动态神经网络中的同步振荡

目前有一种假设认为同一视觉对象是由一群神经元的同步振荡活动来表征的。这一神经元发放活动的时间特性,是解决视觉信息处理中“结合问题（Ｂｉｎｄｉｎｇｐｒｏｂｌｅｍ）”的可能机制。本文用我们所提出的一种简化现实性神经网络模型［１］所构造的时滞非线性振子网络［２］,模拟生物神经网络的同步振荡活动。并考虑了振子各参数的设置与振荡活动的关系,以及网络振子间耦联对同步活动的影响．     

磷脂DMPC Langmuir－Blodgett膜晶格结构的原子力显微镜研究

用原子力显微镜（ＡＦＭ）研究了磷脂ＤＭＰＣ三层Ｌａｎｇｍｕｉｒ－Ｂｌｏｄｇｅｔｔ（ＬＢ）膜的分子排列结构,结果表明：在磷脂ＬＢ膜的两相（液体压缩相Ｌｉｑｕｉｄ－ｃｏｎｄｅｎｓｅｄｐｈａｓｅ和液体扩张相Ｌｉｑｕｉｄ－ｅｘｐａｎｄｅｄｐｈａｓｅ）共存时,液体压缩相中的磷脂分子排列紧密,取向一致,分子间作用力较大,因而能够得到分子图像。而液体扩张相中的磷脂分子排列松散,取向混乱。分子间的作用力较弱,难于得到分子图像。在液体压缩相中磷脂分子以单斜晶格结构排列,分子间隔为０．７２ｎｍ．分子高度为２．１ｎｍ。这一结果和ＤＭＰＣ的单晶结构进行了比较。     

分子识别诱导的蛋白质和核酸多层膜的有序组装

通过生物大分子之间的特异性结合,采用表面等离激元共振技术监测,报导了支撑于固体表面脂单层膜上进行的亲和素、生物素标记的质粒ＤＮＡ、以及从系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中获得的抗ＤＮＡ抗体多层膜的有序组装。这种生物大分子的组装技术可以用于生物传感器以检测特定的抗原抗体。     

红壤旱坡地桔园覆盖的生态效应及经济效益评价

柑桔是南方红壤地区栽培的主要果树种类,栽培面积达1126×106ｈｍ2。柑桔是一种常绿果树,生长量大,挂果期长,周年需要消耗大量的水分。我国南方红壤地区虽然雨水充沛,但降水季节分布不均,柑桔果实迅速生长的7～10月正是该地区雨水少、蒸发量大的伏秋干旱季节。经常性的伏秋干旱是制约我国柑桔产量和质量进一步提高的主要障碍因素之一。桔园夏秋进行秸秆覆盖可以降温[1]、保水[2]、防止杂草生长[3]等,但桔园应用地膜覆盖及常年连续覆盖对桔园的生态效应方面的研究较少,为此我们开展了这方面的工作,并通过连续3ａ的产量及产值分析覆盖桔园的经…     

5’核苷酸酶碱性磷酸酶双重染色法在毛细淋巴管研究中的应用

本文应用5’-N-ALP双重染色法观察了裸鼠皮肤及人胃癌组织内淋巴管的形态和细微分布.在光镜下毛细淋巴管、淋巴管呈5’-N强阳性反应,管壁显示明显的棕色或深棕色,而毛细血管、血管的ALP呈强阳性,管壁呈明显的蓝色.据此可用组化方法将毛细淋巴管和毛细血管区别开来.本法能显示呈褐色的毛细淋巴管,特别是呈实性条索状的毛细淋巴管,因而双重染色比HE染色更能客观、准确地显示毛细淋巴管的分布.     

光谱技术研究固氮酶铁硫簇的理化特性

Ｎ－甲基甲酰胺碱度是提取高质量固氮酶铁钼辅基的关键因素之一。过量的亚甲蓝能氧化并分解铁铜铺基为含双相铁硫簇和铁硫簇固氮酶铁钼辅基和在紫外可见光谱区中均无特征吸收峰,而在３２０ｎｍ处却呈弱吸收峰,棕色固氮菌固氮酶和该菌的突变菌侏ＵＷ４５固氮酶（缺铁钼辅基）中的非含钼的铁硫簇在紫外可见光谱区３２０ｎｍ和４０５ｎｍ处均含有特征吸收峰．     

An envelope-shaped film culture vessel for plant cell suspension cultures and metabolite production without agitation

An envelope-shaped film culture vessel (named Culture Bag) made of fluorocarbon polymer film, which is much more permeable to oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide than other films, was found to be suitable to grow plant cells in liquid medium without agitation. Proliferous BY-2 tobacco cells showed almost the same growth in a Culture Bag of 12.5 m-thick film as that in a shake flask; the growth was lower in a Culture Bag of a thicker film. Lithospermum erythrorhizon cells produced almost the same amount of red naphthoquinone pigments (shikonin derivatives) in a Culture Bag of 12.5 m-thick film as those in a shake flask although the productivity was suppressed as the film thickness increased. L. erythrorhizon cells in a Culture Bag produced much less abnormal stress metabolites (orange-colored benzoquinone derivatives) than those in a shake flask, suggesting that culturing cells in the Culture Bag was less stressful due to its stationary liquid environment.     

Analysis of vertical ozone and nitrogen oxides profiles in aPrunus cerasifera canopy

An automatic system was installed for continuous analyses of ozone, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen monoxide and nitrogen dioxide in an experimental orchard with a canopy ofPrunus cerasifera plants in summer 1993. Air samples from three elevations (0.8 m, 1.6 m and 3 m above ground) were sequentially analyzed. Ozone concentrations above the canopy were usually higher than within the canopy; their relationships with stomatal resistance have been investigated. Sulphur dioxide levels were negligible. Nitrogen oxides showed a complex profile, with no particular trend, likely due to a reciprocal exchange between the atmosphere and the ground surface.     

Precedence of the first male sperm in successive matings in the HymenopteraDiadromus pulchellus

In most insect species where double matings occur, sperm from the second male preferentially fertilize subsequent eggs. However, we demonstrate here that, as already shown for some other hymenopteran species, this is not the case in the ichneumonid waspDiadromus pulchellus (Wesmeal): sperm from the first male usually father all the female progeny. This precedence of the first male sperm is also observed in double matings involving an haploid male and a diploid sterile male, whichever is the first mating male. We discuss the consequences of this phenomenon from an evolutionary point of view.     

Nitric oxide is involved in heat-induced HSP70 accumulation

Heat shock potentiated the nitric oxide production (EPR assay) in the liver, kidney, heart, spleen, intestine, and brain. The heat shock-induced sharp transient increase in the rate of nitric oxide production preceded the accumulation of heat shock proteins (HSP70) (Western blot analysis) as measured in the heart and liver. In all organs the nitric oxide formation was completely blocked by the NO-synthase inhibitor (L-NNA). L-NNA also markedly attenuated the heat shock-induced accumulation of HSP70. The results suggests that nitric oxide is involved in the heat shock-induced activation of HSP70 synthesis.
