立地因子下均有差异:主要分布在西坡、南坡和东南坡,西坡最多为25.94%,其次是南坡23.57%;主要分布在半阳坡和阳坡,半阳坡占36.54%,阳坡占34.09%;主要分布在凸坡,但随着疫情的发展,凹坡病死树数量逐渐超过凸坡;主要分布海拔区间在30...  相似文献

In this study, using complete orthonormal sets of -ETOs (where =1, 0, –1, –2, ...)introduced by the author, a large number of series expansion formulae for the multicenter electronic attraction (EA), electric field (EF) and electric field gradient (EFG) integrals of the Yukawa-like screened Coulomb potentials (SCPs) is presented through the new central and noncentral potentials and the overlap integrals with the same screening constants. Structure changes of purple membranes during the photocycle were analysed in solution by measurements of the electric dichroism. The D96N-mutant was used to characterize the M-state at neutral pH. The transition from the resting state to 61% photo-stationary M-state is associated with a strong reduction of the dichroism decay time constant by a factor of approximately 2. Because the change of the time constant is independent of the bacteriorhodopsin concentration, the effect is not attributed to light-induced dissociation but to light-induced bending of purple membranes. After termination of light-activation the dichroism decay of the resting state is restored with a time constant close to that of the M-state decay, which is more than two orders of magnitude slower than proton transfer to the bulk. Thus, bending is not due to asymmetric protonation but to the structure of the M-state. A very similar reduction of decay time constants at a corresponding degree of light-activation was found for wild-type bacteriorhodopsin at pH-values 7.8-9.3, where the lifetime of the M-state is extended. Light-induced bending is also reflected in changes of the stationary dichroism, whereas the overall permanent dipole moment remains almost constant, suggesting compensation of changes in molecular and global contributions. Bead model simulations indicate that disks of approximately 1 microm diameter are bent at a degree of photo-activation of 61% to a radius of approximately 0.25 microm, assuming a cylindrical bending modus. The large light-induced bending effect is consistent with light-induced opening of the protein on the cytoplasmic side of the membrane detected by electron crystallography, which is amplified due to coupling of monomers in the membrane.
