新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控常态化下,线上线下混合式教学成为了许多高校课程采用的新型教学模式。本课程团队以学生为中心,结合传统教学法(Lecture-Based Learning,LBL)和慕课教学的优点,重新构建了“发酵工程”课程的教学过程,对课程的教学目标、教学要求、教学章节、教学考核、教学方法等进行了一系列的改革探索,并尝试了线上翻转课堂和课程思政融入课堂的教学模式,学生自主学习的积极性得以提高,促进、提升了课程的教与学效果。  相似文献

The rise of the early intervention paradigm in psychotic disorders represents a maturing of the therapeutic approach in psychiatry, as it embraces practical preventive strategies which are firmly established in mainstream health care. Early intervention means better access and systematic early delivery of existing and incremental improvements in knowledge rather than necessarily requiring dramatic and elusive breakthroughs. A clinical staging model has proven useful and may have wider utility in psychiatry. The earliest clinical stages of psychotic disorder are non-specific and multidimensional and overlap phenotypically with the initial stages of other disorders. This implies that treatment should proceed in a stepwise fashion depending upon safety, response and progression. Withholding treatment until severe and less reversible symptomatic and functional impairment have become entrenched represents a failure of care. While early intervention in psychosis has developed strongly in recent years, many countries have made no progress at all, and others have achieved only sparse coverage. The reform process has been substantially evidence-based, arguably more so than other system reforms in mental health. However, while evidence is necessary, it is insufficient. It is also a by-product as well as a catalyst of reform. In early psychosis, we have also seen the evidence-based paradigm misused to frustrate overdue reform. Mental disorders are the chronic diseases of the young, with their onset and maximum impact in late adolescence and early adult life. A broader focus for early intervention would solve many of the second order issues raised by the early psychosis reform process, such as diagnostic uncertainty despite a clear-cut need for care, stigma and engagement, and should be more effective in mobilizing community support. Early intervention represents a vital and challenging project for early adopters in global psychiatry to consider.  相似文献

At an early stage of its foundation, new China became clear about the nature of public welfare and quickly developed medical and health services, which was well received by the World Health Organization. The marketization and the reduction of input into medical and health services from the 1980s created severe adverse consequences. After the SARS' outbreak in 2003, China started to give serious consideration to its medical and health system, and to work at developing medical and health services. The new healthcare reform launched in 2009 re‐emphasizes fairness and public welfare, and China's achievements have been remarkable. Of course, there are still many problems to be solved in the reform, which also paves the way for increasing the reform in future.  相似文献

The need to optimise the performance of buildings has increased consequently due to the expansive supply of facilities in higher education building (HEB). Hence, a proper performance assessment as a proactive measure may help university building in achieving performance optimization. However, the current maintenance programs or performance evaluation in the HEB is a systemic and cyclic process where maintenance is considered as an operational issue and not as opposed to a strategic issue. Hence, this paper proposed a Building Performance Risk Rating Tool (BPRT) as an improved measure for building performance evaluation by addressing the users' risk in health and safety aspects. The BPRT was developed from the result of a rating index using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. A total of 12 facilities management (FM) experts and practitioners were involved in the rating process. The subjective weightings were analysed by using the AHP computer software programme, the Expert Choice 11. The result of the AHP had successfully assigned weighting scores to all performance-risk indicators, with five indicators ranked as the most critical indicators; structural stability (14.9%), fire prevention services (9.1%), building-related illnesses (7.4%), emergency exits (6.8%), and electrical services (6.3%). The final indication to the assessed building using the BPRT provided a rating classification in terms of the following: “Excellent”, “Good”, “Medium”, “Low”, or “Poor”, which suggested further actions to improve the performance of the building, as well as to mitigate the users’ health and safety risks. Hence, the establishment of the BPRT was successfully employed as an aid of improvement towards the current performance assessment of HEB by emerging the concept of building performance and risk into a numerical strategic approach.  相似文献

Recent corporate education reform policies have replaced relatively informal systems of principal observations that had been familiar to many teachers for much of their professional careers with high-stakes teacher evaluation (HSTE) systems that now determine who is allowed to remain in the profession and who gets terminated. Many education scholars have found current teacher evaluation systems to be lacking in validity and reliability. This article examines the perspectives of music teachers working within HSTE systems through a policy lens, identifying the major challenges these systems pose for music educators and offering policy recommendations for improving the evaluation of music teachers.  相似文献

目的:调查独立学院学生的家庭环境,以了解家庭环境对学生人格及学业压力的影响。方法:运用父母养育方式问卷及自编家庭状况问卷,分层整群抽样,对420名大学生进行调查。结果:统计结果显示,独立学院学生与本校普通学院学生在父母养育方式、父母学历、家庭月收入及家庭所在地上均有差异;独立学院男、女生的父母养育方式也有差异。结论:独立学院学生得到更多的父亲理解与温暖;父母学历更高;家庭月收入多在中间水平;家在县城的更多。  相似文献
